Preparation of Phase Change Microcapsule and Its Plication in Textiles

Study on Dyeing of a Novel,Pro-environment Polylactic Acid （PLA） Fiber Yarn

Seventeen disperse dyes including anthraquinone, azo, methine, nitro, and quinoline dyes were applied to dye the Polylactic Acid （PLA） yarns at different conditions, and the dyebath exhaustion was determined. The result shows that C.I. disperse red 167, C.I. disperse orange 30, and C.I. disperse blue 284 have dye-uptakes greater than 80%. Therefore, they can be used as the three principal dyes for PLA yams. The experiment discovered that the dyes, because of their Monoazo and ester group contents, have a higher dye-uptake for the PLA fiber. The research on the optimization of dyeing techniques suggests that PLA yarn can obtain a high level of dyeing effectiveness at the following conditions： pH 4- 5, dyeing temperture 110℃ for 30- 40 min. Color fastness to perspiration, and waterwashing fastness increased 1 - 1.5 by the addition of the abstergent FB during the reduction clearing.

黏胶基蚕蛹蛋白纤维的漂白性能

黏胶基蚕蛹蛋白纤维成衣具有穿着舒适性、悬垂性优良的特点,但纤维呈黄色,影响其后续染整加工.研究了H2O2漂白条件对黏胶基蚕蛹蛋白纤维白度和纤维中蛋白质损失量的影响.结果表明:常规漂白工艺中选择碱性条件可以获得更高的白度,但纤维的氮元素损失最大;在漂白加工中采用硅酸钠作为稳定剂可以获得较高的白度;通过对纤维进行弱碱性条件下的阳离子化处理,使纤维中的蛋白质颗粒带正电荷,纤维在低的H2O2质量浓度条件下获得更高的白度,且纤维中的蛋白质损失得到很好控制.

活性染料印花色浆黏弹性行为与印制性能的相互关系

通过稳态剪切和小幅振荡频率扫描试验,系统研究了钙离子对印花色浆黏弹性行为的影响,并进行圆网印花,探讨了具有不同黏弹性行为的糊料的印制性能.研究结果表明:钙离子对色浆的黏弹性能影响很显著,随着钙离子质量分数的增加,含钙离子色浆的储能模量逐渐增加,损耗角逐渐降低,其弹性效应越来越强,表现出越来越显著的弹性行为.当色浆中含有的钙离子质量分数大于0.03%,随着钙离子质量分数的增加,印制的花纹越来越不精细,大片白地区域越来越多,色浆透网性也越来越差.
