蘑芋精粉对小鼠免疫器官和细胞因子水平的影响

ＡＫＰ（ＡｍｏｒｐｈｏｐｈａｌｕｓｋｏｎｊａｃＫＫｏｈｎＰｏｗｄｅｒ）具有明显促进小鼠免疫功能的作用,对胸腺指数和脾指数具有增高作用．将小鼠ＭΦ用ＬＰＳ（１０μｇ／ｍＬ）孵育１８～２４ｈ后,培养上清ＩＬ１和ＴＮＦα水平均随ＡＫＰ浓度的增加而增加,表明ＬＢＰ２对ＭΦ合成和释放ＩＬ１、ＴＮＦα具明显促进作用．此外,ＡＫＰ对小鼠血清中ＴＮＦα水平也有一定的促进作用．     

复方肿瘤血管生成抑制因子口服液对小鼠免疫功能的影响

为探讨复方肿瘤血管生成抑制因子口服液（ＣＯＬ－ＴＡＩ）对正常及化疗小鼠免疫功能的影响,应用环磷酰胺（ＣＴＸ）对实验小鼠进行化疗或给实验小鼠以致死量的阿糖胞苷（ＡＲＡ－Ｃ）,然后给小鼠口服ＣＯＬ－ＴＡＩ,比较用药组和对照组之间小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体活性、吞噬功能、淋巴细胞酸性非特异性酯酶和生存时间等免疫指标的影响．结果显示ＣＯＬ－ＴＡＩ可明显提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体性活,ＣＯＬ－ＴＡＩ对化疗小鼠的免疫缺损有恢复作用,可提高小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数,增加ＡＮＡＥ＋（α－乙酸苯酯酶＋）淋巴细胞百分率;ＣＯＬ－ＴＡＩ可显著延长给阿糖胞苷致死量小鼠的生命（Ｐ＜０．０１）．ＣＯＬ－ＴＡＩ具有增强正常和化疗小鼠特异性和非特异性免疫功能,口服ＣＯＬ－ＴＡＩ可显著提高化疗小鼠的免疫水平．     

牡蛎寡肽对免疫低下小鼠模免疫功能的影响

研究牡蛎寡肽对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺（CTX）建立免疫低下小鼠模型,研究不同剂量牡蛎寡肽对小鼠免疫器官脏器指数、脾淋巴细胞转化增殖情况、NK细胞活性、小鼠体液免疫、巨噬细胞吞噬能力、血清TNF-、IL-6和溶血素水平的影响。结果显示,与免疫抑制模型组小鼠相比,牡蛎寡肽能够显著提高脾淋巴细胞增殖能力、NK细胞活性、廓清指数K、吞噬指数a、吞噬中性红能力、TNF-、IL-6、溶血素水平和脾淋巴细胞CD3+4T淋巴细胞亚群及CD3+8T淋巴细胞亚群分布（P0.05）,而对小鼠的肝、脾脏指数影响不显著。结果表明牡蛎寡肽能够提高由CTX引起的免疫低下模型小鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫及非特异性免疫功能,对小鼠的免疫功能具有正面调控的作用。     

LAGE-1DNA肿瘤疫苗的抗肿瘤治疗效果研究

以LAGE-1转染EMT6构建小鼠乳腺癌肿瘤模型;将BalB/c小鼠随机分为4组,以pcDNA3.1/LAGE-1及对照pcDNA3.1分别接种实验组和对照组各三次.于末次免疫后10 d在小鼠左背部、右背部皮下分别种植EMT6肿瘤细胞和EMT6/LAGE1肿瘤细胞．荷瘤后观察成瘤时间、肿瘤大小,并对小鼠脾细胞进行CTL细胞杀伤活性实验来观察DNA疫苗引起的免疫反应.结果显示LAGE-1DNA疫苗在体内能诱导有效的特异性肿瘤免疫应答,该疫苗简便有效.     

