Due to the complex, uncertainty and dynamics in the modern manufacturing environment, a flexible and robust shop floor scheduler is essential to achieve the production goals. A design framework of a shop floor dynamical scheduler is presented in this paper. The workflow and function modules of the scheduler are discussed in detail. A multi-step adaptive scheduling strategy and a process specification language, which is an ontology-based representation of process plan, are utilized in the proposed scheduler. The scheduler acquires the dispatching rule from the knowledge base and uses the buildin on-line simulator to evaluate the obtained rule. These technologies enable the scheduler to improve its fine-tune ability and effectively transfer process information into other heterogeneous information systems in a shop floor. The effectiveness of the suggested structure will be demonstrated via its application in the scheduling system of a manufacturing enterprise.  相似文献

Product data management (PDM) is a new technique that is developed from database management system (DBMS) to manage the information and the associated procedure of a product. Many design engineers have employed PDM tools to coordinate and control access to documented versions of product designs. But it is still a focus of research efforts in industry and academic how to further build an efficient and effective integrated product/process development environments (IPDEs) based on PDM to meet requirements of enterprises. This paper introduces the approach to design and implementation of an integrated CAD/CAPP system (IC2S) based on PDM. This system is an important compent of computer integrated manufacturing system in KELON Inc(Kelon-CIMS). Real time communication (RTC) frequency selecting system is used to the maximum usable frequency (MUF) between two communication points, then finds the best frequency between 0. 85 MUF and 1. 0 MUF. The numerical evaluation of an integral is a frequently encountered problem in antenna analysis. A special Gauss-Christoffel quadrature formula for nonclassical weight function is constructed for solving the pseudo-singular integration problem arising from the analysis of thin-wire antennas. High integration accuracy is obtained at comparable low computation cost by the quadrature formula constructed. This integration method can be also used in other electromagnetic integral equation problems. 本文提出一个有关中国、匈牙利、苏联和美国的机床工业企业的生产计划与控制的比较研究。数据利用同一调查表在这些国家的机床工厂收集得到,内容包括基本情况、销售预测、生产计划与进度安排、车间管理、采购和物料管理等方面。首先选用三个投入变量和两个产出量,应用多集合数据包络分析模型评价上述四个国家的机床工业的相对有效性。结果表明,美国的机床制造工业的生产效率最高,依次为匈牙利、苏联和中国。其次对中、匈、苏、美四国的生产实践进行差别的显著性检验。分析表明,差別主要在于市场的影响和不同的劳动生产率水平。研究结果有助于这些国家今后的经济合作。  相似文献

应用轧钢厂生产批量计划的理论方法,从热轧带钢的实际生产工艺出发,建立了热轧生产批量的具体模型·对模型参数的结构进行了分析,给出了模型参数的具体表达,并应用遗传算法用来求解热轧带钢生产计划问题·组合了运筹学与人机协调系统,开发了实验性原形系统·这个系统不但改进热轧调度的质量,由调度系统产生的热轧调度优于手工系统产生的调度,平均改进在20%以上,而且降低了产生热轧调度的时间·  相似文献

Recently Guo Tao proposed a stochastic search algorithm in his PhD thesis for solving function optimization problems. He combined the subspace search method (a general multi-parent recombination strategy) with the population hill-climbing method. The former keeps a global search for overall situation, and the latter keeps the convergence of the algorithm. Guo's algorithm has many advantages, such as the simplicity of its structure, the higher accuracy of its results, the wide range of its applications, and the robustness of its use. In this paper a preliminary theoretical analysis of the algorithm is given and some numerical experiments has been done by using Guo's algorithm for demonstrating the theoretical results. Three asynchronous parallel evolutionary algorithms with different granularities for MIMD machines are designed by parallelizing Guo's Algorithm. A new algorithm based on genetic algorithm(GA) is developed for solving function optimization problems with inequality constraints. This algorithm has been used to a series of standard test problems and exhibited good performance. Genetic search plays an important role in Evolutionary Computation (EC). There are two important issues in the evolution process of the genetic search: exploration and exploitation. Exploration is the creation of population diversity by exploring the search space; exploitation is the reduction of the diversity by focusing on the individuals of higher fitness, or exploiting the fitness information (or knowledge) represented within the population. We theoretically analyze the impact of the genetic operators on the balance. In order to further explain the impact, some results of our research on ESs are showed. Finally we conclude that to make the algorithm more efficient, it is important to strike a balance between these two factors. We focuse on design process in concurrent engineering and propose an, approach to collaborative design based on distributed constraint-net. The approach adopts agent technology to express kinds of distributed constraints. And through the cooperation among agents, the consistency of constraint is maintained and the constraint conflict is detected and eliminated. The constraints are satisfied concurrently and distributively. Based on the proposed approach, the collaborative design process in concurrent engineering can be well supported.
