摘    要:从活性污泥中筛选得到一株具有较高絮凝活性的絮凝剂产生的菌株FH-8,用猪粪水替代部分碳源、氮源,优化了该絮凝剂产生菌的培养条件.结果表明:在猪场养殖粪水COD质量浓度为1 000 mg/L的1 L猪粪水中添加4 g葡萄糖、0.5 g(NH4)2S)4,调节培养基初始pH值为7、培养48 h后得到的菌悬液对高岭土絮凝活性达到93.2%.用猪粪水生产的微生物絮凝剂比传统培养基生产的微生物絮凝剂更为节约成本,约为传统培养基成本的20%.

Abstract:A high flocculating activity of the flocculant-producing strains FH-8 were screened from activated sludge.FH-8 could produce bioflocculant feeding on pig manure water,a cheap substituting culture medium.The effect of carbon source,nitrogen source,initial medium pH and cultivation time on the yield and activity of biofloculant were studied.The optimal cultivation conditions were obtained: 4 g glucose,0.5 g(NH 4) 2SO4 added to 1000 mL pig manure water.pH at 7 and cultivation time of 48 h.The produced bioflocc...
