采用霍尔检零原理(即闭环原理)推导出了霍尔检零系统的稳态误差表达式,得出了在霍尔检零系统中放大器的放大倍数越大稳态误差越小的结论.把小波变换技术应用到小电流传感器中,构造的声表面波换能器脉冲响应函数等于小波函数,从而制造出了声表面波式小波变换及重构器件,该器件可有效滤除小电流传感器的干扰信号.霍尔检零系统可以补偿温度和霍尔元件恒流源电流的变化对测量的影响.  相似文献

介绍了磁阻式接近开关和霍尔式接近开关的工作原理及信号处理电路,并对二者的动态特性进行了测量和分析.实验表明:磁阻式接近开关动态特性优于霍尔式接近开关,该接近开关灵敏度高,稳定性好,且成本低,可替代霍尔式接近开关,用于铁磁性材料检测和控制.  相似文献

为了解决雷电磁场测量的二维局限性问题,利用霍尔效应原理,设计出一种新型雷电磁场测量装置。在三维正交的空间支架3个轴上,分别安置相互正交的霍尔元件,测量时为测量装置的电路和霍尔元件分别通上工作电流,将霍尔元件置于待测磁场中的指定测试点。根据所测霍尔元件的电压、霍尔系数以及霍尔元件工作电流,可以在3个正交方向上分别确定所述待测量磁场分量的大小,然后求出该点的总磁场方向和大小。此测量装置线路设计简单,可以放置在室外进行测量,具有成本低、安装方便、可直流电源供电和信号噪声小等特点,提高了雷电磁场测量的便捷性。  相似文献

利用高灵敏度霍尔器件,设计研制了多通道阵列式漏磁检测传感器及信号处理电路.对不同几何参数的铁磁性试件缺陷进行了检测实验研究,该漏磁检测系统可实现地磁场激励和人工弱磁激励下的缺陷信号图像显示.探讨了基于多通道漏磁信号的缺陷表示方法,并利用人工神经网络技术对基于多通道传感器漏磁信号的缺陷反演问题进行了初步研究,表明利用霍尔元件阵列检测装置和人工智能信息处理方法,可以实现多通道漏磁信号与缺陷参数的非线性拟合,进而实现漏磁检测中的缺陷定量化分析.  相似文献

针对基于多条耦合器声表面波式小波重构器件中各个尺度器件之间时间不同步的问题,提出了补偿多条耦合器和输出叉指换能器之间距离来实现时间同步的延时补偿方案.该方案利用声表面波在晶体基片表面的延时特性,通过在声表面波器件内部进行延时补偿,确保了各个尺度重构器件在同一触发信号作用下具有相同的响应时间,解决了由于时间不同步造成的重构误差问题,避免了由于利用外部延时电路而增加器件的体积和功耗.对一个具有三尺度、基于多条耦合器声表面波式小波重构器件的延时补偿实验结果表明,该方案能够有效地解决不同尺度小波重构器件之间的时间不同步问题.  相似文献

以AT89C51微处理器为核心组成智能型微电阻测量仪.该仪器依据四探针法原理,采用高稳定度的恒流源电路,低漂移、低噪声的直流放大器电路和自动量程转换电路构成测量回路.恒流源采用深度负反馈技术,其稳定度、电压调整率和温度漂移分别小于0.1%,0.1%和0.05%/℃.采用了分时测量、共同一测量回路的自校准方法,高稳定恒电流分时通过待测试样和内置标准电阻,电压测量回路的输入阻抗高达20MΩ以上,消除了试样接触电阻的影响.通过对高精度标准电阻器组BZ-3的检测表明,全量程中的最大非线性误差为0.12%,对各种标号的漆包线的测量误差小于0.5%,对金属试样在腐蚀液体中的腐蚀情况能进行动态监测,对大试样粉末冶金样品的微小电阻也能进行精确的测量  相似文献

提出了一种霍尔效应法测量螺线管轴线磁感应强度的实验装置。该实验装置采用直线电机带动霍尔元件在螺线管中移动,定位准确方便。螺线管励磁电流及霍尔元件驱动电流采用数控恒流源来提供,可以方便地改变方向及大小,精确控制测量时间,避免螺线管发热,从而提高实验精度,保护实验装置。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献
