目的研究聚丙烯纤维掺量对磷酸镁水泥混凝土力学性能和耐久性能的影响,得出其在磷酸镁水泥混凝土中的最佳掺量.方法在磷酸镁水泥混凝土中掺入不同掺量的聚丙烯纤维,通过抗折、抗压、耐磨、抗冻等试验,分析其产生的影响.结果当聚丙烯纤维掺量分别为0.9 kg/m~3和1.1 kg/m~3时,磷酸镁水泥混凝土试块的抗折强度比不掺加聚丙烯纤维时分别提高了33.3%和18.5%;当聚丙烯纤维掺量为1.1 kg/m~3时,磷酸镁水泥混凝土的单位面积磨损量比不掺加聚丙烯纤维的混凝土试块降低了25.4%;当磷酸镁水泥混凝土试块中聚丙烯纤维掺量为1.1 kg/m~3时,混凝土的相对动弹性模量损失最小,抗冻性能最好;聚丙烯纤维在磷酸镁水泥混凝土中的最佳掺量为1.1 kg/m~3.结论聚丙烯纤维是一种弹性模量低、强度高、耐磨、耐腐蚀的合成纤维,掺入到磷酸镁水泥混凝土中可以有效地提高混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、耐磨和抗冻等性能.  相似文献

锂渣粉掺入混凝土中可有效提高混凝土的耐久性能,但是对其延性影响较小。在C50锂渣混凝土中掺入聚丙烯纤维和钢纤维以研究纤维对混凝土立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度的影响。聚丙烯纤维对普通混凝土抗压强度呈不利影响,但0.9kg/m3时有助于提高混杂纤维混凝土的抗压强度,此外掺量在3.6kg/m3时,抗拉强度达到峰值。钢纤维可有效提高混凝土抗压、拉强度,单掺时抗压、拉可提高47.66%、94.50%。两种纤维复掺时表现出更优的性能。另外还对纤维混凝土作用机理进行了分析。  相似文献

为了研究锂渣聚丙烯纤维混凝土的力学性能,采用乌鲁木齐地区常用原材料,配制16组不同锂渣取代率和聚丙烯纤维掺量的混凝土试件,进行了立方体抗压试验、轴心抗压试验、劈裂抗拉试验和抗折试验。试验结果表明:锂渣取代率为20%,聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.9 kg/m~3时,试件的抗压强度和抗折强度比普通混凝土分别提高了11.3%和20.6%;聚丙烯纤维掺量为1.2 kg/m~3时,试件的劈裂抗拉强度比普通混凝土提高了38.9%。  相似文献

对掺聚丙烯腈纤维、钢纤维和混杂纤维自密实混凝土的配制进行了系列试验,得到纤维自密实混凝土的配制方法及纤维的适宜掺量。试验结果表明,当聚丙烯腈纤维掺量不高于1.2 kg/m3、钢纤维体积掺量不高于1.5%的情况下,通过适当调整外加剂的掺量、类型以及砂率,可以使混凝土达到自密实的工作性能。纤维自密实混凝土的28 d立方体抗压强度、劈拉强度试验表明,聚丙烯腈纤维掺量对自密实混凝土抗压强度的影响较小,劈拉强度随掺量增大而提高,但当掺量达到1.2 kg/m3时,将导致其劈拉强度的降低,因此聚丙烯腈纤维的掺量宜控制在0.9 kg/m3时为佳;钢纤维体积率变化对自密实混凝土劈拉强度的增强效果明显,混杂纤维的掺入对自密实混凝土抗压强度的影响较小,但对劈拉强度有一定影响,即掺量越大,劈拉强度越高。纤维自密实混凝土早期抗裂性能试验结果表明,在自密实混凝土中掺入纤维,将有助于早期抗裂性能的提高。  相似文献

研究不同体积掺量的玄武岩纤维对混凝土抗压性能和抗拉性能的影响.根据试验可知,掺量范围内为0-5kg/m2时,随着纤维掺量增加,玄武岩纤维混凝土的抗压强度.KJL先增加后下降的规律,而劈裂强度则不断上升,因此玄武岩纤维的掺入对于混凝土早期强度有一定的提高作用.其中,对28d龄期混凝土试块的抗压强度影响最为显著;当掺量为4kg/m^3时,抗压强度最强,提高了46.3%,随着掺量继续增加,抗压强度呈现下降趋势.试验结果表明,在合理的纤维掺量下,混凝土抗压强度和劈裂强度有明显提高,纤维最优掺量值为4kg/m^3。  相似文献

为了研究不同掺量的钢纤维与聚丙烯纤维对自密实混凝土工作性能和强度的影响,对掺入聚丙烯纤维、钢纤维以及两种纤维混杂的自密实混凝土进行工作性能、抗压强度、抗拉强度试验和混杂效应分析。试验结果表明:工作性能随着纤维掺量的增加而降低,且钢纤维对工作性能的影响更加明显;钢纤维对混凝土抗压强度、抗拉强度的提高大于聚丙烯纤维;两种纤维混杂时更能有效改善自密实混凝土脆性破坏特征,当钢纤维掺量为0.6%,聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.2%时,抗压强度的增幅最大,当钢纤维掺量为0.6%,聚丙烯掺量为0.15%时,抗拉强度的增幅最大;抗压强度与劈裂抗拉强度均部分呈现正混杂效应,且劈裂抗拉强度存在最优混杂效应。  相似文献

为提高轻骨料喷射混凝土喷层支护承受动态抗压强度能力,以普通C20喷射混凝土配比为基准,将3种不同掺量的陶粒与聚丙烯纤维进行组合,配制出了9组轻骨料纤维喷射混凝土(lightweight aggregate fiber shotcrete,LAFS),进行了一维分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)冲击及扫描电镜(SEM)试验,同时借助MATLAB数值计算软件,拟合出陶粒-聚丙烯纤维掺量与LAFS动态抗压强度预测模型.研究表明:陶粒掺量与聚丙烯纤维掺量对LAFS动态抗压强度的影响是交互的,同陶粒掺量下,不同的聚丙烯纤维掺量,对LAFS动态压缩性能有很大差异,反之亦然;混凝土基体中均匀分布的陶粒与乱向分布的聚丙烯纤维网,与混凝土基体共同受力,使得LAFS应力-应变曲线屈服平台明显、韧性增强;本试验条件下陶粒与聚丙烯纤维掺量较好的组合为:49.81 kg/m3 +0.91 kg/m3、99.67 kg/m3+ 1.82 kg/m3.拟合得到的LAFS动态抗压强度模型与研究成果可为LAFS推广及配合比确定起到参考.  相似文献

研究了不同掺量的膨胀剂和玄武岩纤维对含氯盐混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的影响。结果表明:当膨胀剂掺量和玄武岩纤维掺量相同时,含氯盐混凝土压拉强度随氯盐掺量的增加而增加;当氯盐掺量和玄武岩纤维掺量相同时,含氯盐混凝土压拉强度随膨胀剂掺量的增加而降低。与素混凝土相比,当氯盐掺量、玄武岩纤维掺量和膨胀剂掺量分别为4 kg/m~3、3 kg/m~3和8%时,含氯盐混凝土抗压强度和抗压强度增长率的最大值分别为48.3 MPa和26.4%;劈裂抗拉强度和劈裂抗拉强度增长率的最大值分别为3.63 MPa和23.5%。结果同时表明:在含氯盐混凝土中掺入玄武岩纤维对劈裂抗拉强度比对抗压强度的改善更显著。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
