鲜花形态建模与可视化技术被广泛应用于计算机动画、游戏以及农学教学和科研等领域.以玫瑰花为研究对象,通过对玫瑰花形态结构的观测分析,建立了玫瑰花的三维几何模型.然后在VC + + 6.0下结合OpenGL图形库,绘制了玫瑰花的三维形态,并对其进行了着色、纹理映射、光照等处理,使建立的模型更加形象逼真,最后模拟了玫瑰花开放过程,从实验结果来看,模拟的玫瑰花开放过程具有较强的真实感.  相似文献

以玫瑰花卉浸提液和白酒为酒基,加入多种香料,陈酿数月配制成玫瑰花味美思,研究了玫瑰花味美思的最佳配方。通过正交试验、感官品评、理化指标测定等,研究了浸提工艺条件、稳定性和澄清处理效果等问题。结果表明:玫瑰花味美思的最佳配方是玫瑰花料水比1∶60、温度70℃、时间40min的浸提液,按糖分5%、酒精15%加入白砂糖和白酒,加入苦艾1.18g/L、肉桂0.79g/L、豆蔻0.13g/L、橙皮0.13g/L等。混合液pH值为3.5,陈酿3个月,经不同澄清剂澄清处理,得出40mg/L单宁与150mg/L蛋清配比的复合澄清剂澄清效果较好的结论。GC-MS分析结果表明,味美思香味醇和、浓郁,暴冲感大大减弱。  相似文献

以玫瑰花为主要原料,采用微波辅助法提取玫瑰花色素,并通过正交试验对玫瑰花果冻的配方进行了优化,研制了玫瑰花果冻.结果表明,玫瑰花色素提取的条件为料液比1∶40,提取温度90℃,提取时间60 min,微波功率500 W.玫瑰花果冻的配方为白砂糖添加量10%,琼脂添加量1.8%,玫瑰汁添加量25%,柠檬酸添加量0.30%;玫瑰花果冻呈均匀淡红色,酸甜适口,香气协调,口感细腻.  相似文献

试验研究了滚筒连续杀青机的杀青温度对鄂茶10号绿茶品质的影响.感官审评、理化性质分析结果表明,适当低温杀青能有效改善绿茶色泽,保证滋味及香气的品质;270℃杀青处理下绿茶色泽嫩绿明亮、花香高长、滋味鲜醇,感官审评得分最高;该处理下各主要品质成分含量较高,萜烯类、萜烯醇及酯类等香气物质种类丰富,综合品质最佳.  相似文献

通过单因素和正交试验研究了玫瑰花红色素的提取工艺.结果表明:玫瑰花红色素属花青素类,提取的最佳条件为:70%(V/V)乙醇为溶剂、pH值为1、物料比(m/V)为1∶ 8、浸提温度60℃、时间为1 h.稳定性研究表明玫瑰花红色素对光和热敏感,在不同的pH值下表现出不同的颜色;金属离子Na 、Zn2 、Ca2 对该色素无明显影响,Cu2 使该色素颜色向黄色变化,而Fe3 则会使玫瑰花红色素的颜色发生较大的改变;玫瑰花红色素对还原剂Na2SO3较稳定,对氧化剂H2O2则很敏感.  相似文献

对玫瑰花特征香气组分进行分析,并评价其在卷烟中的应用效果,为卷烟加香工艺提供更多的参考依据.利用95%乙醇对玫瑰花进行渗漉提取,以卷烟感官质量评价为导向,采用大孔树脂和凝胶色谱等技术制备玫瑰花特征香气组分,并应用于烟丝加香,结合气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)和相对香气活力值(ROAV)分析关键香气成分.大孔树脂30%乙醇洗脱部分具有明显的玫瑰香气特征,且能较好地改善卷烟香气、协调风格;玫瑰主要香韵组分中含有香叶基丙酮、苯乙醇、5-羟甲基糠醛等清甜香及花香特征香气成分.玫瑰辅香包括β-紫罗兰酮、棕榈酸等木香、酯香香韵特征成分.玫瑰花的特征香气是以清甜香和花香为主,同时辅以木香和酯香;玫瑰特征风味组分应用到烟丝加香中具有较好的效果,能使卷烟的抽吸口感得到明显改善,并凸显卷烟的清甜香风格特征.  相似文献

通过以人的T-淋巴细胞为受试对象,以其结合绵羊红细胞形成E-玫瑰花结的百分率为指标,测试了不同波形参数的脉冲电磁场、不同照射时间对E-玫瑰花结形成率的影响;并讨论了瞬态电磁脉冲(TEMP)对长白猪淋巴细胞转化率等遗传学效应的影响,为解释低强度瞬态电磁脉冲对细胞产生非热效应作用的机理提供了可靠的依据.  相似文献

利用多变量分析方法探讨了4种减压条件对蓝莓果实品质的影响.结果表明,减压贮藏的蓝莓果实的硬度、总酸、品质、色泽、香气和风味降低,固酸比略有升高.主成分分析的结果表明,贮藏29 d时,0.050 MPa处理对蓝莓果实的风味、固酸比、硬度、总酸的影响较为显著;贮藏49 d时,0.050 MPa处理和0.075 MPa对蓝莓果实色泽、风味、固酸比、硬度、总酸、品质评价、甜度、甜酸比有较大影响.偏最小二乘回归分析得知,风味和品质与甜酸比、酸度和固酸比呈显著正相关性,与香气、硬度、坚硬度、甜度和色泽呈显著负相关.运用通径分析可知,色泽、甜酸比、酸度、固酸比、总酸、甜度对品质和风味的直接影响最强.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
