本文利用制酒废水替代成本较高的传统培养基进行细菌型絮凝剂产生菌的培养,并对5株絮凝剂产生菌的培养条件进行了考察。结果表明:无机氮源可以作为细菌生长和絮凝剂合成的外加氮源,促进细菌的生长和絮凝剂的合成,5株细菌都在C/N15∶1~25∶1时有度为9000mg/L。X15经菌株形态特征、生理生化指标,分子生物学特征初步鉴定为蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)  相似文献

从活性污泥中筛选出1株高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌BJ-I,其絮凝率达87.6%.通过生理生化分析及16S rDNA序列鉴定该菌株为短芽孢杆菌(Bacillus brevis).该菌产絮凝剂的最适碳源和氮源分别为20 g/L的葡萄糖和2.0 g/L的蛋白胨;适宜的初始pH和培养温度分别为7.0和30℃;在培养基中添加0.5 g/L的Mg2+有利于菌体生长,但对絮凝荆合成无影响.对该絮凝剂的特性研究结果表明:菌液投放量3%、pH值在5~9、温度为60 ℃条件下絮凝效果最好,加入浓度为8%的Ca2+可显著提高其絮凝活性.实验证明,该菌起絮凝作用的物质存在于发酵液中,主要成分为杂多糖.  相似文献

从生活污水厂的活性污泥中筛选出一株高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌,鉴定为青霉,命名为 ,其产生的微生物絮凝剂命名为MBF7。该茵产生微生物絮凝剂的最佳培养基为葡萄糖培养基,适宜的培养条件为:葡萄糖培养基初始pH值为4.5~6.0,培养温度为30℃;振荡箱的转速为200r/min,培养时间为3~4d。产生的高效絮凝剂MBF7具有良好的絮凝效果,对于实际排放的染料废水、餐厅废水和生活污水浊度去除率分别为92.5%,96.8%,90.2%。  相似文献

为了提高微生物絮凝剂的产量,增强其絮凝效果,降低培养成本,以酱油废水替代发酵培养基对WN-2菌进行了培养,通过单因素培养条件优化,考察了外加碳源、外加氮源、培养时间、pH值等因素对微生物絮凝剂产生菌絮凝率的影响。实验结果表明,以预处理过的酱油废水作为廉价替代培养基,高效絮凝菌株WN-2可以在此条件下产生微生物絮凝剂。且WN-2最佳絮凝条件为:外加氯化钙浓度为0.2 g/L、无需添加碳源和氮源、培养时间为36 h、pH为7.0、摇床转速为160 r/min,在最佳条件下,对高岭土悬浊液进行絮凝测定,其絮凝率达到93.6%。因此,利用酱油废水作为微生物絮凝剂的替代培养基是完全可行的。  相似文献

采用正交试验法对微生物絮凝剂产生菌Bacillus subtilis B-3的发酵培养基进行优化.通过对实验结果的统计学分析,得到培养基最佳C源、N源、无机盐质量浓度比为10∶5∶1.在此基础上,对发酵条件进行优化,结果表明:该菌产絮凝剂的最佳培养温度为35℃,初始pH为8.0,转速为200 r/min,培养时间为16 h.用絮凝剂处理不同来源的污水,实验表明,该絮凝剂对南京炼油厂污水、校园生活污水以及南京金川河内污水均具有较好絮凝效果.  相似文献

采用常规细菌分离方法从木薯淀粉黄浆废水中筛选得到一株微生物絮凝剂产生菌,编号为M2。经过形态学特征、生理生化反应试验和16S rDNA基因序列分析鉴定该菌株为克雷伯氏杆菌,命名为Klebsiella sp.M2。通过单因素实验对菌株M2培养条件进行优化,结果表明最佳培养基种类、培养基初始pH值、培养温度及摇床转速分别为查氏培养基、5、30℃及150r/min。与大部分微生物絮凝剂产生菌上清液表现出絮凝性不同,菌株M2的菌体本身表现出絮凝活性;经过使用超声波破碎仪证明菌体本身具有絮凝活性,最佳絮凝率达到93.20%,具有易于运输、便于使用的优点。菌株M2在以蔗糖作为碳源、KNO3作为氮源的情况下絮凝活性最好。  相似文献

从土壤中筛选到一株产絮凝剂的硅酸盐菌株B12.对其絮凝剂产生条件进行优化,并考查其絮凝特性.以质量浓度为8 g/L的葡萄糖和0.15 g/L的(NH4)2SO4作为碳源和氮源,调节初始pH值至6.9,在温度为31 ℃、转速为150 r/min的摇床中培养72 h后,菌株的絮凝活性最高,絮凝率可达93.6%.絮凝剂特性研究表明:供氧可提高细菌的生长量,但不利于絮凝剂的生成.分段培养有利于提高絮凝率.该菌起絮凝作用的主要是其胞外代谢物,其适用pH值范围广,为0.5~12,絮凝率大于90%;B12菌生物絮凝剂稳定性好,与其他无机絮凝剂相比,其絮凝活效果好、无毒、无二次污染,在矿浆固液分离及矿物废水处理方面有着广阔的应用前景.  相似文献

本文对几株混合酵母菌(HJ-1-HJ6)利用制酒废水产生微生物絮凝剂进行了研究。并对絮凝效果最好的混合菌HJ3的最佳絮凝剂合成条件进行料研究,结果表明:HJ3的最佳絮凝剂产生条件为:相对接种量15%,培养基初始pH值4.5,碳氮比20∶1,废水COD浓度为12000mg/L。酵母类混合菌产絮凝剂的最大活性均出现在36 h,比单一酵母菌产絮凝剂周期缩短了4~12h,节省了时间并提高了絮凝活性。  相似文献

从活性污泥中筛选得到一株具有较高絮凝活性的絮凝剂产生的菌株FH-8,用猪粪水替代部分碳源、氮源,优化了该絮凝剂产生菌的培养条件.结果表明:在猪场养殖粪水COD质量浓度为1 000 mg/L的1 L猪粪水中添加4 g葡萄糖、0.5 g(NH4)2S)4,调节培养基初始pH值为7、培养48 h后得到的菌悬液对高岭土絮凝活性达到93.2%.用猪粪水生产的微生物絮凝剂比传统培养基生产的微生物絮凝剂更为节约成本,约为传统培养基成本的20%.  相似文献

从活性污泥中分离筛选出3株对高岭土悬浊液具有较好絮凝作用的絮凝剂产生菌,通过对培养基初始pH和培养时间的优化及对采油废水絮凝处理效果的研究以了解其絮凝性能.结果表明:在培养基初始pH接近中性(pH6.0~7.0),培养时间为12~24h条件下,3种菌株对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝效果最佳,最大絮凝率达91.5%;3种菌株对采油废水具有一定的处理效果,其絮凝率为30%~40%,CODCr去除率可达40%.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. 本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献
