大理地区医学生心理健康状况与对策分析

目的:调查我校医学生心理健康状况。方法:采用症状自评量表、青少年生活事件量表对大理学院医学生测评。结果:我校医学生各因子得分低于国内大学生常模。与青年常模比较,强迫、恐怖、精神病性因子均较高,且有显著性差别(P<0.05)。有、无心理问题的学生在生活事件各因子上存在差异。结论:我校医学生总体心理状况较好,但需要进一步加强心理健康教育工作。

The Mental Health Status of Medical Students in Dali and the Strategies

Objective:To evaluate the mental health status of the medical students in Dali University.Methods:Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90) and Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List(ASLEC) were used to assess the mental health status of 173 medical students in Dali University.Results:The scores of SCL-90 of the sample students were lower than those in colleges in other parts of the country.There were remarkable differences when compared with the national normal,on such factors as constraint,depression,stress,terror,sensitivity to interpersonal relationship,extremeness,and psychopath(P<0.05).There were obvious differences in several factors of ASLEC between students with mental health problems and other students who did not have such problems.Conclusion:Generally,the mental health of the medical students in Dali University was good,but it needs to be improved.
