目的:检测血管性认知功能障碍患者血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平,探讨其与体脂量相关性。方法:应用体成分分析仪检测199例血管性认知功能障碍患者的体脂量,采用同位素稀释-质谱法、均相测定法测定血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平,并以102例血管性因素认知正常人群作对照组。逐步回归法统计分析两者的相关关系。结果:血管性认知功能障碍患者血清TC、LDL-C水平较高(P<0.05),HDL-C水平较低(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析,体脂量均与年龄负相关、与体质量正相关(P<0.05)。Va D组与身高正相关(P<0.05),与TC、LDL-C水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与HDL-C负相关(P<0.05)。结论:血管性认知功能障碍患者体脂量与年龄、体质量以及TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平存在一定相关性;尤其TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平与病情程度关系较大。  相似文献

为观察高脂饮食对老年大鼠氧化应激及其脂质代谢的影响,将60只20~22月龄(老年) Wistar大鼠随机分为老年对照组和老年高脂组;对照组给予普通饲料喂养,高脂组给予高脂饲料喂养.8 w后测定大鼠血清空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素(FINS)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、游离脂肪酸(FFA),血清及肝组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSM)含量,观察肝组织学改变.结果老年高脂组大鼠体质量、体脂和体脂含量与老年对照组相比差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05);老年高脂组大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FPG)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)明显高于老年对照组(P<0.01);老年高脂组大鼠血清SOD、GSM明显降低,而MDA显著增高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);肝组织匀浆中SOD、MDA、GSM与血清中的趋势相同;老年高脂组肝脏脂肪变性的严重程度明显高于对照组.说明高脂饮食状态下,可以造成大鼠胰岛素抵抗和血脂升高,并且机体存在氧化和抗氧化的失衡,这与高脂膳食诱导的糖脂代谢紊乱有关.  相似文献

目的 探讨五味子复合提取物对高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的调节作用及作用机制.方法 将32只Wistar雄性大鼠适应性喂养1周后,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、低高剂量五味子复合提取物组,每组8只.除空白对照组外,其余3组均采用高脂饲料喂养诱导高脂血症大鼠模型.低、高剂量五味子复合提取物组大鼠分别灌胃给予100、200 mg/kg五味子复合提取物,空白对照组和模型组灌胃给予等体积的蒸馏水,共给药8周.检测各组大鼠血清中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,肝脏TC、TG水平.苏木素-伊红(HE)染色观察各组大鼠肝脏病理学变化,RT-PCR和Western blotting法检测各组大鼠肝脏组织中PPARα、LXRα、CYP7A1、SREBP2和HMGCR的表达水平.结果 与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠体质量、肝脏指数、血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平均明显增加(P<0.01)、HDL-C水平明显降低(P<0.01),肝中TC、TG水平明显增加(P<0.01或P<0.05),肝脏组织中产生脂质沉积,PPARα、LXRα、CYP7A1表达水平明显降低(P<0.01),SREBP2、HMGCR表达水平明显升高(P<0.01).与模型组比较,低、高剂量五味子复合提取物组大鼠的体质量、肝指数、血清中TC、TG、LDL-C水平均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL-C水平明显升高(P<0.05),肝组织中TC、TG水平明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),肝脏脂质沉积减轻,PPARα、LXRα、CYP7A1表达水平明显增加(P<0.01或P<0.05),SREBP2、HMGCR表达水平明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05).与低剂量五味子复合提取物组比较,高剂量五味子复合提取物组血清中TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显降低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平明显升高(P<0.05),肝中TC水平明显降低(P<0.05),PPARαmRNA表达明显增加(P<0.05),SREBP2、HMGCR mRNA表达明显降低(P<0.05).结论 五味子复合提取物对高脂血症大鼠的血脂具有一定的调节作用,其机制可能与其调节PPARα/LXRα/CYP7A1和SREBP2/HMGCR信号通路的表达有关.  相似文献

目的:探讨茶多酚复方制剂对高血脂症大鼠的血脂调节作用。方法:将120只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、高脂模型组和治疗组3组,正常组基础饲料饲喂生理灌喂,高脂模型组高脂饲料饲喂生理盐水灌喂,治疗组高脂饲料饲饲喂茶多酚复方制剂灌喂。实验持续8周,每2周每组随机宰杀10只,测定血液TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C含量。结果:整个实验期,治疗组大鼠血液TC、TG、LDL-C含量显著低于高脂模型组(P<0.05),而血液HDL-C含量显著高于高脂模型组(P<0.05)。结论:茶多酚复方制剂具有降血脂作用。  相似文献

