盐酸环丙沙星/二氧化硅复合粒子的原位制备及其缓释性能

利用硅酸钠在盐酸环丙沙星的酸溶液中的原位水解成功制备了盐酸环丙沙星/二氧化硅复合粒子。对所得产品进行的SEM、TEM、粒度分布、XRD和FTIR等分析表明,盐酸环丙沙星/二氧化硅复合粒子为粒径0.3～0.7μm的球形粒子,呈无定形态,且盐酸环丙沙星与二氧化硅以物理方式结合。热重分析结果表明,所得复合粒子药物负载量约为28.8％(质量分数)。体外溶出实验证明,产品具有良好的缓释性能,药物释放主要受扩散控制,具有均匀的释放速率和持久的缓释时间。     

Complicated phenomena of the Beichuan-Yingxiu surface fracture zone during Wenchuan <Emphasis Type="Italic">M</Emphasis>s8.0 earthquake in Sichuan Province,China

After Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake, the surface fractures have been investigated in Beichuan City and Yingxiu Town. It was found that the Beichuan-Yingxiu earthquake fracture zone trends northeastward, dipping to northwest. The earthquake fracture zone is mainly characterized by thrust faulting with small amounts of strike-slip movement, and demonstrating various complexities for different areas. The phenomena related to dextral strike-slip displacement are found in Beichuan City and those related to left-lateral strike-slip movement in Yingxiu Town. The compressive shortening of the two surface fracture zones in Beichuan City is 2.8-3.9 m and the left-lateral strike-slip displacement of the surface fractures in Yingxiu Town is 0.52 m.     

Optical nonlinearity and ultrafast dynamics of ion exchanged silver nanoparticles embedded in soda-lime silicate glass

Ag nanoparticles embedded in soda-lime silicate glass were fabricated by ion-exchange and subse-quently annealing method. Z-scan technique, femtosecond time-resolved optical Kerr effect （OKE） technique and femtosecond pump-probe experiment were used to investigate the effects of laser wavelength and laser pulse duration as well as annealing temperature on the third-order optical nonlinearity and ultrafast dynamics of the composites. It was found that the third-order susceptibility of Ag nanoparticles composite glass measured by 400 nm pulse source is larger than that measured by 800 nm pulse source due to an enhancement effect of local field near surface plasmon resonance of Ag nanoparticles in silicate glass. The third-order optical nonlinearity measured by ns laser source is about two orders of magnitude larger than that measured from fs pulse. The annealing temperature has an important effect on the third-order optical nonlinearity and ultrafast dynamics of the composites. Third-order nonlinear susceptibility up to 10^-l0 esu and fast relaxation process up to 0.2 ps have been obtained in Ag nanoparticles doped glass.     

Characteristics of recent temperate glacier fluctuations in the Parlung Zangbo River basin,southeast Tibetan Plateau

Little is known about recent variation of temperate glaciers on the Tibetan Plateau, although they are of particular theoretical and practical interests in terms of climate change and water supply. The study of glacier mass balance and terminus variation for six temperate glaciers in the Parlung Zangbo River basin, southeast Tibetan Plateau, shows the facts of the overall negative mass balance and the continued terminus retreat from 2005/2006 to 2007/2008. The mass balances of smaller glaciers were more negative compared to larger glaciers. Referring the trend of glacier mass balance in the Hengduan Mountains, the Himalayas and glacier shrinkage in southeast Tibetan Plateau, the mass loss and recession of temperate glacier in this region are expected if the current climate condition continues.     

极小特权数组上的理想多秘密共享方案

如何构造针对一般存取结构的理想的多秘密共享方案是一个比较困难的问题.本文首先解决了Spiez等最近提出的一个公开问题[Finite Fields and Their Application,2011,17:329–342],即在特权数组存在的前提下,设计求得任意长度的特权数组的算法.进一步,我们利用特权数组理论,以Pang等和Yang等的方案为例,分析了大多现有的基于Shamir门限体制的多秘密共享方案均不是完善的.最后,基于特权数组的算法,本文提出了一个多秘密共享方案,我们证明了该方案是理想的,并且方案的存取结构中的授权集比门限方案的更加丰富.     

Effect of the silicon powder content on the properties of Al_2O_3-SiC-Me composites

By means of transient plastic phase process,the Al2O3-SiC-Me composites were produced throungh adding metal aluminium and silicon-powder to Al2O3-SiC materials.Under the condition of the same content of silicon and aluminium mixed-powder,the effect of silicon powder addition on properties of Al2O3-SiC-Me composites was studied by means of XRD and EPMA analyses in the temperature range of 300°C-1600°C.The results indicated that the content of metal phase in the sample at 1600°C increases with increasing silicon powder content.At the same time,when the temperature is lower than 1100°C,the strength of samples gradually increases with increasing temperature.However when the temperature is higher than 11000°C,the strength of samples gradually decreases with increasing temperature,and this change is very small.The results also indicated that at the same sintering temperature,the sample with 6%silicon powder has the maximum strength.

用振型拟合原理识别机床主轴的支承参数

机床主轴系统支承参数的识别是机床动态优化设计中的一个首先必须解决的问题。本文根据机械振动分析理论,提出了一种用振型拟合原理识别机床主轴支承参数的新方法,并编制了相应的计算机识别程序。本识别方法不仅对滚动轴承适用,对滑动轴承也同样是适用的。     

Biomimetic coupling effect of non-smooth mechanical property and microstructural features on thermal fatigue behavior of medium carbon steel

Some kinds of particular functions possessed by natural organisms are often formed by coupling up the multiple typical features on their body surfaces. Inspired by the coupling phenomenon in biological system, the medium carbon steel specimens with the coupling effect of non-smooth mechanical property and microstructural features were fabricated by laser processing. Thermal fatigue behavior of specimens with biomimetic coupling surface was investigated and compared. The results confirmed that such a biomimetic method has the beneficial effect on improving the thermal fatigue property of medium carbon steel specimens. The related mechanisms behind the biomimetic coupling effect for explaining the enhanced thermal fatigue resistance were discussed preliminarily. BL天体X射线辐射研究

收集了91个BL Lac天体样本的X射线资料,其中62个高峰频BL天体—HBLs,29个低峰频BL天体—LBLs.计算了它们的X波段光度,研究了它们的X射线谱指数αX与光度LX的关系.结果表明:HBLs的谱指数αX与光度值LX无相关,而LBLs的谱指数αX与光度值LX有较弱相关性.
