茶多酚,BHT和TBHQ抗氧化活性的比较研究

以猪油为实验油采用活性氧法（ＡＯＭ,９７．８℃）对茶多酚、２,６－二叔丁基对甲酚（ＢＨＴ）、叔丁基对苯二酚（ＴＢＨＱ）的抗氧化性能进行了比较研究,实验结果表明：质量分数为０．０２％的ＴＢＨＱ对猪油的抗氧化稳定因子Ｆ为４．９,略大于等质量分数的茶多酚（Ｆ＝４．４）,二者都明显优于ＢＨＴ（Ｆ＝２．２）。同时研究了三种抗氧化剂对花生油、鳗骨滑脂质氧化的抑制作用,其抗氧化效果也是ＴＢＨＱ〉茶多酚〉ＢＨＴ。     

天然生育酚抗氧化活性的研究

对从大豆脱臭馏出物中提取的生育酚浓缩物,分别在80、100、130℃下用电导法(OSI法)及在63±2℃下用烘箱法对其抗氧化活性和其它抗氧化剂作了比较研究.结果表明,其抗氧化活性远强于合成的α-生育酚,在63±2℃的烘箱中和BHA基本相当,在100℃的OSI实验中其抗氧化活性和BHT基本相当,略弱于TBHQ,并且在100℃猪油中浓度高达0.32%时未表现促氧化现象.     

苏子油的提取及抗氧化问题

苏子油富含必需脂肪酸α-亚麻酸,且资源丰富,其开发利用先要解决提取方法和油脂抗氧化的问题.以紫苏子为原料,利用超声波辅助提取技术提取苏子油;用Rancimat法比较TBHQ、BHT和VE等不同抗氧化剂单独作用及复配时对苏子油的抗氧化作用.结果表明,超声辅助取最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶7,超声强度500 W,超声时间30 s,超声3次,提取率37.0%.抗氧化剂单独作用时,TBHQ对苏子油的抗氧化作用最强;抗氧化剂复配时,TBHQ加VE的效果较好.     

油溶性茶多酚硒对油品的抗氧化性能研究

目的 研究油溶性茶多酚硒(oil-soluble tea polyphenol selenium also known as lipid-sol-uble tea polyphenols selenium,LTP-Se)在常温25℃和100℃不同温度条件下对蓖麻油、茶籽油、猪油的抗氧化作用.方法 在常温25℃和100℃不同温度条件下,以LTP_Se作为抗氧化剂,采用空气自然氧化法考查对蓖麻油、茶籽油、猪油的抗氧化作用.结果 添加LTP-Se浓度为80 mg/kg时,表现出对蓖麻油、猪油、荼籽油抗氧化效果最佳.前期(1～2 d)过氧化值(peroxide value,PCV)的测定结果为:BHT相似文献   

不同方法提取余甘子果实和叶片中的黄酮混合物对麻疯树种子油的抗氧化性比较

研究使用三种方法分别提取余甘子果实和叶片中的黄酮类混合物,并测定各混合物中的总黄酮含量,以及对羟自由基的清除率.同时以BHA(丁基羟基茴香醚),PG(没食子酸丙酯)和TBHQ(叔丁基对苯二酚)作为对照,比较其对麻疯树种子油的抗氧化效果.研究结果表明:三种提取方法得到的果实或叶片的黄酮类混合物中,余甘子果实的超声波(70%乙醇,40kHz,300W)黄酮提取物以及叶片70%乙醇浸提物对麻疯树种子油的抗氧化效果最佳,与抗氧化剂TBHQ比较接近.     

香蕉果皮黄酮抗氧化活性研究

以香蕉果皮黄酮粗提物和纯化物为研究对象,通过测定其处理食用猪油后的过氧化值、对超氧阴离子自由基(O2.-)和羟基自由基(.OH)的清除率及其还原能力,研究了香蕉果皮黄酮的抗氧化活性.结果表明:纯化前和纯化后的香蕉果皮黄酮均有较强的抗氧化作用,除了清除羟基自由基(.OH)的活性是后者强于前者外,其余的抗氧化性能显示为前者强于后者.随着黄酮添加量的增加,其抗氧化性能也明显增强.总体上,香蕉果皮黄酮的抗氧化活性强于茶多酚和二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT).     

鳕鱼肝油的氧化稳定性及抗氧化性研究

分别以0.02%的VE、PG、TBHQ和茶多酚为抗氧化剂,选用过氧化值(POV)作为评价指标,研究光照、温度等对鳕鱼肝油氧化稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,光照、温度对鳕鱼肝油的自动氧化过程均具有显著的影响;0.02%的VE、PG、TBHQ和茶多酚,均具有良好的抗氧化效果,且0.02%TBHQ和0.02%茶多酚的抗氧化性效果高于0.02%VE和0.02%PG的抗氧化性效果。     

抗氧化剂对猕猴桃籽油抗氧化性能的影响

采用Schaal耐热实验法,以过氧化值(POV)为指标,研究温度、时间对猕猴桃籽油自氧化过程的影响以及不同抗氧化剂对猕猴桃籽油抗氧化性能的影响.结果表明：温度、时间对猕猴桃籽油的自氧化过程有显著影响,温度的影响更明显;TBHQ对猕猴桃籽油具有良好的抗氧化效果,抗坏血酸和柠檬酸均对TBHQ与PG复配而成的复合抗氧化剂表现出较强的抗氧化协同增效作用,且抗坏血酸的抗氧化协同增效作用优于柠檬酸;添加0.015% TBHQ+0.005% PG+0.01%柠檬酸或0.015% TBHQ+0.005%PG+0.01%抗坏血酸复配而成的复合抗氧化剂,可使猕猴桃籽油在20℃条件下的预期贮藏时间从2个月延长至13～14个月.     

茶多酚对桃酥的保鲜作用研究

以茶多酚和BHT(二丁基羟基甲笨)作抗氧化剂,柠檬酸作增效剂,按不同比例加入到猪油桃酥中,将桃酥置(65±2)℃的恒温箱中保存,定期进行感官评定和油脂过氧化值(POV)测定.结果表明:茶多酚对桃酥有很强的保鲜作用。它与BAT混合使用,有明显的增效作用。在猪油桃酥中,茶多酚的添加量为油脂的75×10~(-5)最佳。     

杜仲黄酮的提取及抗氧化活性研究

采用正交试验法研究了杜仲黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件,以猪油为底物,采用碘-硫代硫酸钠滴定法测定了杜仲黄酮对猪油的抗氧化活性及与有机酸的协同效应.结果表明:杜仲黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为用质量分数为70%乙醇、料液比(g∶mL)为1∶10、80℃条件下提取3次、每次回流2 0h.杜仲黄酮对猪油具有明显的抗氧化活性,部分有机酸对其具有一定的增效作用,添加质量分数为0 30%杜仲黄酮可使猪油在20℃下的货架寿命由2 5个月延长至8 1个月.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

An Index mechanism for multi-scale view in spatial databases

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.
