用实证方法初步证实了甘怡群等(2007)提出的中国人核心 自我评价结构的理论构念。313名合资企业的员工完成了中国人人格七因素量表( QZPS) 及一些其他问卷, 结果说明中国人核心自我评价的4 个维度集体自尊、善良、才干、处世态度和工作绩效、工作满意度等结果变量显著相关,4 个核心特质在预测工作绩效方面的平均效度为0. 29。因素模型的结果也显示了中国人核心 自我评价的4 个维度背后存在一个稳定的因素即中国人核心自我评价。  相似文献

采用大学生学业倦怠调查问卷,对贵州省部分高校大学生进行调查,研究表明贵州省大学生存在一定程度的学业倦怠。男大学生在倦怠的三个维度上与女大学生达到显著水平,男大学生在身心耗竭和学业疏离方面高于女生,女生在低成就感方面高于男生;理科大学生学业倦怠程度明显高于文科和体艺科大学生;不同民族、生源地和年级学生在学习倦怠及各维度上没有显著差异。  相似文献

为了测查大学生学习倦怠和学业自我效能感、归因风格这间的关系,采用问卷调查的方法对郑州大学200名本科生进行施测,并用SPSS软件处理数据。结果显示:大学生的学习倦怠主要表现在行为不当、感情低落两个维度上;大学生学习倦怠与学业自我效能感存在显著负相关;大学生学习倦怠与归因风格存在显著正相关。  相似文献

国外的学者认为自尊、一般自我效能、心理控制源和情绪稳定性构成了一个更加广泛、更加基本的因素,即核心自我评价,同时发现该因素与工作满意度和工作绩效有较强的相关.本研究以大学生被试(n=244)为样本,检验了核心自我评价构念对中国人的适用性.研究运用了二阶验证性因素分析,发现对于华人来说该二级结构仍然稳定地存在,自我评价水平高者相应的有较高的自尊水平和自我效能感,同时更多趋向于内控,情绪比较稳定;同时还发现,4种人格倾向在性别上没有表现出显著差异.  相似文献

通过公开招募的方法,在北京某理工科院校本科学生中筛选出学习倦怠且适合团体干预的20名男性大学生,随机分为干预组与控制组,对干预组实施为期7周的团体辅导,考察团体辅导干预方案对理工科院校本科男生学习倦怠的干预效果.采用学习倦怠量表、自尊量表、生活满意度量表对20名男生进行干预前测、后测以及一个月后的追踪测量.结果表明,控制组被试在3个时间段的测量结果不存在显著差异,干预组被试在情绪低落维度上后测、追踪测量得分显著低于前测结果;在行为不当维度上追踪测量得分显著低于前测结果.干预后被试自尊得分显著高于前测,干预后和追踪测量的生活满意度得分均显著高于前测.因此,团体辅导对学习倦怠大学生有一定程度干预效果.  相似文献

目的:探讨大学生气质性乐观、自尊与适应性在半年内的变化及各变量之间的关系.方法:以气质性乐观量表、自尊量表和大学生适应性量表为研究工具,对某高校的178名大学新生进行为期半年的追踪调查.结果:(1)大学生的气质性乐观、自尊在半年内较为稳定,且没有显著性别差异(F(1,176)2.96,P0.05);适应性水平逐渐提高(F(1,176)=3.90,P=0.05),其中学习适应、社会适应的提高达到了显著水平(F(1,176)4.69,P0.032).(2)气质性乐观与自尊、适应性之间均呈显著正相关(P0.001),自尊与适应性之间也呈显著正相关(P0.001).(3)结构方程检验证明将大学生的自尊和气质性乐观看成心理弹性的核心成分更为合理(χ~2/df=1.43,CFI=0.95,IFI=0.95,TLI=0.93,RMSEA=0.049).(4)交叉滞后分析显示,心理弹性在很大程度上决定了适应性(预测系数为0.22,P0.001),而适应性对心理弹性的影响较小(P0.05).结论:大学生自尊和气质性乐观可以看成是心理弹性的成分,且心理弹性在很大程度上影响了大学生的适应性.  相似文献

目的探讨大学生学习倦怠的现状及其与自我概念之间的相关关系。方法采用大学生学习倦怠量表和大学生自我概念量表对224名大学生进行调查,以spss22.0分析学习倦怠与自我概念的相关关系。结果大学生学习倦怠现状总体处于中等程度;大学生自我概念与学习倦怠各分量表及其总量表之间存在显著的负相关(P0. 05);大学生自我概念对学习倦怠各分量表及其总量表具有较好的预测作用(P0. 001)。结论大学生自我概念直接影响其学业倦怠,且自我概念越高,学业倦怠越低。  相似文献

为研究大学生学校认同、集体自尊和生命愿景之间的关系,对闽南师范大学的373名大学生进行了学校认同量表、集体自尊量表和生命愿景量表的调查,结果表明:(1)学校认同、集体自尊和生命愿景在年级上存在显著差异.而在性别、任职情况不存在显著差异;(2)学校认同、集体自尊和生命愿景之间存在显著正相关;(3)大学生的学校认同和集体自尊能很好地预测生命愿景,集体自尊在学校认同和生命愿景之间起到了完全中介作用.  相似文献

以334名大学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查,运用多元方差分析、相关分析及回归分析等统计方法,考察大学生学业情绪与学业自我效能感的关系。结果发现:(1)大学生学业情绪不存在年级差异,大学生学业情绪存在性别、专业显著差异;(2)学业情绪的4个维度与学业自我效能感存在显著相关;(3)自豪、兴趣、放松、学业情绪维度中的积极低唤醒情绪和积极高唤醒情绪对学业自我效能感产生影响。说明学业情绪与大学生学业自我效能感存在相关关系,学业情绪对学业自我效能感产生一定影响。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
