在25只家鸽的离体顶盖脑片上,用玻璃微电极胞外记录到顶盖Ⅲ层神经元自发放电单位55个,观察了γ氨基丁酸(gammaaminobutyric,GABA)及其拮抗剂以及电刺激Ⅱa~f亚层对Ⅲ层神经元电活动的作用.作用显示:脑片灌流GABA(10-6mol/L,3min)后,16/21个单位(占76.2%)放电频率减少,1/21个单位(占4.8%)放电频率增加,4/21个单位(占19.6%)放电频率无变化.GABA的这种减频作用可被10-6mol/L荷包牡丹碱(bicuculine,BIC)逆转.14个被Ⅱa~f亚层刺激传入减频的Ⅲ层神经元,其中11个单位(占78.6%)的减频作用可被BIC阻断,另3个单位则不产生阻遏作用.上述药物的作用具有可逆性和重复性.结果表明:家鸽顶盖Ⅲ层中可能有GABA能纤维的到达,Ⅲ层内存在GABA敏感神经元.顶盖Ⅱa~f亚层与Ⅲ层神经元间的抑制性突触传递过程中有GABA及其相应的GABAA型受体参与  相似文献

采用6V-6Ah电池测定了含不同硫酸盐添加剂的正极活性物质利用率及电池的湿储存性能,结果表明:含添加剂硫酸亚锡、硫酸钠、硫酸镉和硫酸铋的正极在5A(1.2h率)恒流放电时,其活性物质利用率分别为38.6%、36.9%、35.9%和34.1%,而无添加剂时则为32.4%;电池经1年储存后,在相同的放电条件下,测得电池年自放电率,分别为26.7%,14.9%,19.8%及11.7%,而无添加剂时则为2  相似文献

分析了新型静止无功发生器(ASVG)装置中可能出现的非正常运行状态及应采取的GTO保护措施,包括:大功率门极可关断晶闸管(GTO)门极驱动器设计,以实现GTO的正确开通及关断,并提出GTO串联运行时门极驱动器的设计要求;GTO的过电压保护,包括关断过电压保护、瞬态浪涌过电压保护及直流侧过电压保护;GTO的过电流保护,包括负载过电流保护、ASGV输出侧短路保护、逆变器桥臂直通保护。针对情况最严重的桥臂直通短路,设计了一种环流过电流保护,并给出了试验结果。在此基础上,以±300kvarASVG为例,给出了分级动作的装置整体保护方案。±300kvarASVG装置的试运行验证了作者所给出各种保护方案的可行性及正确性。  相似文献

设A是布尔矩阵,依据4个性质、AGA=A,GAG=G、(GA) ̄T=GA、(AG) ̄T=AG的不同组合,定义了五种广义逆A ̄-、Ar ̄-、A_m ̄-、A_l ̄-、A ̄+,这里G是布尔矩阵.本文中,我们证明了,如果A ̄-、Ar ̄-、Am ̄-、A_l ̄-、A ̄+,存在,那么它们一定有最大广义逆,其表示分别为(A ̄TA ̄CA ̄T) ̄C、(A ̄TA ̄CA ̄T) ̄CA(A ̄TA ̄CA ̄T) ̄C、(A ̄(TC)AA ̄T) ̄C、(A ̄TAA ̄(TC)) ̄C、A ̄T.  相似文献

研究了中国汉族自然群体中血管紧张肽原基因(AGT)M235T多态位点在原发性 高血压患者和同龄对照者之间的等位频率分布.观察到AGT基因的M235T位在中国汉族 人群中存在两个等位因子的遗传多态性(M235/235T),其杂合率(heterozygosity)为30%. T235基因在高血压群体中为88.7%,在正常人群的频率为79.0%,两者有显著性差异(x2= 6.264,p<0.02).提示中国人血管紧张肽原基因(AGT)M235T多态位点与原发性高血压之 间有显著关联.  相似文献

家兔高脂血症模型的建立及其在灵芝药理研究中之应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
作者采用脂肪乳剂对家兔连续灌胃2w,分析比较了灌胃前后血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、载脂蛋自B(ApoB)之变化和血浆血栓素(TX2)和前列腺素16─Keto─PGF1α之变化。结果发现:TC、TG、ApoB、TXB2均明显上升,有极显著性差异(P<0.01);6-Ket-PGF1α明显下降,具有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。其中,Tc含量较灌胃前增力15.4倍,TG较灌胃前增加3.3涪,完全符合食饮性动物高脂血症模型的特点。作者采用上述模型观察了灵芝对其TC、TG、ApoB、TXB2、d-Keto-PGF1α之影响。结果发现:用灵芝制剂对高脂血症家兔行灌胃治疗,TC下降率为3.118%±2.89%,TG下降卒为62.99±12.18,与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。ApoB有一定程度降低。  相似文献

以人工合成的向卫星序列(GTG)5、(GT)8、(CAC)5和人源上卫星33.15做引物,首次随机扩增了伏翼的基因组DNA,从多态性DNA片段回收8条特异性片段,即(GTG)5a、(GTG)5b、(GT)8a、(GT)8b、(CA)5a、(CAC)5b、33.15a和33.15b。与被标记过的基础组DNA做探针斑点杂交结果表明,8个片段中(GTG)5a、(CAC)5a和33.15a产生了阳性信号,  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. 本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献
