铜离子存在下依诺沙星与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
应用荧光光度法研究了生理条件下依诺沙星与牛血清白蛋白相互作用机制.实验结果表明,依诺沙星和牛血清白蛋白主要凭借疏水作用力结合,依诺沙星主要以静态猝灭的方式使得牛血清白蛋白荧光强度显降低.探讨了铜离子及依诺沙星与牛血清白蛋白间相互竞争结合反应,阐明了铜离子浓度对依诺沙星和蛋白质结合的影响.  相似文献

研究了依诺沙星在胶束体系中的荧光特性,发现十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)胶束对依诺沙星的荧光有显著的增敏作用,据此建立了直接测定人体尿样中依诺沙星的荧光分光光度法.用于样品分析,当依诺沙星浓度在2.0×10-7-4.0×10-6mol/L范围内,荧光强度与浓度呈良好的线型关系,检出限为1.4×10-8mol/L,回收率为96-103%.  相似文献

依诺沙星-Tb3+络合物有较强的吸收光潜和荧光光谱,为作为荧光探针研究其与DNA作用机理和荧光增强机理提供了灵敏有效的手段,本文以依诺沙星-铽(Tb3+)作为荧光探针,利用荧光光谱研究了依诺沙星-铽络合物与脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)的相互作用,研究表明,在实验条件下,脱氧核糖核酸能显著增强依诺沙星-Tb3+体系的荧光,据此建立了脱氧核糖核酸的测定方法,线性范围为1.48×10-6~3.84×10-5mol/L,检测限5.2×10-7mol/L.该方法用于核酸样品的测定结果令人满意.同时还探讨了核酸对依诺沙星-Tb3+体系荧光增强效应的作用机理.  相似文献

研究了乙酸 乙酸钠缓冲体系中铽与司帕沙星络合物的荧光特性.司帕沙星与Tb3 存在能量转移关系,使Tb3 545nm处的特征荧光峰大为增强,据此建立了稀土离子Tb3 增敏荧光光谱测定司帕沙星的新方法.测定的最佳条件为:pH5.6,Tb3 浓度4.0×10-4mol/L,λex/λem=275nm/545nm.线性范围1.0×10-7~1.5×10-5mol/L,检测下限1.6×10-9mol/L.该方法用于测定尿液中司帕沙星的含量,结果令人满意.  相似文献

铝(Ⅲ)在HAc- NaAc缓冲介质中,与甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星生成稳定的络合物从而使甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星的内源性荧光显著增强,据此建立了测定甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星的荧光新方法.该体系在最大激发波长λex=365nm,最大发射波长λem=420nm时,甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星浓度在3.2×10-8~9.6×10-6 mol· L-1范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,最低检出限为8.3×10-9 mol·L-1,回收率在98.3%~99.4%之间.本方法已用于测定片剂中的甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星含量,结果令人满意.  相似文献

基于羧基化多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极为工作电极,建立了无汞和高灵敏测定依诺沙星的电化学方法.在0.1 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH为5.91)中,在0.5 V富集5 min,然后以100 mV/s的扫描速度从0.5 V扫描至1.4 V,1次微分峰电流与依诺沙星在0.02~0.20 mg/L呈线性关系,检出限为0.01 mg/L.通过与药典方法比较,证实了方法的可靠性.该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,避免使用汞,可以用于依诺沙星胶囊含量的常规测定.  相似文献

铝不是生命必需元素,过量摄入铝会引起人体机能损伤,为了警惕铝污染和预防铝的过量摄入,非常有必要开发快速、方便的铝离子检测方法。通过缩合2-羟基-1-萘醛与呋喃-2-酰肼合成了一个铝离子荧光探针(NF),具有一定的应用前景。在pH=7.0的水溶液中,NF几乎没有荧光,加入铝离子后发出明亮的青色荧光。当加入其它常见金属离子时,探针的荧光光谱几乎没有变化,而且,当它们与铝离子共存时不影响对铝离子的荧光检测,因此,探针NF对铝离子具有高选择性荧光增强响应。质谱分析研究表明二者形成了2∶1的络合物,并据此提出了NF与铝离子的可能配位结构。  相似文献

采用高效毛细管电泳分离检测加替沙星、洛美沙星、依诺沙星、环丙沙星和氧氟沙星等5种喹诺酮类抗生素,探讨了电泳参数对分离结果的影响.在检测波长为268 nm时,确定最佳实验条件为:电泳缓冲液为pH值为8.8的15 mmol/L Na2B4O7-15 mmol/L KH2PO4溶液,分离电压为8 kV,高差为10 cm,进样时间为20 s.在最佳分离条件下,5种抗生素在9 min内实现基线分离,样品浓度在2×10-6~4×10-6 mmol/L之间.同时,在最佳分离条件下检测市售洛美沙星片中洛美沙星的质量分数为36%,回收率为109.4%.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