探讨2型糖尿病家系成员血脂水平和胰岛素抵抗的相互关系.选取重庆地区2型糖尿病家系中153例非糖尿病一级亲属为研究对象,进行标准75 g葡萄糖耐量(OGTT)试验,排除诊断符合1997年美国糖尿病协会标准的糖尿病患者,研究中脱落及资料不全28人,最后纳入非糖尿病一级亲属125例.通过观察和评估得出: ①评价胰岛素抵抗的HOMA-IR,高血脂组明显高于血脂正常组,P<0.01;②高血脂组HOMA-IR和TC、TG、LDL-C呈显著正相关,其中TG的相关性最强,P<0.01.HOMA-IR和HDL-C无显著相关性.从而验证了糖尿病高危人群中脂代谢紊乱和胰岛素抵抗有密切关系.  相似文献

研究目的:观察耐力运动和(或)高脂膳食两种因素作用下,雄性大鼠的血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C及胰岛素水平,探讨运动与肥胖相关的脂类代谢异常和胰岛素水平的关系.研究方法:健康刚断乳雄性SD大鼠32只随机分为4组:正常饮食对照组(C组)、正常饮食运动组 (E组)、高脂膳食组(D组)、运动 高脂膳食组(ErD组);C、E组普通饲料喂养,D、ErD组高脂饲料喂养,E、ErD组进行游泳训练;8周后,检测血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C及胰岛素水平;各组间进行比较.研究结果:1.大鼠体重:8周试验结束后D组>ErD组>C组>E组,D组与其他3组比较差异均具有显著性.2.血脂代谢:D组大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C均高于C组,差异具有显著性;ErD组大鼠TC、TG、HDL-C均高于C组,差异具有显著性;LDL-C水平:D组>ErD组>C,三组之间差异均具有显著性.3.血清胰岛素D组>ErD组>C组>E组,D组与三组之间差异均具有显著性.结论:1.游泳耐力训练对防止雄性高脂膳食大鼠出现肥胖具有一定作用;2.游泳耐力训练对改善雄性高脂膳食大鼠的脂代谢紊乱具有积极作用;3.游泳耐力训练可减少雄性高脂膳食大鼠的胰岛素水平升高.  相似文献

研究了斑蝥黄质对高脂饲料喂养下大鼠诱发高血脂症过程中干预血脂代谢的情况.将60只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高血脂模型组、辛伐他汀阳性药组(15mg/kg)、斑蝥黄质高刺量组(20mg/kg).斑蝥黄质中剂量组(15 mg/kg)、斑蝥黄质低剂量组(10 mg/kg),分别饲喂标准、高脂、高脂+辛伐他汀、高脂+不同剂量斑蝥黄质,于实验开始前1天和开始后第4,8,12周末取空腹血,检测血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C).与高血脂模型组比较,斑蝥黄质组的TC,TG,LDL-C在第8,12周时降低(P<0.01),而HDL-C升高(P<0.01).研究表明斑蝥黄质可以对高脂饲料喂养大鼠诱发高血脂症过程中血脂代谢产生影响,改善血脂变化.  相似文献

通过给正常大鼠饲喂高糖脂饲料,建立高糖脂大鼠模型;将实验大鼠随机分为正常组、高糖脂模型组、高糖脂模型对照组、铁椆叶粉低、中、高剂量组,研究铁椆叶对各组大鼠的血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)等各项指标的影响.结果表明饲喂铁椆叶粉后高糖脂腜痛笫蟮腉LU、TC、TG和LDL-C等指标均极显著降低(P<0.01).说明铁椆叶有显著的降血糖血脂作用.  相似文献

探讨了木瓜果浆的制作方法,并研究木瓜果浆对高血脂模型小鼠血脂的影响.通过KM小鼠随机分组,除正常对照组外,各组高脂饲料喂养,同时用相应药物灌胃,连续给药3周后测定小鼠体重、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量.与正常对照组比较,模型组小鼠体重、血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C含量均明显升高(P0.01);与模型组比较,各木瓜果浆治疗组小鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C含量均降低(P0.05或P0.01),低剂量组和高剂量组小鼠体重均减轻(P0.05或P0.01).结果表明,皱皮木瓜果浆有较好的降血脂和减肥作用,值得进一步研究和开发.  相似文献

为了探讨蚯蚓冻干粉对高血脂症小鼠的降血脂作用,取体重为18~22 g的昆明种小鼠,随机分为5组,空白对照组饲喂基础饲料,高脂饲料组饲喂高脂饲料,其余3组在饲喂高脂饲料的同时分别按0.4,0.2, 0.1 g/kg体重灌胃蚯蚓冻干粉悬液,8周后禁食12 h,尾部取血,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C).结果表明,饲喂不同剂量蚯蚓冻干粉可明显降低高血脂症小鼠TC(P < 0.05)和TG,LDL-C(P < 0.05),并使HDL-C(P < 0.05)显著上升.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献
