MAP技术保鲜损伤生菜研究

采用各种预处理方法加强ＭＡＰ（ＭｏｄｉｆｉｅｄＡｔｍｏｓｐｈｅｒｅＰａｃｋａｇｉｎｇ）技术保鲜损伤生菜的效果;具体研究了紫外线、Ｈ２Ｏ２、ＮａＣｌＯ、乙醇、５３℃热水等预处理方法与ＭＡＰ协同对损伤生菜贮藏品质和微生物的影响。结果表明,经Ｈ２Ｏ２（０．１５ｍｌ／Ｌ,１ｍｉｎ）处理后ＭＡＰ（Ｏ２：１．５～２．０％,ＣＯ２：２．０～２．５％）４～５℃贮藏效果最佳。另外,低温、Ｈ２Ｏ２、ＭＡＰ对微生物有较好的抑制作用     

红毛丹果实的发育及采后生理研究

研究红毛丹果实的生长发育及采后生理的变化－结果表明：红毛丹果实的生长发育期约为１６～１７周;果实的生长速度呈“Ｓ”型生长曲线;鲜红色或黄色的椭圆形果实大小接近于５ｃｍ×３ｃｍ,是一种甜酸之果,也是一种非骤变型的果实－果实中总的可溶性固形物为质量分数１９－３％－采后果实失水较为严重,通常在室温（２６℃）条件下,果实的保鲜期仅６～７ｄ－将果实装入薄膜袋内,并调节袋内的Ｏ２（体积分数为５％）和ＣＯ２（体积分数为９％）的水平,在低温（１０℃）下贮藏,可使果实的保鲜期延长约４周－     

紫外诱变原生质体选育碱性蛋白酶高产菌株的研究Ⅲ.诱变株的选育及其产酶条件的研究

以地衣芽孢杆菌（ＢａｃｉｌｕｓＬｉｃｈｅｎｉｆｏｒｍｉｓ）５３号菌为出发菌株，在原生质形成和再生的最佳条件下制备原生质体，并对原生质体进行了多次诱变处理，从大量突变株进行筛选最终获得了高产、稳定、耐热的碱性蛋白酶产生菌株５３－Ｇ３８－６，产酶活力由１１０４Ｕ／ｍｌ提高到２２０８０Ｕ／ｍｌ．该诱变株最适产酶条件为：培养基由质量分数（ｗ／％）为胰蛋白胨１，酵母膏０．５，玉米粉５，Ｎａ２ＨＰＯ４１２Ｈ２Ｏ０．４，ＫＨ２ＰＯ４０．０３，Ｎａ２ＣＯ３０．１组成，ｐＨ自然，培养温度４２℃，培养时间４４～４８ｈ，ｗ／％为０．２的ＣａＣＯ３可提高酶的产量．酶作用的最适条件：６２℃，ｐＨ１０．０，ｐＨ在９～１０之间稳定     

豆凝乳酶产生菌的筛选及诱变育种

从１０４份土样中分离到一株产豆凝乳酶的芽孢杆菌（Ｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓ ｓｐ．）,酶活力０．３ｕ／ｍｌ。经ＵＶ－ＤＥＳ诱变及培养基调整后,酶活可达１．６ｕ／ｍｌ以上,其最适产酶培养基组成：麦麸２．５％,（ＮＨ４）２ＳＯ４ ０．５％（ＮＨ４）２ＨＰＯ４ ０．５％,ＣａＣｌ２ ０．０５％。     

纳米α—Fe金属磁粉制备及其磁性能研究

探讨了一种新的纳米αＦｅ 金属磁粉制备方法．在乳化剂ＰＧ参与下,从铁盐溶液中沉淀析出ＦｅＣ２Ｏ４·２Ｈ２Ｏ作前驱体,经热分解、氢气还原和表面钝化处理,制备出轴比１～３（长短径比）、长径约５０ ｎｍ 的椭球或短棒状αＦｅ 金属磁粉．其主要磁性能,比饱和磁化强度σｓ 在１３７．３ Ａ·ｍ２·ｋｇ－１ ～１５７．５ Ａ·ｍ２·ｋｇ－１（ｅｍｕ·ｇ－１）之间,矫顽力Ｈｃ 在３１．８ ｋＡ·ｍ －１～４３．３ ｋＡ·ｍ －１（４００ Ｏｅ～５４４ Ｏｅ）之间．

不同药剂处理香石竹切花（Ｄｉａｎｔｈｏｕｓｃａｒｙｐｈｙｌｕｓ,ｙｅｌｏｗｓｉｍ）（５％蔗糖和５％蔗糖＋１５０×１０－６硼酸＋１００×１０－６ＣｏＣｌ２）,可以减缓切花体内蛋白质,可溶性糖含量的下降,并且减轻膜脂过氧化水平．瓶插过程中药剂处理的超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）,过氧化氢酶（ＣＡＴ）活性和抗坏血酸含量均高于对照．该药剂处理还可抑制电导率和脯氨酸含量的上升幅度．     

