Effects of Si and Ce on the microstructure and hydrogen storage property of Ti_(26.5)Cr_(20)V_(45)Fe_(8.5)Ce_(0.5) alloy

Experimental validation of inter-subspecific genetic diversity in rice represented by the differences between the DNA sequences of ‘Nipponbare’ and ‘93-11’

The pedigrees of three sequenced rice cultivars were analyzed to show that a majority of the genetic composition of 'Nipponbare' originates from japonica cultivars while the minority originates from indica cultivars. In contrast, '93-11' is derived mainly from indica cultivars with a smaller contribution from japonica cultivars. All ancestors of 'Guang lu ai 4' appeared to be indica lines. A set of molecular markers (46 InDels and 53 SSRs) polymorphic between 'Nipponbare' and '93-11' were examined in 46 typical indica and 47 typical japonica cultivars selected from 443 accessions according to Cheng's index. All cultivars were divided into indica and japonica groups without overlapping when clustered by Cheng's index, InDels and SSRs. Much higher InDel and SSR diversity between groups than within groups implies that the marker polymorphisms between 'Nipponbare' and '93-11' represent a large proportion of inter-subspecific diversity. About 85% of indica cultivars and more than 90% of japonica cultivars were confirmed to have the same PCR banding patterns as '93-11' and 'Nipponbare', respectively. Some polymorphic loci between 'Nipponbare' and '93-11' cannot be validated in other indica and japonica cultivars, either as subspecies-specific but not predominant alleles, or alleles not specific between the two groups. It was concluded that molecular markers developed from sequence polymorphism between 'Nipponbare' and '93-11' often represent inter-subspecific diversity, although some exceptions were sensitive to either particular marker loci or particular cultivars.     

Vanadyl ions binding to GroEL （HSP60） and inducing its depolymerization

Several vanadium compounds have been known for the hypoglycemic and anticancer effects. However, the mechanisms of the pharmacological and toxicological effects were not clear. In this work, we in- vestigated the potential targets of vanadium in mitochondria. Vanadyl ions were found to bind to mi- tochondria from rat liver with a stoichiometry of 244±58 nmol/mg protein and an apparent dissocia- tion constant (Kd) of (2.0±0.8)×10·16 mol/L. Using size exclusion chromatography, a vanadium-binding protein was isolated and identified to be the 60-kDa heat shock protein (HSP60) by mass spectrometry analysis and immunoassays. Additionally, binding of vanadyl ions was found to result in depolymeri- zation of homo-oligomeric HSP60 (GroEL). HSP60 is an indispensable molecular chaperone and in- volved in many kinds of pathogenesis of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, e.g. type 1 diabetes. Our results suggested that HSP60 could be a novel important target involved in the biological and/or toxicological effects of vanadium compounds.     

a阶时延逆系统的小波神经网络实现

研究采用小波神经网络（WNN）构造a阶时延逆系统的工程实现问题，并给出了a阶时延逆系统小波神经网络存在的充分条件。文中利用小波具有的时频局域化特性，完成小波神经网络的初始化，并去除网络中大量不必要的节点，使网络大大简化。仿真研究表明，该方法对a阶时延逆系统的实现具有良好效果。     

辽西建昌玲珑塔地区侏罗纪地层的离子探针锆石U-Pb定年:对最古老带羽毛恐龙的年代制约

辽西建昌玲珑塔地区髫髻山组火山-沉积岩地层中富含燕辽生物群(又称道虎沟生物群)的重要化石,并记录了若干重要的生物演化事件,特别是对研究鸟类的起源以及最早鸟类和恐龙祖先的分化均具有关键的意义,因而其地层时代问题备受关注.本文对建昌玲珑塔大西山含化石沉积层中的3个凝灰岩样品进行了详细的SIMS锆石U-Pb定年,获得了160.7±1.7,159.5±2.3和158.9±1.7Ma的年龄结果.根据近年广泛使用的地质年表GTS2004和新近修订的地质年表GTS2012,由侏罗兽和近鸟龙等构成的燕辽生物群生存于晚侏罗世早期,从而为最早哺乳动物和最早带毛恐龙的出现年代提供了确凿的同位素年代学证据.     

