大理地区医学生心理健康状况与对策分析   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
目的:调查我校医学生心理健康状况。方法:采用症状自评量表、青少年生活事件量表对大理学院医学生测评。结果:我校医学生各因子得分低于国内大学生常模。与青年常模比较,强迫、恐怖、精神病性因子均较高,且有显著性差别(P<0.05)。有、无心理问题的学生在生活事件各因子上存在差异。结论:我校医学生总体心理状况较好,但需要进一步加强心理健康教育工作。  相似文献

采用SCL-90症状自评量表对贵州师范大学全校本科学生进行网络问卷调查,将调查结果与全国青年常模、大学生常模等多个对象进行比较。结果显示:贵州师范大学学生在强迫与人际敏感因子上比较突出;各因子得分低于普通大学生常模,差异极其显著,与全国青年常模相比较,除敌对因子的得分不存在差异外,其他各因子均存在极显著性差异;各年级学生各因子得分差异极其显著;男生的心理健康状况好于女生的心理健康状况;独生子女的心理健康状况好于非独生子女的心理健康状况;来自城镇学生的心理健康状况好于来自农村学生的心理健康状况。  相似文献

为了解青海大学新生的心理健康状况及其特征,分析了影响大学新生心理健康的主要因素。采用心理卫生自评量表(scl-90)对农牧学院205名新生进行调查。调查结果显示:农牧学院新生在scl-90的各因子分值高于全国青年常模;强迫、人际关系、敌对、恐怖、偏执因子分值明显高于大学生常模(P<0.05~0.01);女生恐怖因子的得分高于男生。青海大学新生的心理健康状况值得重视,通过了解他们心理健康问题产生的原因,提出了有效的心理健康教育对策。  相似文献

运用SCL-90对进行不同程度网球锻炼的青少年进行心理测评,对测量结果进行比较分析,结果表明:青少年存在焦虑、抑郁、强迫症等各种心理问题,未参加过网球锻炼的大学生和从事网球专业训练的青少年均存在不同程度的心理问题,各因子与青年常模比较存在显著性差异,而参加网球业余训练大学生心理健康水平较高,各因子与青年常模比较几乎无差异,且优于大学生常模.结论:非专业训练的网球运动心率约为110~140次/min,RPE11~14,这种运动强度的网球锻炼可以提高青少年心理健康水平,引导学生身心健康发展.  相似文献

目的:对留学生的心理健康状况进行深入调查,以便有针对性的开展教育与管理。方法:用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对大理学院在校的177名学历留学生进行问卷调查,问卷回收整理后用SPSS11.5进行统计分析。结果:留学生的心理健康问题呈现为:强迫症状﹥偏执﹥人际关系敏感﹥抑郁﹥躯体化﹥恐怖﹥其他﹥焦虑﹥敌对﹥精神病性。留学生在强迫症、人际关系敏感、抑郁和敌对等4个因子上的得分低于常模,焦虑因子得分与常模相仿,其他5个因子的得分高于常模。与常模比较,留学生在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性和其他等7个因子上有差异,但差异无统计学意义;在强迫症状一个因子上,差异有统计学意义;在人际关系敏感和恐怖两个因子上,差异有高度统计学意义。留学生的心理健康状况有性别差异和院系差异。结论:留学生心理健康状况不容乐观,应重视留学生心理健康问题、加强留学生心理健康教育、优化留学生教育管理环境。  相似文献

目的通过对邵阳学院2019级大学新生心理健康状况进行调查,以了解"00"后大学新生的心理健康水平,为高校进一步开展全方位的心理卫生服务工作提供实证依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法抽取邵阳学院2019级570名大学新生使用90项症状自评量表(symptom check list 90,SCL-90)进行调查。结果 (1)在所调查的大学新生中,心理问题的总检出率为15.8%;从各因子均分分析,学生的心理问题集中在强迫、人际敏感、偏执3个方面。(2)与全国大学生常模比较,所调查的大学新生的各项因子分均低于常模,具有统计学意义(P0.05);与正常人常模比较,所调查中的大学新生的强迫、人际敏感、焦虑、恐怖和精神病性的因子分高于常模,具有统计学意义(P0.05)。(3)在所调查的大学新生中,女生的各因子分均高于男生,其中躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分的差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);有留守经历的大学新生的各因子分均高于非留守经历的,其中精神病性因子分的差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论所调查大学生的心理健康状况优于全国大学生常模,这一良性结果与中小学校全面开展心理健康教育工作有联系,同时也可能与此常模建模时间久远有关。其次,调查发现性别、留守经历可能是影响大学新生的心理健康的人口学因素。  相似文献

对四川革命老区的典型代表县——南江县135名参加心理健康教育培训的教师进行SCL-90症状自评量表调查.结果表明:总体各因子与常模差异显著;女性教师各因子与常模差异显著,男性教师少数因子与常模差异显著;24-34岁教师各因子与常模差异显著,35-45岁教师只有少数因子与常模差异显著.由此可见,四川革命老区中小学心理健康教育教师心理健康水平总体与全国存在差异,并且在性别与年龄上存在不同的特征;女性与年轻教师的心理健康更应该受到重视.  相似文献

随机选取350名贫困大学生作为研究组,266名非贫困大学生作为对照组,采用青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对贫困大学生生活事件和心理健康状况进行调查。结果显示:1)在人际关系、学习压力与丧失因子上,贫困生得分显著高于非贫困生;2)生活事件各因子与SCL-90各因子及总分呈显著负相关,并且人际关系、学习压力两个因子非常显著地正向预测心理健康水平。  相似文献

目的:调查青少年情感满意及心理健康状况和自卑的特点及相互关系,探索青少年情感危机补偿的团体干预模式。方法:采用《中国中学生心理健康量表》、《情感量表》、《自卑心理诊断量表》对江西省上饶市3所中学共210人进行了测查。结果:青少年心理健康总检出率为32.07%;青少年自卑心理主要表现为Ⅱ型自卑,男生自卑心理强于女生;男生总体情感指数得分高于女生,相较女生有更多的积极情感,更少的消极情感。所测查青少年群体心理满意度水平偏低。青少年自卑心理与心理健康各维度及整体、消极情感均呈现显著正相关。结论:青少年心理健康状况总体较好,但与常模相比心理满意度偏低,并且青少年体验到较大的学习压力和较高的因动机与期望引起的自卑。最后提出了改善青少年情感危机的团体辅导干预策略。  相似文献

探讨护士心理健康状况及其与社会支持的关系.方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持评定量表对259名护士进行问卷调查.结果(1)护士心理问题的发生率为23.94%,以抑郁最为明显,其SCL-90总分和躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁等因子得分皆高于全国常模,差异有统计学意义;(2)护士SCL-90各因子与社会支持各因子间呈显著负相关;(3)回归分析显示社会支持总分、客观支持和支持利用度对护士心理健康有显著的预测作用.结论护士的心理健康状况较差,应充分利用社会支持对其心理健康的影响作用.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献
