低捻转杯纺纱实验与理论分析--提高低捻转杯纱强力探索

研究在转杯纺加捻区中加装阻扭件,然后选用相同的棉条纺制不同捻系数的转杯纱(加装阻扭件和不加装阻扭件)和环锭纱,并测试其成纱的强伸性能、表面形态和扭转性能.测试结果表明,加装阻扭件的转杯纱可以适当改善转杯纺的加捻效果,进而适当提高了转杯纱的成纱强力.     

低捻转杯纺纱张力与断头分析

讨论了转杯纺纱过程中捻度分布、张力分布以及断头率的测定分析.通过测定、分析与讨论,得出低捻转杯纺纱过程中,断头率急剧增加,接头成功率大大减少,同时断头的部位大部分发生在纺纱转杯至引纱管区域.因此增加转杯至引纱管区域的捻度,提高该纱段的成纱强力是低捻转杯纺纱的主要关键.     

A Study of the Behaviour of Denim Cloth Made from Modified Rotor Spun Yarn

This paper described the physical behaviour of three types of denim cloths produced from rotor yarn, ring yarn and modified rotor yarn (prepared by adding conventional twist to rotor yarn) respectively. Experimental work showed that denim cloth produced from the modified rotor yarn has superior properties over conventional rotor yarn in terms of surface texture and appearance,tearing strength and resistance to abrasion.     

Torsional Models of Two - ply Yarn

In this paper,the vector equation of a generaliseddoubly wound helix was derived.Treloar's pliedyarn geometry could be obtained as a special case ofthe generalised doubly wound helix.The shortest fi-bre length around the surface of a helical tube(formed by fibre helices)was determined by apply-ing variational principles.The fibre length as calcu-lated by using Treloar's geometry was compared in-directly with the shortest possible fibre length at dif-ferent levels of yarn deformation when some of Tre-loar's rigid geometrical constraints were relaxed.Anew idea based on non-concentric circles was intro-duced to approximate the fibre helix movement in atwo-ply yarn.A torsional model of two-ply yarnwas developed and the theoretical predictions werecompared with some preliminary experimental re-sults.

熟条HVI测试性能与转杯纱强力之间关系的研究

选取30种纯棉普梳熟条,分别生产58.3tex和18.22tex转杯纱,再用多种数学方法分析熟条HVI测试性能与转杯纱强力之间的关系。结论对实际生产中的配棉、熟条生产工艺的优化以及成纱质量控制都有一定的指导意义。

Bending Hysteresis of Twill Woven Fabrics in Various Directions

This paper investigates the bending hysteresis of twill woven fabrics in various directions. In this research, existing models for the prediction of bending rigidity of woven fabrics are applied to bending hysteresis. Wide range of cotton twill woven fabrics is examined by comparing the theoretical data and experimental results. The results of this paper indicated that Peirce's, Shinohara et al's and Cooper's models can be applied to the prediction of bending hysteresis of twill woven fabrics. Besides, the results also show that ratio V, introduced by Cooper, of a cotton twill fabric is found to have the range between 0.8 and 1.4. The general shape of the polar diagram of bending hysteresis along the weft direction is spreading outwards with the increase in ratio V from the range 0.8 to 1. However, the general shape of bending hysteresis will collapse around the weft direction when ratio V is increased from 1 and 1.4.
