复方肿瘤血管生成抑制因子口服液对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:为探讨复方肿瘤血管生成抑制因子口服液(COL-TAI)对正常及化疗小鼠免疫功能的影响,应用环磷酰胺(CTX)对实验小鼠进行化疗或给实验小鼠以致死量的阿糖胞苷(ARA-C),然后给小鼠口服COL-TAI,比较用药组和对照组之间小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞C3b受体活性、吞噬功能、淋巴细胞酸性非特异性酯酶和生存时间等免疫指标的影响.结果显示COL-TAI可明显提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞C3b受体性活,COL-TAI对化疗小鼠的免疫缺损有恢复作用,可提高小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数,增加ANAE+(α-乙酸苯酯酶+)淋巴细胞百分率;COL-TAI可显著延长给阿糖胞苷致死量小鼠的生命(P<0.01).COL-TAI具有增强正常和化疗小鼠特异性和非特异性免疫功能,口服COL-TAI可显著提高化疗小鼠的免疫水平.

Abstract:To research the influence of Compound Oral Liquid of the Tumor Angiogenesis Inhibitor (COL-TAI) on the immunological function in mice, some chemotherapy mice were established by cytoxan (CTX) ip and other mice were given cytarabine (ARA-C) with a lethal dose. After po of COL-TAI, the C3b receptor's activity, the phagocytose fuction and the survival time were compared, the percentage of ANAE+ lymyhocytes were calculated. The results showed that when COL-TAI is given orally, the C3b receptor's activity, the percentage and indexes of macrophagocytes from the mice's abdominal cavity were significantly enhanced (P<0.01), the percentage of ANAE+ lymphocytes increased (P<0.05), the immunodificiency of the mice with chemotherapy were recoved; COL-TAI prolonged the survival time of the mice which have been given ARA-C with a lethal dose. COL-TAI can improve the immunological function in mice with chemotherapy or not.