甘蔗渣采用白腐菌生物降解的研究

研究了甘蔗渣采用两种白腐菌的生物降解，分析了不同培养条件对木素降解的影响。研究内容包括从自然界筛选分离出一株具有木素降解能力的白腐菌ＨＧＸ０３，并与引进的白腐菌Ｐ．ｃｈｒｙｓｏｓｐｏｒｉｕｍ进行了处理甘蔗渣的研究和比较。在相同条件下培养１４ｄ和２８ｄ，Ｐ．ｃｈｒｙｓｏｓｐｏｒｉｕｍ作用于甘蔗渣的总木素降解率分别为１９５％和２６３％，ＨＧＸ０３则分别为１５２％和２２７％。ＨＧＸ０３处理后的甘蔗渣白度比Ｐ．ｃｈｒｙｓｏｓｐｏｒｉｕｍ约高２％（ＩＳＯ）。供给氧气可以提高白腐菌的木素降解能力，促进作用主要表现在生物处理的中期。附加营养物可以明显地减少处理原料的重量损失，增加木素的降解。与单纯采用菌丝体相比，全培养物接种可以利用白腐菌生长过程中产生的胞外酶，起到增加木素降解速率的效果。     

太湖湖水及沉积物磷释放对藻类生长潜力研究

在太湖湖水中添加不同的氮、磷营养物进行藻类生长潜力测试，试验结果表明：单独添加ＨＰＯ２－４和同时添加ＨＰＯ２－４、ＮＯ－３的所有浓度组均能显著促进斜生栅列藻（Ｓｃｅｎｄｅｓｍｕｓｏｂｌｉｑüｕｓ）和羊角月芽藻（Ｓｅｌｅｎａｓｔｒｕｍｃａｐｒｉｃｏｒｎｕｔｕｍ）的增长，而单独添加ＮＯ－３和ＮＨ＋４对二种藻类不但均无促进、并有一定抑制作用，表明了磷是太湖藻类生长的限制因子。在所试验条件下，厌氧状态（ＤＯ为０～２．５ｍｇ／Ｌ）下沉积物释放后滤液能促进斜生栅列藻增长，但对羊角月芽藻无促进效应；好氧状态下（ＤＯ为７．５～８．０ｍｇ／Ｌ）沉积物释放后滤液均不能促进二种藻类增长。     

微肥对不同菌根真菌菌丝体生长的研究

通过不同微肥对 Ｌａｃｃａｒｉａ ｌａｃｃａｔａ Ｓ２３８ 与 Ｇｙｒｏｐｏｒｕｓ ｃｙａｎｅｓｃｅｎｓ等菌根真菌菌丝体生长的研究证实：１） 浓度为 ０．０１％ 的 Ｎａ２ Ｂ４ Ｏ７ 对 Ｌ．ｌａｃｃａｔａ Ｓ２３８ 的菌丝体生长促进作用明显，其它浓度的 Ｎａ２ Ｂ４ Ｏ７ 以及 Ｍ ｎ Ｓ Ｏ４、（ Ｎ Ｈ４ ）６ Ｍｏ７ Ｏ２４、 Ｚｎ Ｓ Ｏ４ 对 Ｌ．ｌａｃｃａｔａ Ｓ２３８ 均有抑制作用．在培养 Ｌ．ｌａｃｃａｔａ Ｓ２３８ 时应单独添加低浓度的 Ｎａ２ Ｂ４ Ｏ７， 以促进其正常生长；２） Ａ 处理的 Ａ１ 对 Ｇ．ｃｙａｎｅｓｃｅｎｓ 菌丝体生长具有一定的促进作用，但不是很显著，其它微肥对其生长具有明显的抑制作用     

棒曲霉UA—2木聚糖酶的蔗渣固态发酵

棒曲霉（Ａｓｐｅｒｇｉｌｕｓｃｌａｖａｔｕｓ）ＵＡ－２固态发酵蔗渣产木聚酶的培养基为每克蔗渣加营养液５ｍｌ，初始ｐＨ８．５．营养液的适宜组成为每升含：ＮＨ４ＮＯ３１０ｇ、Ｋ２ＨＰＯ４６ｇ、ＭｇＳＯ４·７Ｈ２Ｏ０．７５ｇ、ＣａＣｌ２０．７５ｇ、ＦｅＳＯ４·７Ｈ２Ｏ１１．２５ｍｇ、ＭｎＳＯ４·Ｈ２Ｏ３．７５ｍｇ、ＺｎＳＯ４３．０ｍｇ、ＣｏＣｌ２４．５ｍｇ．在上述培养基中接入其湿重１０％（Ｗ／Ｗ）的新鲜的ＵＡ－２种子曲，２８℃培养１０８ｈ，其木聚糖酶，滤纸降解酶和羧甲基纤维素酶的活力分别为２６９５．６、２８．５和４２．７ｕ／ｇ蔗渣．酶反应的最适ｐＨ５．０，最适温度５０℃；在ｐＨ４．０～１１．０内酶活性十分稳定．５０℃保温１ｈ，酶活剩余５５％，８℃下放置２３ｄ，活力几乎不变．磷酸盐，半胱氨酸对酶有激活作用，ＥＤＴＡ和对氯汞本甲酸对酶有抑制作用     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
