摘    要:提出了一种以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为印刷滚筒的、在玻璃基材表面可大面积印刷聚合物图案的胶版印刷技术,并开发了相应的油墨。该油墨由环氧树脂基聚合物BPAN及异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)组成的热固性双组分聚合物体系和红色分散颜料组成。采用原位红外光谱法研究了热固性体系的热固化。结果表明BPAN/IPDI双组分体系有良好的热固化性能。固化薄膜具有良好的耐溶剂性能和光学性能。应用本工艺得到分辨率为100μm的聚合物图案。

Abstract:An off-set printing method using a polydimethylsiloxane roll was developed for printing polymer patterns on glass substrates over large areas.The printing ink developed for this technique consists of a thermal-curable polymeric system and a red dispersed pigment.The thermal-crosslinking polymeric system was prepared from an epoxy-based polymer(BPAN) and a cross-linking agent,isphoronethe diisocyanate(IPDI).The thermal curing behavior of BPAN/IPDI was measured using in-situ infrared spectroscopy.The results ...
