研究了染色时间、pH、常用助剂等对自制叠氮类活性黄染料染涤纶纤维的上染百分率及染色深度的影响,从而确定了叠氮类活性黄染料常压沸染涤纶的最佳染色工艺。结果表明,该染料能在常压沸染条件下染涤纶,而且染色牢度好。  相似文献

采用毛用和棉用活性染料对锦纶纤维染色,详细讨论了染色温度、染浴pH值、染色和皂洗方法对染色深度和固色率的影响,分析了不同类型的活性染料对染色条件的敏感性。活性染料对锦纶纤维的染色深度、固着率和固着效率受温度、pH值、染料母体结构和活性基的影响很大。毛用活性染料更适合于锦纶纤维的染色,普通乙烯砜硫酸酯及乙烯砜硫酸酯/一氯均三嗪染料可有选择性地加以使用,毛用活性染料合适的染色pH值约为4,其它染料适用的pH值因品种而异.采用酸性染色或先酸性后碱性的染色条件均可,后者的优点是固着效率高,但染色深度未见提高,染色后采用碱性条件皂洗有利于染色深度的提高.  相似文献

对酸性媒介黑T低温低铬染色工艺进行试验研究.结果表明,用氨/盐溶液在一定条件下预处理的羊毛,在80~85℃下加适当稀土染色、其上染率高于常规染色,染色牢度达到常规染色水平,并能减少红矾用量、降低纤维损伤、节约能量和染料、降低铬污染.  相似文献

用微最热法研究Y3+、Tm3+、Yb3+这3种稀土离子在不同剂量下对大肠杆菌的作用,得出相应的代谢热曲线.在低浓度稀土离子的作用下,细菌生长的速率加快、停滞期缩短、最大放热功率增加,说明细菌的生长受到了刺激;在稀土离子高浓度的时候,细菌生长的速率减慢、停滞期延长,最大放热功率减小,说明细菌的生长受到了抑制.对比Y3+、Tm3+、Y3+3种稀土离子,可以看到其生物无机效应与其离子半径有着密切的关系,即离子半径越小,生物无机效应就越显著.  相似文献

通过分析固色碱剂种类及其用量、中性盐用量、染色温度等因素对双活性基染料在蚕丝织物染色中的影响,初步探讨该染料在真丝织物上的键合性能.研究表明:该染料对真丝染色较对棉的条件温和得多,在温度为80℃、pH值为9.0时,对真丝有较好的染色效果,且能满足生产需要的牢度指标.  相似文献

稀土离子Pr3+和Nd3+对上转换材料的发光具有特殊的敏化作用,通过在NaLuF4:Yb3+,Er3+纳米晶中共掺杂稀土离子Pr3+和Nd3+并研究它们与发光中心Er3+之间的能量传递机制.采用水热法分别合成了Pr3+和Nd3+掺杂的NaLuF4:Yb3+,Er3+纳米晶,直径约为15 nm,具有六方相结构.发光特性分析表明,随Pr3+离子掺杂浓度增加,NaLuF4:Yb3+,Er3+纳米晶的656 nm红光强度相对于544 nm绿光逐渐减弱;但是随着Nd3+离子掺杂浓度增加,其发光红绿比刚好出现相反的变化.基于功率变换谱和简化能级图分析了Pr3+-Er3+和Nd3+-Er3+之间的能量传递机制,揭示了Er3+的4I11/2能级的电子布居在多个跃迁过程中所起的关键作用.  相似文献

A special designed multi-functional dyeing auxiliary, SFR503, is adopted in mordant dyeing process for cashmere fibers, sliver and fabric. The results of decreasing dyeing temperature, shortening the dyeing period, reducing the fiber damage and improved quality of the cashmere have been obtained. The percentage of dyeing exhaustion and color fastness of final products were further improved in this regards. A suggested technique, bath ratio, dyeing process curve and dye recipe were raised in the paper. SFR-503s swelling, wetting, leveling, brightening effect for cashmere during dyeing process were discussed.  相似文献

Silk fibers have been grafted with ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) and characteristics of the grafted silk fibers were analyzed in relation to the graft yield on the basis of the tensile properties, dyeing behaviour, durability during laundering and solubility of the specimen in NaOH solution. The amount of the acid dye absorbed by the fibers decreased with increasing graft yield, while the value of rating for washing fastness on silk fibers was almost unchanged by the graft treatment The breaking loads of the fiber were almost unchanged whereas rigidity of the fibers increased after graft treatment. To evaluate gambiered Guangdong silk's ecology properties,the raw materials ecology,production ecology and use ecology are analyzed;and the safety to human is tested according to GB/T18885-2002.Gambiered Guangdong silk is a kind of natural product.All its raw materials are reproducible and degradable natural resources,and it can decompose completely when being discarded.It is comfortable to wear,and easy to clean and dry.It is mainly manufactured by dip-dyeing in dye yam solution,and insolating under the burning sun.The production energy is solar,a kind of clean and reproducible energy.The production process is clean and environmental friendly.There is neither the utilization of synthetic dyestuff and chemical auxiliary,nor the discharge of environment pollutant,and even the dreg of dye yam is used as fuel.The safety test results show that pH value of water extract,heavy metal content(except for Pb content),color fastness and odor meet the requirements of GB/T18885-2002 and Okeo-tex standard 100.  相似文献

Seventeen disperse dyes including anthraquinone, azo, methine, nitro, and quinoline dyes were applied to dye the Polylactic Acid (PLA) yarns at different conditions, and the dyebath exhaustion was determined. The result shows that C.I. disperse red 167, C.I. disperse orange 30, and C.I. disperse blue 284 have dye-uptakes greater than 80%. Therefore, they can be used as the three principal dyes for PLA yams. The experiment discovered that the dyes, because of their Monoazo and ester group contents, have a higher dye-uptake for the PLA fiber. The research on the optimization of dyeing techniques suggests that PLA yarn can obtain a high level of dyeing effectiveness at the following conditions: pH 4- 5, dyeing temperture 110℃ for 30- 40 min. Color fastness to perspiration, and waterwashing fastness increased 1 - 1.5 by the addition of the abstergent FB during the reduction clearing.  相似文献

采用固色剂WF用于活性染料直接印花的快速固色,并与常规印花进行比较。探讨固色剂WF对印花织物的表观色深、印花色度、染料的提升性、印花牢度的影响。研究结果表明:在活性染料印花快速固色中,固色剂WF的加入,表现出较高的表观色深,使印花织物的明度有较大提高,彩度与常规印花标样接近。固色工艺参数的波动,对印花色度影响不大。染料的提升性高于常规印花,活性染料印花织物的皂洗牢度和摩擦牢度均达到较高水平。  相似文献

The use of Dioscorea cirrhosa Lour.in the dyeing of leather and silk have been some 2000 years in China as the natural coloration.Power ultrasound has been explored in the textile coloration.This article aimed at researching the ultrasonic efficiency for dyeing wool fabric with Dioscorea cirrhosa Lour.dye in comparison with conventional heating.We get a significant improvement in the color strength values(K/S) at the same condition.The fastness and extent properties of the fabrics treated by ultrasonic were better than those obtained when treated by conventional heating.  相似文献
