松材线虫对黑松、湿地松幼苗活性氧代谢的影响 总被引:8,自引:5,他引:8
以2月龄黑松(Pinus thunbergii)、湿地松(P.elliottii)幼苗为材料,研究松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)感染对松幼苗活性氧代谢的影响。在接种松材线虫后,黑松较湿地松发病快且重,黑松内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性逐渐降低;湿地松内SOD和CAT在接种早期活性增加,随后下降。两种幼苗接种后,过氧化物酶(POD)活性、H2O2和丙二醛(MDA)含量不断增加。H2O2和MDA的积累与植株发病速度呈明显正相关。因此,松材线虫病的发生和发展与寄主植物组织的膜脂过氧化作用有关。 相似文献

本文运用量子统计方法,直接求解球对称膨胀黑洞背景中Bose场和Fermi场的配分函数,得到与近似求解波动方程而得到的积分表达式相同的结果.然后利用改进的brick--wall方法-膜模型,计算黑洞背景下Bose场和Fermi场的熵.得到黑洞与视界面积成正比的结论,在所得结论中不存在对数发散项与舍去项,也不存在态密度在视界附近发散问题,并且给出粒子的自旋简并度对黑洞熵的影响,整个计算过程不存在近似求解问题,为研究各种复杂黑洞熵提供了一条简捷的新途径。 相似文献

Cell membranes play a key role in cellular activities. Fish erythrocytes, prototype of the nucleated erythrocytes of lower vertebrates, are predominantly oval, biconvex discs with elliptical nucleus and much larger in size than human erythrocytes. In attempts to disclose the correlation of membrane structure between fish and human erythrocytes, we used in situ atomic force microscope (AFM) combined with single-molecule force spectroscopy to study the membrane structure of Crucian carp erythrocytes under quasi-native conditions. Our results revealed the asymmetric distribution of proteins in Crucian carp erythrocyte membrane: the outer leaflet of membrane is rather smooth without any proteins, whereas the inner leaflet of membrane is very rough with dense proteins. The asymmetry of fish erythrocyte membrane structure fits well with the semi-mosaic model of human erythrocyte membrane structure. This similarity of membrane structure between human and fish erythrocytes extends the semimosaic model of erythrocytes membrane structure to a wider range of species. 相似文献

Vesicle budding and fusion underlies many essential biochemical deliveries in eukaryotic cells, and its core fusion machinery
is thought to be built on one protein family named soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor (SNARE).
Recent technical advances based on site-directed fluorescence labelling and nano-scale detection down to the single-molecule
level rapidly unveiled the protein and the lipid intermediates along the fusion pathway as well as the molecular actions of
fusion effectors. Here we summarize these new exciting findings in context with a new mechanistic model that reconciles two
existing fusion models: the proteinaceous pore model and the hemifusion model. Further, we attempt to locate the points of
action for the fusion effectors along the fusion pathway and to delineate the energetic interplay between the SNARE complexes
and the fusion effectors.

Biological membrane fusion is driven by different types of molecular fusion machines. Most of these proteins are membrane-anchored
by single transmembrane domains. SNARE proteins are essential for intracellular membrane fusion along the secretory and endocytic
pathway, while various viral fusogens mediate infection of eukaryotic cells by enveloped viruses. Although both types of fusion
proteins are evolutionarily quite distant from each other, they do share a number of structural and functional features. Their
transmembrane domains are now known to be critical for the fusion reaction. We discuss at which stages they might contribute
to bilayer mixing.

采用粉末活性炭(PAC)-超滤膜(UF)组合工艺对某城市二级出水进行深度处理,研究了不同PAC投加量下组合工艺的膜渗透性能,并对其膜污染性能进行分析。研究结果发现:在最佳膜通量投加量下(PAC为10 mg/L),膜通量和不可逆膜污染阻力达到最低值;组合工艺对不同分子量的去处效果较直接超滤都有所提高,其中小分子量(3k~10 k Da和3kDa)有机物的去除率提高最大;组合工艺以滤饼层和中间堵塞模型为主,而发生完全堵塞模型的概率相对较小。投加PAC能够有效提高去除效果,降低膜污染。 相似文献
