目的:探讨360例咽异感症患者的常见病因及治疗方法。方法:对360例患者除行耳鼻咽喉常规检查及鼻咽纤维喉镜检查外,根据患者具体情况分别行相应物理检查以及相关治疗。结果:3608例咽异感症患者中,共诊断出慢性咽喉炎,胃食管反流病,鼻窦炎等多种疾病;所有患者均根据病因进行治疗,随访3月以上,有效率达82.5%。结论:咽异感症的病因较多,只有查清病因,对症治疗,才能取得满意的效果。  相似文献

为探讨保定地区遗传咨询者染色体异常核型类型及检出率,并分析染色体异常与临床表型之间的相关性,选取2018年1月至2021年10月在保定市妇幼保健院就诊的1 617例遗传咨询者作为研究对象,采集外周血进行淋巴细胞培养,常规方法制备染色体,G显带后进行染色体核型分析.共检出异常核型54例,异常检出率为3.34%,包括数目异常14例(25.93%)和结构异常40例(74.07%).异常检出率最高为智力低下组(28.21%),主要见于21-三体;其次是发育异常组(26.31%),主要见于特纳综合征;不良孕产史组是构成遗传咨询的主要原因,异常检出率为2.40%,主要见于平衡易位和罗氏易位;不孕不育组异常检出率为2.64%.保定地区遗传咨询者染色体异常是导致不良孕产史、不孕不育、发育异常、智力低下等疾病的重要原因之一,应着重对此类患者进行外周血染色体检测,以寻找病因、指导优生优育、提高保定地区人口素质.  相似文献

选取甘肃省武威市494例胃癌病人并按性别、年龄等为配比条件,选取该市988名健康人群进行1:2配对的病例对照研究。Logistic条件回归分析表明,长期饮用地表水、食用腌菜、肿瘤家族史、胃慢性疾病史等与胃癌发生存在显著正关联.胃慢性疾病史、不良饮食习惯及肿瘤家族史可能是胃癌的危险因素.  相似文献

慢性扁桃体炎是临床上的常见病 ,因其反复发作 ,形成病灶 ,不仅给患者带来痛苦 ,还常导致多种疾病发生 ,如心血管疾病、肾病、阑尾炎、胆囊炎等。在儿童时期 ,不但因慢性扁桃体炎引起发病机会增多 ,而且影响身体发育。治疗慢性扁桃体炎的最佳方法是手术切除 ,其手术的适应症与禁忌症 ,对有经验的耳鼻喉科医师并不困难 ,但手术后出血却难以预料。我科近十年来统计施行扁桃体手术 2 2 9例 ,出血 7例 ,占手术患者的 3 % ,全部发生于剥离手术患者 ,现对扁桃体术后出血的防治谈谈体会。1 出血原因 根据临床观察 ,扁桃体术后出血大多数为原发型 ,出血发生在术后2 4小时以内。此外 ,以下几方面的原因也容易导致出血 :1 1 操作问题 :一般情况下操作并不困难 ,但一些炎症反复发作的病例 ,腺体与被膜及周围组织发生粘连 ,剥离时损伤周围血管造成出血。1 2 药物问题 :术中应用肾上腺素后使周围血管呈反应性扩张导致出血。1 3 手术适应症的选择问题 :如气管炎患者术后剧烈的咳嗽导致血管破裂出血 ;年龄较大的患者动脉硬化 ,血管收缩不良 ;急性炎症期周围组织呈充血状态。1 4 凝血机制问题 :如有出血倾向的某些疾病等。继...  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index.
