竹荪等4种植物提取物的抑菌效果及复配研究

用乙醇对竹荪、地肤子、鱼腥草和藜蒿4种植物进行浸提,以在提取液作用下的大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌和副溶血性弧菌的抑菌圈直径为指标,用牛津杯双层平板法检验4种植物醇提物的抑菌效果;采用L9(3+)正交试验方法以大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径为指标优化4种提取液复配比.结果表明,竹荪、地肤子、鱼腥草和藜蒿对5种供试菌均具有较好的抑菌效果;竹荪、地肤子、鱼腥草和藜蒿提取液对大肠杆菌的最佳复配比为4:3:6:3,此时抑菌圈达25.36mm.     

老鹳草鞣质的提取及其抑菌效果研究

①目的：研究老鹳草鞣质成分的最佳提取工艺条件，确定其体外抗菌效果．②方法：采用正交试验方法确定最佳提取工艺，选择料水比、浸提温度、浸提时间3个因素，每个因素选取3个水平进行试验，以提取物的OD值为测定指标；用在最佳工艺条件下得到的提取液进行抑菌试验．③结果：老鹳草鞣质成分的最佳提取工艺条件是：料水比为1：30、浸提温度为80℃、浸提时间为30min；提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和青霉有明显的抑菌效果，对大肠杆菌也有一定抑菌效果，而对枯草杆菌和黑曲霉的抑菌作用不明显．④结论：老鹳草鞣质具有明显的选择性抑菌作用．     

六种中草药提取液的抑菌杀菌作用研究

本文选用取白芷、白术、白芨、黄芩、黄柏、麦冬等六种中草药，用35％酒精提其活性成分，对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、酵母菌这四种菌进行抑菌、杀菌试验．抑菌试验表明：六种中草药提取液对四种菌都有明显的抑制作用，其中白芨、黄芩对四种菌的抑菌率均在83．1％以上；杀菌试验表明：六种中草药提取液对四种菌有不同程度的杀灭作用．     

胡萝卜红枣复合汁饮料的加工工艺研究

以胡萝卜、红枣为原料，利用正交试验设计，主要研究了枣汁浸提的最佳工艺条件以及最佳复合汁配方，并对枣汁的澄清和复合汁稳定进行了探讨．结果表明，最佳浸提条件是：干枣和水质量比为1：7，浸提温度70℃，pH值5．0，浸提时间8h；复合汁最佳配方为：复合汁含量70％，胡萝卜汁／枣汁(V／V)比6：4，糖度14％，柠檬酸量为0．10％；海藻酸钠用量为0．15％时稳定性最好。     

鱼腥草提取物抑菌作用研究

用鱼腥草（Houttuynia cordata)提取物对几种常见微生物进行抑菌试验，结果表明：鱼腥草提取物对多种微生物的繁殖生长有明显的抑制作用，对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、青霉菌、黑曲霉菌及酵母菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为0.25%、1％、2％、8％、8％、8％，且耐高温短时的热处理。     

鱼腥草及其栽培技术

鱼腥草根、茎、叶有鱼腥味，故名鱼腥草。据测定，鱼腥草含蛋白质2％，脂肪0．4％，多糖6％，钙0.7％、磷0.053％，挥发油0．12～0．05％；还含有蕺菜碱，倾皮素，异槲皮甙，瑞诺式，金丝桃式等。鱼腥革具有较高的药用价倩和食用价佰，据民间陈方和历史医书记载．鱼腥草具有清热解毒，利尿消肿和化食等多种功效，可治疗多种疾病。食用方面，在我国民间一向有用鱼腥草作菜食用的习惯，是一种营养丰富的野菜。鱼腥草还可用来加工作鱼腥草茶、鱼腥草酒、鱼腥草汽水等系列保健饮料和食品，是一种很有开发前景的资源c鱼腥草喜温暖阴湿环境，怕干…     

月见草花黄色素提取工艺研究

对月见草花黄色素的提取条件进行了系统的研究，比较了无水乙醇、95％乙醇、乙醚、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、石油醚提取月见草花黄色素的效果.结果显示：以95％乙醇为最佳溶剂，95％乙醇提取液的λmax为394 nm.单因素试验和正交试验表明，温度对提取月见草花黄色素的影响较大，而浸提时间和料液比影响较小.提取的最佳工艺条件是：以体积分数95％的乙醇为浸提剂，按每0.2 g月见草花粉末加浸提剂30 mL的比例投料，在温度60 ℃下，浸提时间为4 h.月     

当归挥发油提取工艺的研究

用浸提～减压蒸馏工艺,从当归中提取挥发油,确定适宜工艺条件为浸提温55℃,浸提时间6h,料液比1∶12,挥发油提取率可达(0．54～0．64)%     

鱼腥草与TMP对仔猪黄痢病原菌的联合抑菌作用

利用鱼腥草与TMP联合用药进行仔猪黄痢病原菌的体外抑菌试验,探讨中西药结合的抗菌效果。结果表明,鱼腥草和TMP对致病性大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为1．25g／mL和1．25mg／mL;二者联合用药后,鱼腥草和TMP的最小抑菌浓度分别下降至0．625g／mL和0．625mg／mL,抗菌作用表现为相加作用,抑菌效果显著。     

微波法提取葛根黄酮的研究

采用微波技术提取葛根黄酮，并运用了均匀设计方法研究了葛根黄酮的提取试验，考察了微波强度、浸提时间、提取液的醇度及料液比等因素对提取结果影响。通过回归数学模型确定了微波提取葛根黄酮的最佳工艺条件：微波功率0．63kW，浸提时间15min，料液比(体积)1：25，醇度20％。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

An Index mechanism for multi-scale view in spatial databases

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.     

海南岛地体及其毗邻陆缘晚中生代—新生代古地磁研究和构造演化

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。
