全球治理与社会变革、科技进步与经济发展拓展了传统人文社会科学研究的领域和范畴，也对传统科研组织模式、人才培养模式、社会服务模式提出了新命题。论文在分析新文科建设的时代背景、建设要求，评述美国实践的基础上，阐明我国新文科科研的基本内涵，并从科研模式创新、评价体系创新、方法转型创新、学术话语创新等四个方面论述了新文科科研转型提升的实施路径。认为新文科建设要遵循学科发展规律、教育教学规律，要考虑不同类型高校目标定位、发展模式、发展水平的现实，发挥优势特色，分阶段、分步骤推进科研转型提升。     

江苏高校经济管理领域科研合作网络研究

研究收集了江苏省高等院校在CNKI数据库中CSSCI的经济学和管理学来源期刊从2006—2015年共10年间的校际合著论文,构建由此形成的科研合作网络矩阵,运用UCINET软件考察江苏高校在经济管理领域的科研合作网络特征,从网络整体层面上分析江苏校际经济管理科研合著网络的网络密度、结构洞、核心—边缘结构以及小团体现象,揭示江苏高校经济管理领域合著网络整体结构特性及核心高校之间的合作情况,研究结果表明,南京大学和东南大学在江苏科研合著网络中处于核心位置;以南京大学为中心的小团体的形成主要还是受到地理位置临近性的影响。     

产学研模式是培养卓越工程师人才的重要途径

培养卓越工程师人才是高校教育目前面临的重要任务之一。文章提出“卓越工程师”人才培养应通过产学研体系模式,科研领域获得新知识,教学领域传授新知识,生产领域应用新知识,三者互为补充,融为一体。建立人才培养新模式,提高人才培养质量。     

2021年国际空间站科研与应用进展

 回顾了2020年10月至2021年10月国际空间站在技术开发与验证、物理科学、生物学与生物技术、教育和文化活动、人体研究及地球与空间科学6个领域的科研与应用情况,分析了各领域的代表性新实验,盘点了这一时期取得的亮点研究成果。分析表明,2021年国际空间站继续开展大规模的科研与应用活动,美国、日本、欧洲和加拿大的航天机构在6大研究领域支持开展了313项实验,其中在国际空间站首次开展的新实验超过40%。同时,国际空间站正处于科研与应用产出高峰期,6大研究领域都持续产出新的亮点科研成果,例如微重力生物采矿表现更好、观测地球蓝色喷流等,吸引了全球科技界的广泛关注。     

国家科研竞争力评价——以OECD国家基础医学领域为例

 以经济合作与发展组织（OECD）国家为研究对象,采用一种基于数据包络分析方法的混合定权方法测算各国基础医学领域的科研竞争力指数,并对不同国家的竞争力指数和排名进行了分析。结果表明,美国、英国、德国、日本、法国是28个OECD国家中基础医学领域科研竞争力最强的5个国家。此外,除芬兰、希腊、新西兰和葡萄牙的科研竞争力指数变动较大外,其余各国变动不大。从区域上看,北美洲、北欧和西欧3个区域的平均科研竞争力指数处于前列,南欧和中欧区域处于劣势位置。因此从促进区域科研事业的快速和平衡发展角度看,国家间应当加强科研合作,取长补短,竞争力弱的国家应减小与竞争力强国间的差距。     

新冠肺炎疫情对广东科技防控领域的影响及建议

新冠肺炎疫情对广东科研生产活动带来了巨大冲击,但在这场疫情阻击战中,生物健康、数字经济等领域的企业异军突起,纷纷强化科技攻关,为这场战疫提供了有力支撑。此外,广东省市有关部门从科研攻关、人才激励、扶持企业等方面制定出台了系列政策举措,为取得疫情防控的胜利及加快企业复工复产注入了一支"强心剂"。     

分类算法在中药科研中的应用及其进展

目的 研究分类算法在中药科研中的应用及其进展,为中药领域数据挖掘的相关研究提供有益的参考和借鉴。方法 利用国内知网、万方和维普等作为主要文献检索平台,整理文献建立研究对象文献数据库。结果 从311746篇文献中,整理得到345篇相关文献;分类算法的应用较多集中在中药药性研究、药物分析、药物安全性/毒性、方剂配伍规律和中药功效等５个研究子领域;且人工神经网络算法运用的范围最广,适用于中药科研的多个子领域。结论 分类算法在中药科研中应用种类多,且涵盖的研究范围广;不同数学模型的分类算法均有特色,应当结合中药数据的特点,优选不同的分类算法;通过改进完善传统的分类算法,更有利于充分发挥分类算法在中药传承和创新中的作用。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
