基于PLC和WinCC的机械手运动仿真系统的设计

本文给出了基于PLC和WinCC的机械手运动控制系统的方案。模拟机械手在生产中的运行状况,利用STEP7程序控制机械手的运行,使用仿真软件PLCSIM来模拟S7-300的运行,并利用WinCC软件监控其动作状态,实现了对工业机械手动作过程自动监控的仿真。     

基于PSCAD与PLC的供配电控制实验系统

为完善可编程控制器(PLC)控制、通讯及配电网络的设计型实验内容,开发了基于电力系统仿真软件(PSCAD/EMTDC)与可编程控制器供配电实时监控与仿真的实验系统。系统以WinCC构建监控平台,开发电力系统仿真软件接口模块,实现PSCAD/EMTDC与WinCC电气开关的控制信号和状态信息以及仿真参数的动态交互。实验教学表明开发的实验系统可以满足学生在工程背景下进行供配电网络的系统设计、实现及调试,对加强学生工程素质培养具有重要意义。     

基于WinCC全自动洗衣机的仿真系统设计

本次设计是基于WinCC全自动洗衣机仿真系统,采用PLC来实现洗涤的全过程控制。包括方案设计、设备选型、端子接线图、通讯调试、触摸屏设计,并根据工艺流程分析和控制要求,使用Step7软件进行下位机编程,以及使用WinCC flexible软件完成上位机组态。     

基于PLC的搅拌系统

本文针对原有的搅拌系统存在的不足,提出了一种现场基于西门子S7-300PLC的搅拌系统的设计思路,介绍了PLC电气系统的硬件选型及程序设计,结合WinCC组态技术,实现了对搅拌系统运行过程的实时监控。     

选煤厂自动冲洗控制系统

将PLC与WinCC组态相结合,建立了自动冲洗控制系统。上位机的WinCC组态监控软件实现了冲水过程的图像实时监控,下位机可编程控制器(PLC)实现对自动冲洗系统各个执行机构的控制。应用结果表明,本控制系统使用方便,运行可靠。     

基于PLC和WinCC的机械手与传送带控制系统设计

针对机械手与传送带系统的监控问题,结合PLC和WinCC组态的特点,设计了基于PLC和WinCC的机械手与传送带控制系统．系统利用WinCC组态软件创建人机交互界面对系统进行实时监控,同时建立过程值归档及相应的数据库以便查阅系统数据．实验验证表明,监控系统达到了设计要求．     

PLC在过热炉点火系统中的应用

传统点火装置控制过程不但费时费力,而且增加了操作人员及设备运行的安全隐患。本次改造采用西门子的STEP 7系统,系统可存储大量数据,相关监控测点都可数据采集,并由计算机对这些数据作处理,通过WinCC组态画面来判断检测相关工况运行情况。通过改造,达到降低系统故障,改善运行及检修人员的劳力强度等问题。     

基于西门子PLC和触摸屏的4层电梯控制系统仿真设计

分析4层电梯的控制要求及各种运行状态,采用西门子S7-200PLC对电梯进行各种控制.上位机使用WinCC flexible组态软件建立电梯模型并通过TP 177B color PN/DP触摸屏实现电梯运行模拟操作,整个系统操作简单,模拟运行效果较好.     

GaN系半导体材料生长的MOCVD控制系统设计与实现

针对MOCVD系统工艺及控制要求,设计了MOCVD控制系统.采用PLC作为核心控制器,负责各类输入输出信号的控制,进行数据处理,控制半导体材料生长.同时采用WinCC组态软件设计上位监控系统.经过近一年运行,MOCVD控制系统运行状况良好,控制系统具有高可靠性、抗干扰能力强、控制精度高等特点,满足系统控制要求,保证了材料生长顺利进行.     

基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的电动执行机构测试系统

阐述了基于Profibus-DP现场电动执行机构测试系统的整体实现方案,介绍了系统软硬件实现方法,着重介绍了用WinCC实现对多个电动执行机构状态检测、参数设定与报警及实时归档.开发系统目的在于为基于PROFI- BUS-DP现场总线的电动执行机构的批量测试提供方便.目前该系统通过测试,运行良好,可为电动执行机构的调试和性能指标的检测提供依据.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

海南岛地体及其毗邻陆缘晚中生代—新生代古地磁研究和构造演化

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。     

An Index mechanism for multi-scale view in spatial databases

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.
