金属板料与塑料复合成型中采用非平底凹模结构制造复杂轮廓形状的复合零件时,金属板料的轮廓形状受到金属板料成型极限的限制.作者用复合成型试验和弹塑性大变形有限元方法揭示了表面轮廓形状较复杂的结构零件复合成型中金属板料的成型过程.变形板料划分为6个区域凸缘区(Ⅰ区)、模腔入口圆角区(Ⅱ区)、与模底接触区1(Ⅲ区)、模底圆角过渡区(Ⅳ区)、与模底接触区2(Ⅴ区)及Ⅱ区与Ⅴ区之间的自由变形区(Ⅵ区).研究结果表明Ⅰ区与Ⅱ区处于拉伸变形状态,Ⅲ区处于板面内双向伸长变形状态;由于模具轮廓形状的急剧变化以及小圆角半径的影响,Ⅳ区内剪切和弯曲作用强,并形成一个板厚大大减薄的大塑性变形区;当熔体压力超过28 MPa时,板料的变形主要集中在Ⅵ区,并在Ⅵ区与Ⅱ区和Ⅵ区与Ⅴ区交界处形成2个板厚减薄较严重的大塑性变形区.  相似文献

采用低碳钢板K08Al、08Al研究了单向拉伸、平面应变、等双向拉伸、单向拉伸——等双向拉伸及等双向拉伸——单向拉伸5种变形路径中的表面粗糙度R_z、R_m值随变形量的变化。同时,对初始板厚不均匀度f_o以及在不同变形路径中板厚不均匀度随变形的发展进行了测定和分析。结果表明:在各变形路径中,随着变形量的增加,表面粗糙度R_z、R_m值呈线性增加,而板厚不均匀度f_R值则显著下降。  相似文献

带钢拉伸弯曲变形过程的表征是拉伸弯曲矫直工艺研究中的关键,带钢拉伸弯曲变形过程在本质上就是带钢在张力作用下的反复弯曲变形过程.本文建立了可以模拟此变形过程的有限元仿真模型,并对带钢拉伸弯曲变形过程进行了仿真研究,揭示了带钢产生塑性延伸和板形矫正的机理.在此基础上,提出了拉伸弯曲矫直工艺使用制度.  相似文献

单向拉伸试验无法模拟土工合成材料在实际工程应用中的受力情况,双向拉伸试验能够较好地模拟材料真实受力情况.为了探索和比较不同种类的土工合成材料在双向受力情况下的力学性能,选取聚乙烯(PE)土工膜和聚丙烯(PP)非织造土工布进行单向和双向拉伸试验.研究结果表明:土工膜和土工布的双向拉伸机理有显著的区别;在双向拉伸条件下,PE土工膜纵向断裂强度比单向拉伸下降21.53%,横向断裂强度下降60.32%,PP非织造土工布纵向断裂强度相比单向拉伸升高11.9%,横向断裂强度升高了12.5%.  相似文献

变形回弹作为金属板料成形的主要缺陷之一,如何提高变应变路径条件下的回弹预测精度一直是研究者们面临的难题.本文针对镁合金变形特点,提出了同时考虑同向硬化、动态硬化和屈服圆畸变的本构模型.以0.8mm厚AZ31B镁合金板料为研究对象,施加不同预拉伸后进行弯曲变形试验,观察了不同预变形对回弹规律的影响.同时结合有限元分析ABAQUS-Explicit(Vumat)和ABAQUS-Implicit(Umat)对板料的变形及回弹过程进行模拟仿真,对比试验与模拟结果,验证动态硬化对于镁合金板料变形回弹的重要影响.  相似文献

采用连续自成核退火法(SSA)热分级方法对双向拉伸聚丙烯专用料的分子链结构进行研究.设计用连续自成核退火热分级方法评价双向拉伸聚丙烯成模稳定性的实验方法,通过对双向拉伸聚丙烯专用料的制样过程进行分析,确定最适宜的制样条件.结果表明:最适宜的制样条件为样品在200℃条件下用压板压制,可以消除不同产地铝坩埚的影响,成模稳定性显著提高.  相似文献

采用条样法与抓样法的单向拉伸,以及一向固定另一向拉伸和两个方向同时拉伸的双向拉伸方法,测试了3种棉纬平针织物的拉伸最终变形值,比较了4种拉伸方法测试结果的差异.基于Peter的模型,对不同测试方法下试样的最终变形进行计算.研究表明理论预测与实验测试结果基本一致.  相似文献

采用扫描电镜、透射电镜和电子背散射衍射技术对TWIP钢拉伸变形后的组织进行了观察和分析. 研究结果表明,热处理后的TWIP钢中存在60%的退火孪晶,变形后孪晶量减少为32%. 在拉伸过程中,具有退火孪晶的晶粒内部首先发生变形,产生的变形孪晶遗传了退火孪晶的取向. 变形过程中孪晶和位错相互作用、孪晶和孪晶相互作用以及孪晶取向改变引发滑移的综合结果使TWIP钢同时获得高塑性和高强度,因此变形过程中孪生变形是TWIP钢的主要变形机制.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献
