Polystyrene Microspheres Coated with Smooth Polyaniline Shells: Preparation and Characterization 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Polystyrene/polyaniline core-shell structure microspheres were synthesized in the presence of poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) as stabilizer and hydrochloric acid as dopant to improve the processibility of conducting polyaniline. After the one-pot reacting process, the product was easily purified by washing with water. The polyaniline shell covering the polystyrene sphere surface was confirmed with FT-IR and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The conductivity of the polyaniline-coated polystyrene particles was 0.0017 S/cm and increased to 0.1 S/cm after being doped in the HCl vapor. The morphology of the microspheres was characterized by TEM and SEM. The particles show a more uniform and smooth surface than previous particles. 相似文献

丙烯酸系共聚物具有广泛的用途,采用反相乳液聚合的方法对其进行了合成规律的研究。在以Span-Tween类或Span-OP类为乳化剂,脂肪烃为油相介质,在用氧化还原引发剂的条件下,研究了聚合反应温度、反应时间、水相pH值、单体浓度、油水比、共聚单体配比、交联剂用量对聚合反应及产物性能的影响,得到了质量分数w为2%水溶液的粘度η达20PaS以上的增稠产物。 相似文献

提出了一种以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为印刷滚筒的、在玻璃基材表面可大面积印刷聚合物图案的胶版印刷技术,并开发了相应的油墨。该油墨由环氧树脂基聚合物BPAN及异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)组成的热固性双组分聚合物体系和红色分散颜料组成。采用原位红外光谱法研究了热固性体系的热固化。结果表明BPAN/IPDI双组分体系有良好的热固化性能。固化薄膜具有良好的耐溶剂性能和光学性能。应用本工艺得到分辨率为100μm的聚合物图案。 相似文献

为合成新型热致液晶聚脲,以含液晶基元的联苯二胺(或联邻甲苯胺)、1,6-己二胺、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯为原料进行合成。通过改变单体加料顺序发现,仅当先加入己二胺与2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯预聚,再加入芳香二胺聚合,所得的聚合物才有液晶性。采用这种加料顺序,通过改变芳香,脂肪两种二胺的配比,合成了两个系列的热致液晶聚脲,并确定了合成热致液晶聚脲的最佳配比范围。所得聚合物用偏光显微镜,示差扫描量热分析,广角、小角X射线衍射等方法进行表征,确定了其液晶织构属于向列型。 相似文献
