具有截止式保护的高精度直流稳压电源

摘    要:从基本电路的稳定度公式出发 ,讨论了采用恒流源负载和辅助电源的稳定度表达式 .用恒流源负载代替比较放大管的集电极电阻 ,使放大级的作用得以充分发挥 ,并辅以稳定的电源供电 ,使所设计的具有截止式保护的稳压电源达到了 10 - 5数量级的高精度技术指标

Abstract:From the stability formula of the base circuit, the stability expression within constant current source and assistant power is discussed. The collector resistance of the comparable-amplifying transistor is substituted by constant current source to bring the effect of amplifying-part into play sufficiently. Moreover, assisted by jarless power supply, the stability of the DC source is improved evidently. This makes the DC-constant voltage source with cut-off protect attained high precision parameter about 10 -5.
