聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土的抗压与抗折性能试验研究

摘    要:通过室内试验研究了在纤维长度和掺量不同的情况下,聚丙烯腈纤维对混凝土抗压性能和抗折性能的影响规律.试验结果表明,聚丙烯腈纤维的掺入可显著提高混凝土的抗压强度与抗折强度;在掺量不大于0.9kg/m3的情况下,随着纤维掺量的增加,混凝土的抗压性能不断提高;在纤维掺量一定时,存在一个最佳纤维长度值,可最大程度地提高混凝土的抗压强度与抗折强度.

Experimental Study on Compressive Properties and Flexural Performance of Polyacrylonitrile Fiber Reinforced Concrete

Abstract:Through indoor experiments, the effect of polyacrylonitrile fiber (PAN) with different length and dlrterent volume on the compressive properties and flexural performance of concrete are studied. Experimental results show that the compressive and flexural strength of concrete are improved evidently after the mixing of PAN. In the case of no more than 0.9 kg/m3 by volume, the compressive properties of concrete are improved with the increase of fiber vol- ume. At the same time, if the fiber volume is certain, there is an optimum fiber length with which the compressive and flexural strength of concrete can be improved maximally.
