阐述了聚乳酸纤维乳酸、聚乳酸的生产工艺.对工业生产中聚乳酸的不同合成方法,特别是对乳酸直接聚合法、固相聚合法、丙交酯开环聚合法的原理作了分析.对聚乳酸纤雏的溶液纺丝法、熔融纺丝法的工艺特点作了介绍.并以9.7tex的聚乳酸纤维纱线为例,讨论了纺纱过程中各工序的工艺配置、技术措施及温湿度控制等.  相似文献

针对PLA纤维纱线的特点,选用马铃薯变性淀粉K5为主浆料,PVA、聚丙烯酸为辅,蜡片为助剂,制定了3种经纱上浆配方,对其浆液性能、浆膜性能和浆纱性能及其他指标进行测试。对比分析,得出了PLA纤维纱线上浆的最佳工艺路线。用马铃薯变性淀粉K5替代PVA ,既满足了PL A纤维纱线上浆要求,也减少了环境污染。  相似文献

以捻系数、分梳辊速度、转杯速度为试验因子,采用单因子实验和二次通用旋转组合设计法,研究麻赛尔/棉混纺纱线性能与工艺参数之间的关系,找出最佳工艺参数;并用最佳工艺参数纺制不同混纺比的麻赛尔/棉混纺纱,比较不同混纺比对纱线性能的影响.结果表明:随着捻系数、分梳辊速度、转杯速度的增加,成纱的断裂强力均呈现出先增加后下降的变化规律;随着麻赛尔纤维含量的增加,混纺纱线的断裂强力逐渐下降.  相似文献

In order to find the relations between the production performonce of interlacer and its cross-sectional Shapcs of yarn duct,radial yarnsd movement in varions yarn ducts of interlacer and its effect on performance of interlaced yarn were studied in this paper. Seven interlacers,which were diffcrent in the cross- sectional shape of yarn duct,were made. Yarn motion in yarn duct of interlace was observed with optical fibers and photo- sensors. Performance of the interlaced yarn was evaluated by the number and the strength of tangles. Experfmental results disclose the relations between the yarn motions and the properties of the interlaced yarn. The interlacer with round yarn duct is capable of producing an interlaced yarn with bigger number of tangles,since It can make yarn transverse frequently the axis of air jet issuing from air jet nozzle. The interlacer with cornered shape of yarn duct makes yarn subjected to the action of compressed air for a longer time,which results in larger strength of tangles.  相似文献

为了研究三组分花式线的力学性能,对其强力的构成进行理论预测和试验分析,从花式线组成出发,分析了三组分花式线的结构和影响因素;然后通过拉伸应力-应变曲线,对常见三组分花式线进行了强伸性能的测定;最后,对3种三组分花式线的强力进行了理论预测和试验分析。结子线的强伸性能有较大差别;圈圈线的强伸性能主要由芯纱决定;氨纶包缠纱由氨纶提供弹性,由包缠在氨纶外侧的非弹性纱决定纱线的强力。  相似文献

本文研究了丙交酯酸的聚合条件,用DSC和TGA表征了聚合物的热性能。比较了以L-丙交酯和DL-丙交酯不同共聚比制得的聚乳酸薄膜的力学性能,测定了聚乳酸在缓冲溶液和微生物环境中的降解性能。通过改变聚合条件及单体的共聚比,可调节聚乳酸的性能,获得适用于不同需要的材料。  相似文献

亚麻织物以其优良的服装性能,深受广大消费者青睐.但传统的煮练工艺对亚麻纱的强力损伤大,纱线柔软性差.本文首先在理论上分析研究了传统煮练工艺对亚麻纱强力损伤的机理及用柔软剂和螯合分散剂保护纱线强力的机理.然后采用实验对比分析的方法,研究探讨了上述两种助剂的用量对亚麻纱性能的影响.实验结果表明,在亚麻粗纱煮练工艺中使用柔软剂和螯合分散剂,可以提高亚麻纱的柔软性和可纺性,进而使其强力得到提高,但若加入过多的柔软剂,反而使细纱平均强度下降,强度不匀情况恶化.  相似文献

