摘    要:运用SCL-90对进行不同程度网球锻炼的青少年进行心理测评,对测量结果进行比较分析,结果表明:青少年存在焦虑、抑郁、强迫症等各种心理问题,未参加过网球锻炼的大学生和从事网球专业训练的青少年均存在不同程度的心理问题,各因子与青年常模比较存在显著性差异,而参加网球业余训练大学生心理健康水平较高,各因子与青年常模比较几乎无差异,且优于大学生常模.结论:非专业训练的网球运动心率约为110~140次/min,RPE11~14,这种运动强度的网球锻炼可以提高青少年心理健康水平,引导学生身心健康发展.

Abstract:Mental assessment is conducted among adolescent tennis exercisers of different levels with SCL-90 and the testing results are compared and analyzed.The result suggests that various mental problems exist in teenagers,such as anxiety,depression and compulsion,including the college students who have never engaged in tennis training and students involved in professional training.All of the factors differ sharply from that of the norm for young people.It also reveals that college students who have participated in amateur tennis training have a better and healthier mental level and all the factors turn out to be just about the same as the norm for the young people and are even better than that of the norm for college students.The conclusion is that the heart rate for non-professional tennis training is approximately 110-140beats/min,RPE11-14,and this level of exercise intensity could improve the mental health of teenagers and lead to the mental and physical health for students.