Crystallization dynamics of supersaturated NaClO4 aerosols studied by high-speed photography

Single supersaturated NaClO4 aerosol droplets on a quartz substrate were observed by a high-speed video camera for their morphologic changes with decreasing relative humidity （RH）. The supersaturated droplets were found to form anhydrous NaClO4 at -10% RH. Three stages were roughly observed in this process, i.e., the main stem appearance, primary and secondary branches growth, and the deep dehydration. The main stem grew steadily and finished in 120 ms. Affected by both crystal precipitation and water evaporation, primary branches grew for 1200 ms, accompanied by a slower growth of secondary branches. The deep dehydration was more complicated, and lasted for a longer time.     

月桂酸甲酯磺酸钠乳化剂的制备及其在丙烯酸酯乳液聚合中的应用

以月桂酸为原料、甲醇为酯化剂、氯磺酸为磺化剂,通过酯化、磺化、中和等反应制备了月桂酸甲酯磺酸钠（C12-MES）,计算和测定了亲水亲油平衡值（HLB）、临界胶束浓度（CMC）和三相点（K点）,并将其作为乳化剂应用于丙烯酸酯的乳液聚合,考察了乳化剂用量对单体转化率、乳液稳定性、乳胶粒粒径的影响。结果表明,当月桂酸甲酯与氯磺酸物质的量比为1:1.2,熟化时间60 min,且用质量分数为20%的甲醇再酯化,所得C12-MES产品色泽较浅,活性物含量能达到80%以上,其HLB值、CMC、K点分别为14.7、13.20 mmol/L（28 ℃）和0 ℃以下;以制得的C12-MES为乳化剂合成的丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液稳定,乳胶粒的粒径在100～200 nm之间,粒度分布小于0.015。     

Antigenic epitope peptides of influenza H3N2 virus neuraminidase gene based on experiments

The neuraminidase (NA) in viral surface is one of the main subtype-specific antigen of influenza type A viruses.Neuraminidase is an enzyme to break the bonds between hemagglutinin (HA) and sialic acid to release newly formed viruses from infected cells.In this study,the H3N2 subtype virus NA genes were sequenced and NA proteins were screened for B-cell epitopes and assessed based on immunoinformatics.Based on this results,four peptides DR6,EY7,VG8 and RE8 (covering amino acid residues 151-156,368-374,398-405 and 428-435,respectively) of the NA protein were synthesized artificially.These peptides were used to immunize New Zealand rabbits subcutaneously to raise antisera.Experimental results showed that these four peptides were capable of eliciting antibodies against H3N2 viruses in a specific and sensitive feature,detected in vitro by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Moreover,hemadsorption anti-releasing effects took place in three three-antisera-mixtures at a dilution of 1:40.Alignment using NA gene database showed that amino acid residues in these four epitope peptides were substituted at specific sites in all the NAs sequenced in this study.It was suggested that these NA epitope peptides might be used in combination with HA proteins as vaccine antigens.     

State of water and its implications for supersaturated structures in Mg(NO_3)_2 aerosols

One technique based on the difference spectra was developed to study the state of water in supersaturated Mg(NO3)2 aerosols. The technique could be derived from the observation that the Raman scattering and infrared absorbance cross sections of molecular vibrations of interest remain practically constant from diluted solutions to supersaturated aerosols. 旋转液膜反应器倾斜角对临界流量影响的研究

针对旋转液膜反应器的不同倾斜角和不同夹缝宽度下的临界流量进行了数值模拟。结果表明,对给定的转速,临界流量与倾斜角之间大致呈二次抛物的关系,并且存在临界角使得反应器的临界流量达到最大;当转速增大时,相应的临界角会递减,并最终趋于一个稳定值;当夹缝宽度变小时,这个稳定值几乎不变。