Biodegradable polylactide acid (PLA) resin can be combined with flax fibers to produce biodegradable composite materials. In our study, commercial PLA fibers were mixed with flax fibers by a non-woven method so as to make non- woven pre-forms, which can be generated into flax fiber reinforced PLA environmental friendly composites by heat pressing technology. The tensile, flexural and impact properties are tested in order to evaluate the basic physical properties of the composites, and the influenced factors listed as making technology of the pre-forms, weight ratio of flax fibers and heat pressing technology are discussed and optimized, which can be described as weight ratio of flax fibers and PLA fibers is 50/50, heating temperature, time and pressure are respectively 195℃, 20 rain and 12.5 Mpa. Preliminary results show that mechanical properties of the flax/PLA composites are quite promising compared with flax/PP composites in coclrnon commercial automotive use. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) is used to analyze the tensile specimen fracture surfaces, which shows voids and gaps occurring between flax fibers and PLA matrix and sign of fiber pull.out, the strength of flax/PLA interface can be further improved.  相似文献

Various types of wound debridement approaches are currently available in clinical practice such as autolytie, enzymatic. biodebridement, mechanical, and surgical debridemenl techniques. A critical look at these various options can explain their potential but also their limitations. In this study, a novel textile pad, which is composed of polyester filaments on the fleecy side and a bioeompatible coating on the opposite side, was made to provide a safe, inexpensive, easier and especially more efficient debridement process that can be used in all healthcare settings by all healthcare practitioners. Eighteen kinds of samples were prepared with different pile density, ground yarn count and coating amount. Dimensional morphology, stitch density, mass per unit area and mechanical properties were investigated to study the intrinsic relationship of structure and properties of textile pad for wound debridement. Results showed that tensile strength and suturing strength at piped site increased obviously with the increment of ground yarn count, while the amount of coating could also have a slight impact on these two properties. However, compressive load was mainly affected by pile density, with no obvious relation to ground yarn count and coating amount.  相似文献

Incorporating flame retardant fillers is the most efficient way to improve the fire resistance of polylactide (PLA). However, most flame retardant fillers result in deterioration of the mechanical property of PLA so far. Therefore, to create high-performance PLA materials combining excellent flame retardancy with superior mechanical properties remains highly attractive and challenging. In this study, a novel isosorbide-derived poly(phosphoester) (PIDI) was synthesized and used as a bio-based flame-retardant for PLA. The addition of PIDI showed a marginal effect on the change of the glass transition temperature of the PLA composites, but the crystallinity degree of the PLA composites was improved by the inclusion of PIDI. Benefitting from the improved crystallinity, the tensile strength, flexural strength, and impact strength of PLA composite containing 15 ​wt% PIDI was enhanced by 19.4%, 14.1%, and 36.9%, respectively, compared to the virgin PLA. With the addition of 20 ​wt% PIDI, the PLA composite showed an LOI value of 25.5% and a UL-94 V-0 rating in the vertical burning test. The flame retardant effect of PIDI was also demonstrated by a notable reduction (−46%) in the peak heat release rate (PHRR) of PLA composite containing 20 ​wt% PIDI. Such a renewable isosorbide-derived poly(phosphoester) is one of the promising candidates for PLA bio-composites with an outstanding balance between flame retardancy and intrinsic physical properties.  相似文献

通过缩聚反应制备一种可生物降解的柠檬酸基聚酯(PEGCA),采用转矩流变仪将不同反应程度的PEGCA与聚乳酸(PLA)共混,制备出一种可完全生物降解的柠檬酸基聚酯/聚乳酸共混物,考察了共混物的拉伸、冲击和弯曲性能,并采用扫描电子显微镜观察其形貌.结果表明:PEGCA对PLA的增韧效果明显,使得共混物的断裂伸长率可达316%,冲击强度提高了近7倍;在不同的应变速率下,PEGCA/PLA共混物的力学性能不同,增大应变速率,将使共混物的拉伸强度提高,断裂伸长率降低;不同反应程度的PEGCA在PLA基体中的分散性不同,低反应程度的PEGCA的分散性较差,其共混物在较高变形速率下表现出更优异的韧性和延展性.  相似文献

