火焰原子吸收光谱法测定枸杞子中的金属元素   总被引:8,自引:4,他引:4  
用HN03—HClO4(4:1)混酸作消化液,对枸杞子进行消化处理.用火焰原子吸收光谱法对消化后溶液中的Mg、Ca、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Co、Ni、Pb、Cd等10种元素进行测定.结果表明,枸杞子中含有大量人体所必需的金属元素,为进一步合理有效地利用枸杞这一宝贵资源提供了理论依据.  相似文献

用催化极谱测定茶叶中硒,兼具灵敏、准确、快速、简便、选择性好的优点。准确测定硒的前提是在消化样品时,硒无挥发损失,本文提出在213℃时,用硫酸-高氯酸-(NH4)2M0O4体系消化茶叶样品,消化效果最好,测定结果稳定可靠。  相似文献

就影响富硒酵母自溶物中硒含量的四个因素 :培养基种类、加硒时间、加入硒浓度以及用浓度梯度法加入硒进行了比较研究。结果表明 :用浓度梯度法加入硒 ,富硒酵母自溶物中硒含量最高 ,即在总硒为 1 5 μg ml浓度下 ,按 1 0、1 2、1 4、1 5、1 6h的时间分别加入 1、2、3、4、5 ( μg ml)的亚硒酸钠 ,得到的富硒酵母自溶物含硒量最高。  相似文献

本文从降低人发消化过程中挥发性硒损失的角度出发,从改进消化仪器装置,在消化体系中加入适当保护剂以及选择合适的消化体系等三方面着手,进行了相应的实验研究。结果表明:增加凯氏烧瓶颈长并外加空气冷凝管、在室温下放置过夜进行预消化、在HNO_3—HClO_4—H_2SO_4消化体系中加入巯基棉作为保护剂等方法,对于降低挥发性硒的损失取得了满意的结果。  相似文献

对宁夏中宁县、平罗县两地枸杞中铜、锌、锰、锗、硒、砷等6种微量元素的含量进行了测定,用聚类分析方法对元素含量的综合指标进行了考查和比较研究,结果表明,根据微量元素含量的测定结果,运用聚类分析法能准确快速地区别两地的枸杞,为枸杞道地性质量标准的制定提供了理论依据。  相似文献

以丝胶蛋白和枸杞提取液为原料,采用单因素实验和正交试验,确定丝胶枸杞饮料中主原料的优化配方为:枸杞浸出物为10%、丝胶蛋白1.0%、柠檬酸为0.10%、阿斯巴甜为0.050%;所制得的饮料色泽呈淡黄色,有枸杞的清香味,具有抗菌、促进肠胃道消化、抗氧化等功效,是一款有开发前景的保健饮料。  相似文献

枸杞全粉及其生产方法本发明的目的是为了更有效发挥枸杞中有效成份将枸杞干、鲜果制成细粉,满足各种行业的需要,也可直接服用.它的技术方案如下:1.枸杞全粉是由60%~80%的枸杞、10%~20%的淀粉、5%~15%的环糊精和5%~12%的水份及微量保鲜剂组成;2.枸杞全粉的加工方法,其特征在于将枸杞清洗浸泡后,加水磨碎使其粒度≤80目,在磨碎过程中加入一定量的淀粉、环糊精和保鲜剂,磨碎后进行均质,然后采用高速喷雾干燥,就可获得粒度小于80目的枸杞全粉.本发明解决了枸杞在常温下不能加工成细小颗粒的难题,将枸杞的皮、肉质、籽全部加工成小于80目的细粉.用本方法加工成的枸杞全粉保持了原有枸杞的原色、原味和天然的各种营养成份不变的特点,使人们在食用过程中,便于人体吸收,也为开发枸杞食品、药品及各种保健饮品奠定了基础.浓缩饲料配方及其使用方法本发明涉及一种浓缩饲料的配方及其使用方法.本配方是蛋白质、矿物质、各种氨基酸、微量元素等和各类饲料添加剂调制而成的高营养浓度的混合饲料,约占全价饲料1/4左右.使用时,只要加入一定量的能量饲料等原料稀释后,即成为全价配合饲料.本浓缩饲料体积小、运输方便、使用简单、利于推广应用.本发明配方由下列组成:1.复合氨基酸;2.复合维生素;3.复合微量元素;4  相似文献

本文采用SeSO_3~(2-)—KIO_3体系示波极谱催化波法测定了北京的井水和河水中的硒,其中的六价硒预先用热盐酸还原为四价硒。河水水样还需经硝酸消化处理。从几个水样的分析结果发现,自来水中的硒基本以六价硒的形式存在,河水中硒(Ⅵ)与硒(Ⅳ)之比约为2:1。分析的几种水样的总硒量在0.3—1.0ppb之间。作了总硒和四价硒的回收,平均回收率为91—105%。  相似文献

用10-14Gy剂量60Coγ射线辐照处理菜用枸杞,照射后对其植物学性状及品质进行综合测定与分析,分析指标包括叶长、叶宽、株高、可溶性糖含量、Vc含量、氨基酸含量及含水量.实验结果表明:经不同剂量的照射后,各项指标均有变化.14 Gy照射剂量下的菜用枸杞的植物学性状与其他辐照剂量处理后的菜用柯杞相比均有显著差异;用模糊数学隶属函数法综合分析评价菜用枸杞营养品质得出:14 Gy辐射处理可显著提高幼苗期菜用枸杞的综合营养品质,而其它辐射剂量处理对菜用枸杞的营养品质影响不一,其中以10 Gy辐射处理的采用枸杞营养品质最差.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
