云芝漆酶理化性质及动力学研究

主要研究pH值、金属离子、温度对云芝漆酶活性和稳定性的影响,以及该酶底物浓度效应和Km值测定.实验结果表明:Cu2+、Co2+对漆酶有激活作用,而Ag+则有抑制作用;该酶最适pH为4.8,在pH4~4.8表现出较强的稳定性;最适反应温度为40℃,低于50℃时有较好的热稳定性;Km值为4.2×10-3mol/L.     

吸附溶出催化伏安法测定痕量锗的研究

提出了吸附溶出催化伏安法测定痕量锗的方法。该方法最佳体系为0.15 mol/L KCl+1.0×10~(-3) mol/L 3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(DHB)+2.0×10~(-3)mol/L EDTA+3.0×10~(-3)mol/L V(Ⅳ),pH2.15。其线性范围为1.2×10~(-10)～6.O×10~(-8)mol/L,最低检出浓度为3.6×10~(-11)mol/L Ge(Ⅳ)。     

溴酸钾存在下苯丙氨酸的极谱催化波研究

在0.10mol/L LiCl-0.02mol/L HCl-8.0×10-3mol/L KBrO3支持电解质中,苯丙氨酸产生一个极谱催化波,峰电位为-1.65V(vs.SCE).该极谱催化波二阶导数峰电流与苯丙氨酸的浓度在2.0×10-5～2.5×10-3mol/L范围呈线性关系,其检测下限为6.5×10-6mol/L.本文建立了苯丙氨酸的分析测定方法,讨论了该极谱催化波的产生机理.     

催化动力学分光光度法测定镨和钐

在盐酸介质中,痕量稀土元素镨和钐催化双氧水氧化碘化钾生成单质碘,单质碘可使次甲基蓝褪色,基于此建立了催化动力学分光光度法测定稀土元素镨和钐的新方法.方法的线性范围分别为5.1×10-6mol/L～5.1×10-5mol/L、5.1×10-6mol/L～5.1×10-5mol/L,检出限分别为2.75×10-6mol/L和2.44×10-6mol/L.该方法用于含稀土的纳米材料中镨和钐的分析测定,结果满意.     

聚组氨酸修饰电极测定多巴胺的研究

本文研究了多巴胺在聚组氨酸修饰电极上的循环伏安行为.在pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,用线形扫描伏安法测定多巴胺的线性范围为:6.0×10-8～1.0×10-5mol/L,1.5×10-5～1.0×10-3mol/L,检出限为4×10-8mol/L.用于药剂中多巴胺的测定,结果满意.     

一种麦芽酸性磷酸酶的分离纯化及部分性质研究

经硫酸铵分级沉淀、CM-Sepharose CL 4B和DEAE-Sepharose CL 4B离子交换柱层析等步骤,从麦芽中分离提纯到一种酸性磷酸酶(ACPase,E．C．3．1．3．2),纯化倍数为33．06,酶液比活为88．27 U/mg．通过动力学方法测得其最适pH为5．4,酸碱稳定性较差,仅在pH 6．0左右的缓冲液中较稳定;最适温度为50 ℃,40 ℃以下有较好的稳定性;在最适条件下,该酶催化pNPP的米氏常数(Km)为4．696×10-4 mol/L．同时研究了一些金属离子和有机化合物对该酶     

喹啉的极谱催化波及其应用

在0.15mol/L HAc-NaAc(pH 4.4)-0.016mol/L KIO3支持电解质中,喹啉产生一灵敏的极谱催化波,峰电流比其相应的极谱波增大30余倍,峰电位为-1.14V(vs.SCE).该极谱催化波的二阶导数峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-4～3.5×10-4mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测下限为2.0×10-5 mol/L,该方法可用于微量喹啉的测定,其灵敏度比无KIO3存在时提高了近一个数量级.     

朊圆酵母Y0401尿酸酶的基本特性研究

研究了尿酸酶分离纯化条件和pH、温度、底物浓度、一些有机和无机试剂对尿酸酶酶促反应速度的影响.研究结果表明,用Triton X-100及巯基乙醇处理细胞悬液(pH 8.5),再用超声波处理破碎细胞效果最佳.硫酸铵沉淀尿酸酶的最佳浓度为75%.用Phenyl-Sepharose CL-4B疏水层析和Xanthine-agarose亲和层析两步纯化步骤可获得理想纯度的酶制剂.在一定的条件下,尿酸酶的最适pH和酸碱稳定pH范围分别为8.5和5.0～12.最适温度为37℃;热稳定性较好,在50℃处理30 min时活性保持90%,在60℃处理30min时活性仍保持80%.在最适条件下,该酶催化尿酸的米氏常数(Km)为3.34×10-5mol/L.一些金属离子和有机化合物对酶活性的影响也进行了研究.     

中国黑白花优良种公牛精子透明质酸酶的分离纯化及部分性质研究

中国黑白花优良种公牛精子透明质酸酶经硫酸铵分级沉淀和 Sephadex 柱层析分离纯化,得到一个电泳纯品,活力纯化40倍.用 sephadexG-150凝胶过滤和 SDS—聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测得分子量为65000.该酶的最适 pH 为3.5～4.5,最适温度为37℃～45℃,在室温下较稳定,用 Limeweaver-Burk 作图法求得 Km 值为6.06×10~(-4)mol/L.     

谷氨酸生产菌T6—13谷氨酸脱氢酶特性研究

本文对谷氨酸生产菌Te_(-13)谷氨酸脱氢酶的辅酶专一性、热稳定性、最适温度、最适pH、动力学参数和发酵过程中酶活力变化进行了研究。结果表明该酶属胞内酶,以NADP~+为专一性辅酶,脱氨反应的最适pH为9.5,酶的最适温度为35～40℃,酶的热稳定性试验表明50℃保温10分钟,残留活力为50%,60℃保温10分钟残留活力为4%,70℃下则完全丧失活力,对L—谷氨酸和NADP~+动力学参数分别为2.13×10.2mol/L和6.58×10~(-5)mol/L,AMP、ADP对脱氨反应有激活作用,ATP无影响。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