小鼠胰腺IAPP与SS共存的免疫组化研究

采用免疫组织化学ＰＡＰ邻片单染，显示正常成年及生后发育不同时期小鼠胰腺胰岛淀粉样多肽免疫反应细胞（ＩＡＰＰ－ＩＲ细胞）和生长抑素免疫反应细胞（ＳＳ－ＩＲ细胞），并对上述细胞进行了形态学计量。目的是观察小鼠生后发育期间胰岛淀粉样多肽（ＩＡＰＰ）与生长抑素（ＳＳ）的共存关系，结果表明：在生后发育不同时期，小鼠胰腺组织都有部分ＩＡＰＰ－ＩＲ细胞和ＳＳ－ＩＲ细胞形态相似，定位一致，同一细胞既呈ＩＡＰＰ免疫     

射干提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要：目的研究射干提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法以环磷酰胺制备小鼠免疫低下模型,测定腹腔注射 印度墨汁后小鼠网状内皮细胞(RES,单核巨噬细胞)炭粒廓清指数,观察其对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响;通过 测定正常小鼠血清溶血素水平观察射干提取物对小鼠体液免疫的影响。结果射干提取物可增强小鼠网状内皮 细胞的吞噬功能;促进抗体溶血素的产生。结论射干提取物对非特异性免疫功能和特异性免疫功能都有增强的 作用。     

丙烯的催化二聚

为筛选丙烯二聚催化剂,探讨丙烯二聚反应的活性中心及反应机理,制备了一系列Ｚｎ或ＺｎＭｇ 、ＺｎＮｉ 双组分改性ＺＳＭ５ 沸石催化剂,采用ＩＲ、ＮＨ３ＴＰＤ 研究了其表面酸性,用脉冲微反技术评价了它们的丙烯转化活性和二聚选择性－ 结果表明：在指定反应条件下,ＺｎＭｇ／ＮＨ４ＺＳＭ５（ＩＭ） 样品的丙烯转化率达９４－２ ％ ,二聚选择性近１００ ％ － 在此样品上丙烯二聚按正碳离子机理进行,其活性中心是Ｂ 酸中心;强Ｂ 酸减少,丙烯二聚选择性增加     

牡蛎寡肽对免疫低下小鼠模型免疫功能的影响

采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺(Cyclophosvnamide,CTX)建立免疫低下小鼠模型,研究不同剂量牡蛎寡肽对小鼠免疫器官脏器指数、脾淋巴细胞转化增殖情况、自然杀伤细胞(Natural Killer cell,NK)细胞活性、小鼠体液免疫、巨噬细胞吞噬能力、血清TNF-α、IL-6和溶血素水平的影响.结果显示:与免疫抑制模型组小鼠相比,牡蛎寡肽能够显著提高脾淋巴细胞增殖能力、NK细胞活性、廓清指数K、吞噬指数a、吞噬中性红能力、TNF-α、IL-6、溶血素水平和脾淋巴细胞CD3+4T淋巴细胞亚群及CD3+8T淋巴细胞亚群分布(P0.05),而对小鼠的肝、脾脏指数影响不显著,表明牡蛎寡肽能够提高由CTX引起的免疫低下模型小鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫及非特异性免疫功能,对小鼠的免疫功能具有正面调控的作用.     

IM-94对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用

采用细胞培养，细胞计数和ＭＴＴ快速检测法观察了肿瘤抑制剂ＩＭ－９４对培养的人肿瘤细胞的抑制作用，结果表明ＩＭ－９４对培养的肿瘤细胞，包括Ｋ５６２细胞，肺癌ＳＰＣ－Ａ１及胃腺癌７９０１细胞均有明显的杀伤作用，并具有一定的量一次和时一效关系，而培养的正常细胞没有明显影响。     

gD2 DNA疫苗诱导细胞免疫应答

用生殖器疱疹gD2 DNA疫苗pcDNA3-gD转染哺乳动物细胞COS-7,鉴定gD表达．再用其免疫BALB／c小鼠,测定脾细胞增殖、CTL细胞杀伤活性,以及CD4^ 和CD8^ 细胞群．结果表明：pcDNA3-gD能够在哺乳动物细胞COS-7中表达gD抗原,其免疫小鼠脾细胞增殖活性增加,CTL活性达37．69％,明显高于pcDNA3组和生理盐水组;CD4^ 占T细胞数量的33．38％,数量较pcDNA3组和生理盐水组显著增加．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。     

Quantitative trait loci （QTLs） for quality traits related to protein and starch in wheat

Quality traits in wheat （Triticum aestirum L.） were studied by quantitative trait locus （QTL） analysis in a recombinant inbred line （RIL） population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross （ChSh）. Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.