环锭纺纱过程中的纱线断头主要取决于纱线张力与纱线强力之间的矛盾,而纺纱张力是气圈底端纱线张力经由气圈、导纱钩向上传递而产生的.以往关于气圈底端张力的推算大都是在忽略空气阻力和哥氏惯性力的情况下进行的.针对考虑空气阻力和哥氏惯性力影响的情况,对钢丝圈受力及气圈底端张力进行分析计算,并指出随着纺纱的高速化及对纱线质量要求的提高,在研究纱线张力时,应考虑空气阻力及哥氏惯性力.  相似文献

This paper presents a comparison study of two models for predicting the strength of rotor spun cotton yarns from fiber properties. The adaptive neuro-fuzzy system inference (ANFIS) and Multiple Linear Regression models are used to predict the rotor spun yarn strength. Fiber properties and yam count are used as inputs to train the two models and the count-strength-product (CSP) was the targel. The predictive performances of the two models are estimated and compared. We found that the ANFIS has a better predictive power in comparison with linear multiple regression model. The impact of each fiber property is also illustrated.  相似文献

使用锦纶66纤维开发高性能、高品质的牛仔面料,以粘胶为外包纤维,锦纶66或氨纶为芯丝制成36.4和28.0 tex的包芯纱为纬纱,使用剑杆织机使其与36.4和28.0 tex的纯棉纱线进行交织,制成牛仔面料。对锦纶66包芯纱和氨纶包芯纱所织制的6种牛仔面料进行色牢度、耐磨性、强力、弹性回复性、折皱回复性和弯曲性能等性能测试并进行对比分析,发现锦纶66包芯纱牛仔面料的弹性达到氨纶包芯纱牛仔面料的弹性水平,且其强力和柔软度更佳。以粘胶/锦纶66(3.33 tex/10 F)包芯纱织制面料比粘胶/锦纶66(3.33 tex/34 F)强力更大、弹性回复性更好,且更柔软。同时,采用36.4 tex纱线所织制的面料的强力、弹性和折皱回复性更好,但28.0 tex纱线所织制的面料更柔软。  相似文献

Seventeen disperse dyes including anthraquinone, azo, methine, nitro, and quinoline dyes were applied to dye the Polylactic Acid (PLA) yarns at different conditions, and the dyebath exhaustion was determined. The result shows that C.I. disperse red 167, C.I. disperse orange 30, and C.I. disperse blue 284 have dye-uptakes greater than 80%. Therefore, they can be used as the three principal dyes for PLA yams. The experiment discovered that the dyes, because of their Monoazo and ester group contents, have a higher dye-uptake for the PLA fiber. The research on the optimization of dyeing techniques suggests that PLA yarn can obtain a high level of dyeing effectiveness at the following conditions: pH 4- 5, dyeing temperture 110℃ for 30- 40 min. Color fastness to perspiration, and waterwashing fastness increased 1 - 1.5 by the addition of the abstergent FB during the reduction clearing.  相似文献

This paper described the physical behaviour of three types of denim cloths produced from rotor yarn, ring yarn and modified rotor yarn (prepared by adding conventional twist to rotor yarn) respectively. In order to develop a fabric with excellent flame resistance function, antistatic function, moisture absorption and breathability, the polysulfonamide(PSA) fiber and the flame retardant viscose(FRV) fiber were blended. Meanwhile, the conductive filaments were used as the core yarn, and then they were made into the core-spun yarn and the fabric at different blending ratios of PSA/FRV. The effects of the blending ratio of PSA/FRV on the mechanical properties and the evenness of the yarn were studied. The effects of the blending ratio of PSA/FRV on mechanical properties, flame retardant properties, antistatic properties, moisture permeability and drape of the fabric were analyzed. With the increase of the blending ratios of PSA/FRV, the strength and the elongation of the core-spun yarn increased firstly and then decreased. Moreover, the evenness of the core-spun yarn was improved, the fabric strength increased firstly and then decreased, the flame resistance decreased, and the antistatic performance improved. These results provide an important basis for the preparation and wide application of fabrics made of PSA/FRV/conductive filament.  相似文献
