土壤中有效磷的快速测定

用ｃ（ＮＨ４Ｆ）＝０．０１５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的ＮＨ４Ｆ和ｃ（ＨＣｌ）＝０．３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的ＬＣｌ提土壤样品中有效磷,以钼锑抗分光光度法测定有效磷的含量。在ｃ（Ｈ２ＳＯ４）＝０．２～０．３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的Ｈ２ＳＯ４和Ｓｂ＾３＋存在下,到与钼酸铵反应形成磷锑钼杂多酸,该杂多酸在常温下被抗坏血酸还原为磷钼蓝络合物,它的最大吸收波长于７００ｎｍ处,磷量在０．１～１４００μｇ／Ｌ内服从比尔定律,检出限为０．０２４μｇ／     

曲马多PVC膜选择性电极的研制

介绍了一种曲马多ＰＶＣ膜电极。该电极以曲马多——四苯硼缔合物为电活性物质，线性范围为４．０＊１０￣（－５）—４．０＊１０￣（－２）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，检测下限为１．４＊１０￣（－５）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，斜率为５９．８ｍＶ／ｐｃ。电极在ｐＨ＝３．０－７．０之间对曲马多的回收率为９６．７％，电极被用于曲马多片剂和针剂中曲马多的含量测定，取得了较为满意的结果。     

川芎嗪对刺激─分泌偶联模型功能活动的抑制作用

用胶原酶消化分离小牛肾上腺髓质嗜铬细胞,１０－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ乙酰胆碱（Ａｃｈ）促进细胞儿茶酚胺的分泌,其作用具有Ｃａ２＋依赖性,回归方程ｒ＝－３．２９０＋５．２７５ｘ,相关系数Ｒ＝０．９９１０＞＞α０．０１＝０．７９８０．高Ｋ＋（６５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ）使膜去极化,也促进细胞儿茶酚胺的分泌,在一定范围内与Ｃａ２＋浓度呈正相关,回归方程ｙ＝１．３７６＋５．３３７ｘ,相关系数Ｒ＝０．９８５６＞＞α０．０１＝０．７９８１．磷酸川芎嗪（ＴＭＰ）浓度为１０－４～１０－７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ时,能抑制Ａｃｈ促进的分泌作用,１０－３～１０－７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ时能抑制高Ｋ＋促进的分泌作用．     

阿霉素与肺癌单克隆抗体交联物的制备及其生物活性

以氧化葡聚糖法制备阿霉素（ＡＤＭ）与肺癌单克隆抗体＿３Ｄ＿３（ＭｃＡｂ＿３Ｄ＿３）的交联物ＡＤＭ－Ｄｅｘ－ＭｃＡｂ＿３Ｄ＿３，ＡＤＭ与ＭｃＡｂ＿３Ｄ＿３克分子比为４６：１．经ＩＦＡ测定，交联物的抗体活性大部分保持．体外细胞毒试验显示，ＡＤＭ－Ｄｅｘ－ＭｃＡｂ＿３Ｄ＿３对肺癌细胞Ｌ＿（３４２）的杀伤作用比游离ＡＤＭ增强，其５０％的杀伤浓度分别为１．１２μｍｏｌ／Ｌ和２．２３μｍｏｌ／Ｌ；对非靶细胞ＭＧ＿（ｃ－８０３）和ＢＥＬ＿（－７４０２）的毒性很弱，５０％杀伤浓度分别为１７．４５μｍｏｌ／Ｌ和２３．８１μｍｏｌ／Ｌ结果提示ＭｃＡｂ＿３Ｄ＿３具有导向作用，可以携带结合的ＡＤＭ特异地杀伤肿瘤细胞。     

DApBM-V(Ⅴ)-Mn(Ⅱ)-Tween-80体系光度法测定钒(V)

在磷酸介质中，在Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）和Ｔｗｅｎ－８０存在下，ＤＡｐＢＭ与钒（Ⅴ）生成橙黄色化合物，产物至少可稳定３．５ｈ．最大吸收波长为４８５ｎｍ．摩尔吸光系数ε＝４．０１×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１和ε＝１．５７×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１．钒（Ⅴ）量在０．５～３．０μｇ／２５ｍｌ及３．０～１０．０μｇ／２５ｍｌ间符合比尔定律．该体系灵敏度高，选择性较好，用于中草药中痕量钒（Ⅴ）的测定，结果满意     

DrugFET的研究（XⅢ）：四苯硼钠一烟碱FET的研制与应用

本文将离子敏感场效应晶体管（ＩＳＦＥＴ）与药物敏感膜相结合,研制成一种药物敏感场效应晶体管传感器（ＤｒｕｇＦＥＴ）。用四苯硼钠为电活性物质,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂,制成ｐｖｃ膜,对烟碱的线性范围为１．０×１０－２～２．０×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,斜率为５７．５ｍｖ／ｐｃ,适宜ｐＨ范围为５．５～８．０,检出限为１．０×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。用该传感器分析烟草中烟碱的含量,结果和分光光度法相一致。

研究了在聚乙烯醇（ＰＶＡ）存在下,钯与钨酸钠和丁基罗丹明Ｂ（ＢＲＢ）反应形成的有色离子缔合物用于痕量钯的光度法测定．最佳条件为：［Ｈ２ＳＯ４］＝１．２ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１,［ＷＯ２－４］＝９．１×１０－５ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１,［ＢＲＢ］＝３．０×１０－５ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１．缔合物的最大吸收位于５７５ｎｍ处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε＝７．９８×１０７Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１．钯量在０～１０ｎｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内服从比尔定律．体系至少稳定１４０ｈ,检测限（３σ）０．０４８μｇ·Ｌ－１（ｎ＝１０）,对０．４０μｇ·Ｌ－１Ｐｄ（Ⅱ）测定的相对标准偏差为３．３９％（ｎ＝１１）．缔合物的摩尔比为Ｐｄ∶ＢＲＢ＝１∶４．考察了５０多种共存离子的影响．本法已用于炭基和铝基钯催化剂中微量钯的测定,结果满意     

铜—芦丁极谱络合吸附波的研究

在０．０１ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１ＫＯＨ底液中（ＰＨ＝１１．７），用单扫示波极谱法可获得灵敏的铜—芦丁络合吸附波，铜浓度在５．０×１０－７～５．０×１０－５ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１范围内与二阶导数波峰高成正比关系．检测限为３．０×１０－７ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１，测得电活性络合物组成为Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）∶Ｒｔ＝１∶１，条件稳定常数为β＝１．４×１０５．     

聚苯乙烯载体亲和层析纯化尿激酶

聚苯乙烯经磺化后连接手臂６－氨基己酸，然后偶联配基对氨基苯甲脒，制成亲水性的亲和载体。载体的最适配基密度为每克湿载体３２μｍｏｌ，最适吸附条件为ｐＨ７．５、０．０５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸缓冲液（含ＮａＣｌ０．５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ）。在ｐＨ４．０、０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ醋酸缓冲溶液（含ＮａＣｌ０．５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ）中，采用０～１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ　ＮａＳＣＮ梯度洗脱，可将比活８．３３μｍｏｌ·Ｓ－１·ｍｇ－１的粗酶纯化５０倍，收率大于５３％。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

海南岛地体及其毗邻陆缘晚中生代—新生代古地磁研究和构造演化

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。
