The Haldane coefficient (the amount of the oxygen-linked hydrogen ion binding of hemoglobin) was determined in bovine erythrolysate (Hb concentration equals 13.5 mM) by means of the differential titration method with varying PCO2 from 0 to 74 mm Hg and pH from 6.0 to 8.5 at 37 degrees C. The maximum value of the coefficient was found to be 0.49 mM per mM Hb at PCO2 equals 0 and pH 7.20. With increasing of PCO2, the coefficient became smaller in all ranges of pH studied. The coefficient under the conditions of pH 7.20 and PCO2 equals 45 mm Hg that are normally prevailing in the interior of bovine erythrocytes was 0.31.  相似文献

采用传统的固相烧结法,制备了Na0.5Ho0.5-xYbxBi4Ti4O15铋层状结构陶瓷.经X射线衍射(XRD)表征,新合成材料为单相结构,且扫描电子显微镜下的表面和断面图像均为层状,说明合成材料为新型铋层状材料.室温时,在可见光波长范围内,有2个峰,分别为546 nm处的绿光峰和656 nm处的红光峰,分别对应于Ho3+离子的5F4+5S2→5I8和5F5→5I8跃迁.为研究其机理,测试了变功率条件下的发光强度,经计算,绿光和红光发射均为双光子过程.研究陶瓷样品在变温(-130~270°C)条件下的发光性能时,发现红光与绿光的强度比值与温度呈线性关系,该材料有望应用于光学温度传感器领域.经介电性能测试发现当Ho:Yb=1:9时,样品的居里温度为686.4°C.研究铁电性能发现当Ho:Yb=3:2时,剩余极化Pr为9.3μC/cm2,矫顽场强为Ec=82 k V/cm,表明具有一定的铁电性能.以上研究结果表明,制得的新材料是一种具有优异光学性能的多功能材料.  相似文献

The efficacy of different hexacyanoferrates(II) in preventing the enteral absorption of 134Cs was studied in piglets. As compared to the controls, oral application of 134Cs together with KFe[Fe(CN)6], NH4Fe[Fe(CN)6], or Fe4[Fe(CN)6]3 resulted in a strong reduction of the 134 Cs-uptake by more than 97%. The decrease in enteral absorption depends on the dose of administered hexacyanoferrate(II), whereas differences between the compounds under study were small. The biological half-life of 134Cs in non-hexacyanoferrate(II) treated piglets was 21.6 +/- 3.3 days (mean +/- SD).  相似文献

Square ZnO nano-columns have been manufactured by molecular beam epitaxy on p-type Si (100) substrate. The morphology and the evolution sequences after thermal annealing were investigated by in-situ scanning tunneling microscopy. We associated the morphology and microstructure evolution with the cubic Si (100) substrate, large lattice mismatching, the coexistence of wurtzite and zincblende phases of ZnO, and the thermal effect.  相似文献

微电子系统中互连尺寸的微细化使构成焊点的钎料合金的力学性能成为影响电子封装与组装产品可靠性的关键因素。因此,在微米及纳米尺度深刻掌握Sn基钎料合金的断裂行为对于更好地预测焊点可靠性具有重要意义。本文针对100Sn、63Sn37Pb、96.5Sn3.5Ag三种Sn及Sn合金,在进行力学性能测试和显微组织分析的基础上,考察了Sn及Sn合金在微米尺度上的动态断裂机制,以及纳米尺度上裂纹尖端的真实物理过程,阐述了Sn基体、含铅Sn合金和无铅Sn合金三者互有关联又各有不同的微观断裂行为特征。  相似文献

本文简述了固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)连接体材料的发展过程,重点介绍了金属连接体材料的研发现状。目前研究和使用的合金有三种:Cr基合金、Ni基合金和铁素体不锈钢。Cr基合金的耐热温度能达到SOFC的要求,并且其表面氧化后生成的Cr2O3有很高的电导率,但是Cr元素的挥发很容易引起阴极中毒而降低电池性能;Ni基合金有很高的抗氧化性,但其热膨胀系数(TEC)比电解质(如YSZ)大很多,热膨胀系数的不匹配很容易造成电池破裂;铁素体不锈钢能满足SOFC所要求的强度,并且有合适的热膨胀系数,但是也需要在其表面制备保护层来降低氧化速率和Cr挥发。本文以有代表性的合金作为例子对三种合金的性质作了总结,并给出了本实验室所开发的几种Fe-Cr高温合金(铁素体不锈钢)的性能。最后总结了合金连接体的发展方向。  相似文献

Electrochemical activities of cis-dichlorodiammineplatinum (II) (cis-DDP) and its trans isomer were studied by classical and differential pulse polarography (d.p.p.). It was shown that both isomers yielded a polarographic step or peak at about -1.6 V (vs. Ag/AgCl), which corresponded to electroreduction of the complex and to catalytic hydrogen evolution. This signal was easily measurable with the aid of d.p.p. and was suitable for investigation of the extent of hydrolysis and trans-isomerization of cis-DDP leading to the formation of toxic products. The detection limit for determination of cis-DDP and its trans isomer by d.p.p. was 1 X 10(-6) mol/l.  相似文献

Summary Annual rings of 140–160-year-old beeches (Fagus sylvatica) from St. Ingbert, Saarland (FRG) were prepared and analyzed for 14 metals by atomic absorption spectroscopy. According to the chronological variations of their concentrations, the elements could be divided into three groups: 1) Metals without any tendency for chronological changes. This was established for Na, K, Cu, Cr, Co, Ni, Pb, and Cd. 2) Metals with a recent decrease of their concentrations, appropriate for Ca, Mg, Mn, and Zn. 3) Metals with a recent tendency to increase, e.g. Fe and Al. These variations are discussed in connection with the industrial history of the Saarland region and the influence of acid immissions which may alter the soil and thereby the trace element metabolism of the trees with consequences for the vitality of the plants.  相似文献

