热电偶热电势精密测定系统的设计

介绍采用精密运算放大器、模数转换（A/D）、微控制器进行处理,对热电偶电动势进行精密测量的方法。该系统电路简单,测量方便、适应性强、测量电压的范围宽,工作稳定。经测定电动势测量范围在00.00-99.99mv,误差≤±0.2%,转换速度6.25次/秒,符合设计要求。     

Bound lipids in lacustrine sediments in Guchenghu Lake, East China

Conclusion Lipids present in different modes of occurrence in lacustrine sediments vary obviously in their composition. The ester-bound and amide-bound lipids are more likely to be derived from autochthonous input such as bacteria, algae and fungi in the lake, and they were more stable than the free lipids in the process of early diagenesis. Bound lipids record the more actual information about the paleoclimatic and paleoenvironmental changes. Amide-bound P-hydroxy fatty acids can be used as a fingerprint of the past bacterial communities which is informative to the paleoenvironment.     

大鼠不完全性视网膜缺血的组织学变化

采用双侧颈总动脉阻断血流（２ＶＯ）的方法，造成大鼠不完全性视网膜缺血，用组织学方法观察了不同缺血时间（３０、９０ｍｉｎ，４、７、３０ｄ）的缺血后再灌注与不再灌流对视网膜变化的影响。结果显示：缺血３０和９０ｍｉｎ再灌流４ｄ后，内炕网膜（包括外网层、内核层、内网层、节细胞层、神经纤维怪和内界膜）明显增厚；其他不再灌流的缺血组，厚度趋向减少。节细胞计数随缺血时间延长逐渐减少；缺血４ｄ后明显减少。提示不完

儿童麻疹肺炎胸部CT影像学特点

目的:分析儿童麻疹肺炎的胸部影像学表现特点,提高对该病的影像学诊断能力及其远期并发症如闭塞性细支气管炎(BO)的早期识别能力.方法:91例患者均行胸部CT扫描,总结其CT及高分辨率CT(HRCT)资料,分析该病的影像学特点.结果:胸部CT表现:肺间质损害91例;片絮影57例,其中受累肺叶数≥3者32例;肺实变34例,累及肺叶数≥3者18例;磨玻璃影54例,胸膜增厚24例;纵隔气肿5例,气胸2例.63例患者存在小气道病变,其中,细支气管壁增厚52例,马赛克灌注征26例,小叶中心结节影22例,树芽征9例.17例重症麻疹肺炎患者在随访过程中,5例患者胸部HRCT一直显示有小气道病变.结论:儿童麻疹肺炎以肺间质损害合并双肺多灶性斑片影为主要改变,常常伴有磨玻璃影、胸膜病变;合并小气道病变常见,如出现小气道改变,尤其是重症患者,应进行临床及胸部HRCT随访除外闭塞性细支气管炎.

Weathering Signals of Millennial-Scale Oscillations of the East-Asian Summer Monsoon over the Last 220 ka

This study generated a high-resolution paleoweathering record of the loess-soil sequence from the central Loess Plateau covering the last 220 ka using the ratio between the CBD (citrate-bicarbonate-dithionite) extractable free Fe_2O_3 (Fed) and total Fe_2O_3 (Fet). The new proxy shows a series of millennial oscillations, which are not necessarily documented by magnetic susceptibility from the same site. Because chemical weathering in the region depends mainly upon summer precipitation and temperature, we interpret these changes to be a result of millennial-scale variations in the strength of the East-Asian summer monsoon. Over the last glacial period, there is general agreement between the loess weathering record and the GRIP ice δ~(18)O record. The first suggests a rather stable summer monsoon pattern during the Last Interglacial period (marine δ~(18)O stage 5e). Large amplitude millennial oscillations of the summer monsoon seem to be particularly characteristic of the last glacial period whereas the fluctuations for the older periods are smoother.
