制备了吡罗昔康口腔崩解片,并评价其质量。采用直接粉末压片法制备口腔崩片解,以片剂可压性、崩解时限、口感为指标。在先进行预试验的基础上,进行了最佳处方的筛选,并对其溶出度进行检测。结果采用最佳处方及制备工艺的吡罗昔康口崩片口感良好,与市售普通片比较,口腔崩解片具有明显速释效果。说明吡罗昔康口腔崩处方设计合理、制备工艺可行、产品质量可控。  相似文献

 以微晶纤维素(MCC)、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPP)和泡腾剂为崩解剂制备盐酸昂丹司琼口腔崩解片.以EudragitE100为载体制备盐酸昂丹司琼包合物以掩蔽其苦麻味,采用粉末直接压片法制备片剂,运用星点设计-效应面法进行处方优化,并对药物体外溶出进行评估.以MCC,PVPP和泡腾剂含量为自变量,体外崩解时间为因变量进行二次多项式拟合,结果表明,拟合的效果较好,较优处方为w(MCC)9%,w(PVPP)6.5%,w(泡腾剂)17.5%.与市售普通片比较,口腔崩解片具有明显速释效果.将盐酸昂丹司琼制成口腔崩解片能显著提高其体外溶出速度.  相似文献

采用正交实验优化诺氟沙星片剂的制备条件,获得最佳处方:淀粉为填充剂,质量分数为5%的羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na)为崩解剂,1%的滑石粉为润滑剂,10%的淀粉浆为黏合剂.为增大诺氟沙星药物的溶出,采用研磨法制备β-环糊精诺氟沙星包合物,经湿法制粒压片工艺制备环糊精诺氟沙星片剂.环糊精诺氟沙星片的片重差异、脆碎度和崩解时限均符合2010版中国药典要求,其中诺氟沙星的溶出度得到有效改善,解决了诺氟沙星片剂对照组的主药溶出度低的问题.采用优化处方和制备工艺,制备环糊精诺氟沙星片,可改善难溶性诺氟沙星药物的溶出度且工艺简单易行.  相似文献

为优化间苯三酚口腔崩解片处方和制备工艺,以微晶纤维素、甘露醇为填充剂,以低取代羟丙纤维素为崩解剂制备间苯三酚口腔崩解片。采用正交设计L9(32)安排实验,以崩解时限、分散均匀性和口感作为评价指标,对处方和制备工艺进行优化。得到优化后的口腔崩解片崩解时限为27s左右,硬度为4.0kg左右,分散均匀性和口感良好。说明处方和工艺可行。  相似文献

为提高阿苯达唑的溶出性能,解决普通片剂可能造成患者吞咽困难等问题,基于增溶作用,研究探索制备阿苯达唑分散片的处方及工艺。首先,考察加入表面活性剂、用亲水性包合材料制成包合物对片剂溶出度的影响,筛选增加药物溶解度的方法;其次,采用单因素试验,以可压性、硬度、崩解时限、溶出度为考察指标,对黏合剂、崩解剂、增溶剂、润滑剂等进行筛选,通过正交试验优化处方及工艺;最后,按最优处方及工艺制备3批阿苯达唑分散片,进行质量评价,采用紫外分光光度法测定其含量和溶出度。结果表明,联合使用十二烷基硫酸钠和聚山梨酯80可增加阿苯达唑在水中的溶解度;阿苯达唑分散片的优选处方如下:十二烷基硫酸钠用量为3%(质量分数,下同),PVPP用量为16%(内外加比例为1∶1),聚山梨酯80用量为3%,羟丙基甲基纤维素溶液用量为3%,硬脂酸镁用量为1%,采用湿法制粒压片;制备的不同批次阿苯达唑分散片在122 s内完全崩解,药物在45 min时累积溶出度均大于80%,符合2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》要求。所研制的阿苯达唑分散片处方合理,制备工艺可行,体外质量良好,为改善生物药剂学分类系统(BCS)Ⅱ类药物口服制剂的生物利用度提供了研究思路和理论依据。  相似文献

制备米诺膦酸片,并以原研制剂为参比制剂,采用f_2相似因子法对两者体外溶出度的一致性进行考察.建立合适的体外溶出度测定方法,研究参比制剂的溶出情况,通过单因素试验对辅料的用量进行筛选,制备出米诺磷酸片.比较自制品与原研制剂在不同溶出介质中的溶出行为,评价两者体外溶出行为的相似性.结果表明:制备的米诺膦酸片剂与原研制剂在4种不同pH值溶出介质中的溶出相似因子f_2均大于50;制备的米诺膦酸片剂与原研制剂体外溶出行为相似.  相似文献

通过L9(34)正交实验法,考察各因素对片剂的制备工艺影响.以多指标综合评分法进行分析,筛选出最优处方.通过对蓬子菜总黄酮片剂的外观、质量差异、硬度、崩解度、片剂的稳定性进行考察,进而评价蓬子菜总黄酮片剂的质量.表明最优处方为A2 B2 C3.即蓬子菜有效部位0.5 g,微晶纤维素5 g,乳糖5 g,采用内外加法加入交联羧甲基纤维素钠0.8 g,黏合剂为70%乙醇;片剂外观光滑无斑,崩解时限在规定时间内,片重差异良好,含总黄酮量为12.55 mg/g.此制备工艺简单易行,片剂质量可控.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