The mechanisms of iron-mediated inhibition of the H(+)-ATPase activity of plasma membrane (PM) vesicles isolated from wheat roots were investigated. Both FeSO(4) and FeCl(3) significantly inhibited PM H(+)-ATPase activity, and the inhibition could be reversed by the addition of the metal ion chelator EDTA-Na(2) or a specific Fe(2+) chelator, indicating that the inhibitory effect was due to specific action of Fe(2+) or Fe(3+). Measurement of the extent of lipid peroxidation showed that oxidative damage on the PM caused by Fe(2+) or Fe(3+) seemed to be correlated with the inhibition of PM H(+)-ATPase activity. However, prevention of lipid peroxidation with butylated hydroxytoluene did not affect iron-mediated inhibition in the PM H(+)-ATPase, suggesting that the inhibition of the PM H(+)-ATPase was not a consequence of lipid peroxidation caused by iron. Investigation of the effects of various reactive oxygen species scavengers on the iron-mediated inhibition of H(+)-ATPase activity indicated that hydroxyl radicals (*OH) and hydrogen peroxide (H(2)O(2)) might be involved in the Fe(2+)-mediated decrease in PM H(+)-ATPase activity. Moreover, iron caused a decrease in plasma protein thiol (P-SH), and Fe(3+) brought a higher degree of oxidation in thiol groups than Fe(2+) at the same concentration. Modification of the thiol redox state in the PM suggested that reducing thiol groups were essential to maintain PM H(+)-ATPase activity. Incubation of the specific thiol modification reagent 5,5-dithio-bis(2-nitrobenzoic acid) with the rightside-out and inside-out PM revealed that thiol oxidation occurred at the apoplast side of the PM. Western blotting analysis revealed a decrease in H(+)-ATPase content caused by iron. Taken together, these results suggested that thiol oxidation might account for the inhibition of PM H(+)-ATPase caused by iron, and that *OH and H(2)O(2) were also involved in Fe(2+)-mediated inhibition.  相似文献

Oxidation-reduction (redox) potential measurements were made in the blood of rabbits subjected to hemorrhagic shock followed by treatment with a mild oxidizing agent (albumin). Control redox potential reading corrected for pH was -8.8 +/- 1.3 millivolts (mV) in arterial blood (A) and -18.0 +/- 2.0 mV in venous blood (V). This A-V difference indicated that hydrogen equivalents coming from muscle and other tissues were partially consumed in the lungs. A 20-mV drop on the V and a 13 mV on the A side was seen after shock. This did not fully return to control 2 h after return of the shed blood. Infusion of 2 g of albumin/kg/h raised the V redox potential to control, but it returned to untreated levels when the albumin was discontinued. The reductive load imposed on the animal by shock appeared to be large and not readily reversed by reperfusion or by the quantity of albumin given. Thus, it may be concluded that cellular respiration had not been adequately restored. This reductive load may impede recovery by suppression of cellular respiration and other cell and organ functions.  相似文献

Different doses (30 mg, 40 mg and 300 mg/kg b.wt) of dithane M-45 were injected intraperitoneally and their effects were investigated after time intervals of 1, 2, 5 and 10 days. The chromosomal aberrations observed in the bone marrow cells of male mice after treatment with dithane M-45 were fragments, rings, dicentric chromosomes, terminal chromatid deletions, chromatid gaps and breaks. In addition to these chromosomal aberrations, physiological effects such as uneven stretching of chromatin material, end-to-end chromosomal associations, exchange configurations, clumping, stickiness and centromeric associations were also observed.  相似文献

Summary The effect of cyproterone acetate (CPA) on the testis and epididymis of the lizard,Psammophilus dorsalis has been studied. Treatment with CPA affects spermatogenesis and steroid metabolism in the testis. It also causes regression of the epididymis and a decrease in steroidogenic enzyme activity.Acknowledgments. The effect of bunaphtine (BNA, 5 X 10(-5)M) on La3+ -resistant 45Ca content and 45Ca efflux was studied on rat aortic smooth muscle. BNA decreased both control and norepinephrine-stimulated La3+-resistant 45Ca content and increased the 45Ca efflux. These effects could explain the inhibition of the contractile responses induced by BNA.  相似文献

The degradation of the TRH by plasma was studied using a sensitive method for the separation of TRH and products formed by high-pressure liquid chromatographic analysis (HPLC). The detected products are TRH-3H or synthetic TRH. The HPLC analysis is performed on a microparticulate (10 mu) silica gel chromatographic column with CH3CN/0,01 M NH4OAc, at pH 6 (30/70) (V/V). This technique provides a good separation of TRH and the other products of degradation. In our experimental conditions, the human plasma degrades 62.5 +/- 5% of of TRH in 60 mn; very similar results are obtained with thin layer chromatography.  相似文献

BaTi4O9-doped Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3(BST) composite ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction and their structure,dielectric nonlinear characteristics and microwave dielectric properties were investigated.The secondary phase of the orthorhombic structure Ba4Ti13O30 is formed among BST composite ceramics with the increase of BaTi4O9.At the same time,a duplex or bimodal grains size distribution shows fine grains in a coarse grain matrix.The degree of frequency dispersion of dielectric permittivity below Tm is increased initially and then decreased with respect to BaTi4O9.As the BaTi4O9 content increases,the tunability of composite ceramics decreases,while the Q value increases.Interestingly,70 wt%BaTi4O9-doped BST has a tunability~4.0%(under 30 kV/cm biasing) versus a permittivity~68 and quality factor ~134.1(at~3.2 GHz) .  相似文献
