大叶黄杨叶制备叶绿素铜钠盐的工艺研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
以鲜大叶黄杨叶为原料,有95%酒精为溶剂提取叶绿素,再通过化学法制得叶绿素铜钠盐。工艺试验证明:选用5%NaOH溶液进行皂化,再用10%CuSO4溶液进行铜代;最后用丙酮溶解,5%NaOH乙醇溶液成盐,制得叶绿素铜钠盐达到国家标准。  相似文献

本文应用直接加热法、酸碱化加热法和酸碱法对苜蓿叶蛋白的提取方法进行了比较研究,同时对叶蛋白提取的工艺参数进行了优化试验。结果表明在苜蓿叶蛋白最佳的提取方法为直接加热法,最佳工艺参数为料水比1:3,滤布层数为2层,过滤后于85℃水浴中,恒温7min。在最佳工艺条件下,苜蓿叶蛋白得率可达4.70%。  相似文献

柠条是一种粗蛋白含量较高的灌木,而且富含全部的人体必需氨基酸.从丰富的柠条资源中提取蛋白对于部分缓解我国目前的蛋白质资源紧缺以及环境保护等问题具有积极作用;因此,通过Box-Behnken实验设计进行柠条叶蛋白碱性提取的响应面优化,得到了适当的模型,并确定了重要参数的最佳水平.根据系统给定的参数得到的预测值与实测值相当接近;柠条叶蛋白提取的最佳工艺条件为:NaOH溶液浓度0.12,mol/L,絮凝pH,2.9,温度75,℃.最终可得柠条叶蛋白浓缩物相对得率(RLPCY)和蛋白相对得率(RPY)分别为16.2%和41.5%.  相似文献

以水为介质,对沙棘叶进行微波处理提取黄酮,其提取效果与常规水浸提法比较表明,微波提取效率大大提高.微波水提取黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:微波功率360W,提取时间3min,沙棘叶粉与水的质量比为1:30,提取率为1.21%.  相似文献

针对废旧锂离子电池对环境污染严重、资源浪费大等问题,对锂离子电池材料中的钴、锂回收工艺进行了研究,探索了废旧电池在NaCl溶液中预放电的最佳浓度和时间,对比分析了正极材料与集流体分离的三种方法,优化出酸浸工艺的最佳工艺参数,探索出了钴、锂沉淀的条件.结果显示,废旧电池在1.5 mol/L的NaCl溶液中放电5 h后可降电池电压至安全值;酸浸的最优的工艺参数为C(H~+)=3.5 mol/L,C(Na_2S_2O_3)=0.25 mol/L,T=90℃,Time=2.3 h,浸出率可达到了99.5%;采用NaOH溶液将pH调至8.5左右可以将钴离子完全沉淀,得到Co(OH)_2沉淀物;采用NaOH溶液调节pH12,再加入适量的Na_2CO_3沉淀锂,锂回收率为73%.  相似文献

通过比较几种Lewis酸对长叶烯异构化反应的催化效果,选择了LS-98作为长叶烯异构化反应的较为理想的催化剂。通过对异构化反应的温度、反应时间和溶剂用量等条件对比试验,选择了长叶烯异构化反应的工艺:以冰乙酸为溶剂,LS-98为催化剂,在30~40℃温度下反应3~4小时,90%以上的长叶烯转化为异长叶烯。  相似文献

以菠萝叶原麻为原材料,研究不同浸酸、碱煮工艺条件下,菠萝叶纤维抑菌性能及可纺性能变化。实验结果表明,当菠萝叶纤维浸酸工艺条件为:采用25g·L~(-1)的H_2SO_4在浴比为1∶50,温度为55℃的条件下浸酸60min;碱煮工艺条件为:采用15g·L~(-1)的NaOH,4g·L~(-1)的Na_2SO_3,3g·L~(-1)的Na_2SiO_3,2%的JFC渗透剂(对纤维质量比),在浴比1∶30,温度为100℃的条件下煮练120min,菠萝叶纤维的可纺性能及抑菌性能较好。  相似文献

本文从椭圆叶花锚中提取多糖,经过水提工艺可以提高椭圆叶花锚的综合利用率.采用热水提取椭圆叶花锚多糖,从液固比、提取温度、提取时间3个方面对得率进行考察.结果发现水提椭圆叶花锚多糖的最佳提取条件的液固比为10:1。浸提温度为80℃,浸提时间1.5h最为理想.在此条件下,多糖得率为2.3%.该优化工艺对椭圆叶花锚中多糖的进一步研究具有一定的参考价值.  相似文献

通过月季花上二斑叶螨的室内饲养,对其生物学特性进行了研究,研究结果表明:二斑叶螨在19.5~26.0℃变温条件下,其发育历期为16.2天,雌成螨在23.5~26.0℃变温条件下,寿命是12.54天,产卵量是27.63粒,平均日产卵量6.32粒,卵的孵化率为72.5%。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. 本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献
