| 摘 要： | 采用固色剂WF用于活性染料直接印花的快速固色,并与常规印花进行比较。探讨固色剂WF对印花织物的表观色深、印花色度、染料的提升性、印花牢度的影响。研究结果表明：在活性染料印花快速固色中,固色剂WF的加入,表现出较高的表观色深,使印花织物的明度有较大提高,彩度与常规印花标样接近。固色工艺参数的波动,对印花色度影响不大。染料的提升性高于常规印花,活性染料印花织物的皂洗牢度和摩擦牢度均达到较高水平。

| Abstract: | Fixing agent WF was applied to fast fixation for direct printing of reaction dye and was compared with normal printing.It was discussed that apparent color value,printing chroma,building up properties of dye and printing fastness of printing fabric were influenced by fixing agent WF.The results showed that the apparent color value and the lightness of printing fabric were increased when fixing agent WF was added in the fast fixation for reaction dye printing.And the fluctuating of processing parameter had less infection.The building up property was higher than the normal printing.The fastness to soaping and rubbing reached a higher level. |
