| 摘 要： | 针对多品种小批量的单件生产车间，提出基于黑板结构的车间作业计划与工艺设计集成的结构框架，此集成系统分为六大模块．同时对设备环境建模、多工艺方案决策以及基于动态设备环境和多工艺方案的车间作业计划方法等关键技术进行了探讨．它有机地结合了工艺设计与车间作业计划两个单元技术，可提高车间作业计划和生产控制的柔性

| Abstract: | For a production shop with a great variety of small lot manufacture, the necessity and feasibility of the integration of process planning and production scheduling are discussed. The system frame of the integration based on the blackboard structure is presented. There are six modules. Some key technologies such as facility environment modelling based on features, alternative process planning decision making method, shop job scheduling in a dynamic facility environment with the heuristic method are high lighted. |
