采用纳米级TiO2作为壳聚糖柠檬酸溶解的催化剂,对真丝针织物进行抗皱整理.实验结果表明,经壳聚糖柠檬酸溶解整理后,真丝针织物的折皱回复角由207.66°提高到286.88°,并且整理后不影响真丝织物的其他服用性能.  相似文献

根据标准的折皱回复测试实验对各种混纺比的毛涤织物进行了研究.基于纺织材料的粘弹性理论,把研究对象看成是具有内摩擦约束作用的粘弹性体,利用标准线性固体模型和滑块并联组成的模型分析了不同混纺比例的毛涤织物折痕回复性,并推导出折皱回复角的回复规律方程.实验证明,该模型能较好地反映毛涤织物折皱回复角的回复规律.  相似文献

选用马来酸、马来酸酐、衣康酸为单体,以过氧化物为引发剂,通过自由基聚合合成免烫整理剂.采用正交实验法对PMA整理工艺进行研究,测试了织物的白度、折皱回复角和断裂强力保留率,得到的优化工艺条件如下:PMA用量80g/L,SHP用量24g/L,焙烘温度160℃,pH值为4.为了进一步提高折皱回复角,添加CA和纳米TiO2与PMA一起对棉织物进行免烫整理,结果表明,随着CA用量的增加,断裂强力、撕破强力和折皱回复角相应提高,但用量过大后,白度会下降.添加纳米TiO2,可提高整理织物的折皱回复角.  相似文献

将海藻酸衍生物PGA与柠檬酸混合用于棉织物的抗皱整理,改变PGA、柠檬酸的用量、不同的焙烘温度及焙烘时间,通过测试整理后织物的折皱回复角、白度以及撕破强力等性能确定最佳工艺。结果表明较优工艺条件为:海藻酸丙二醇酯为25g/L,柠檬酸为60g/L,焙烘温度为170℃,焙烘时间150s。  相似文献

为了研究织物结构参数与精纺面料抗皱性能的关系,在确定影响织物折皱回复性能的各个结构参数的基础上,应用动态回复角测试仪对21种精纺面料进行折皱回复角测试。为避免多元回归分析出现多重共线性问题,利用主成分分析方法对织物多个基本结构参数进行降维处理,得到4个互相独立的主成分。以主成分为自变量,分别取经向折皱回复角、纬向折皱回复角以及经纬向折皱回复角之和为因变量,采用回归分析的方法建立抗皱性与提取主成分的关系模型。结果表明:建立的主成分与折皱回复角之间的回归方程,达到非常显著的水平,对抗皱性能进行预测是可行的。通过主成分分析可知,主成分Z1,Z2,Z4是决定精纺面料抗皱性的主要因素。  相似文献

Simultaneous dyeing and durable press finishing of cotton fabrics with acid dyes bearing the different molecule structure and durable press finishing agent (DP agent abbr. ) based on modified DMDHEU were investigated by using the pad-dry-cure process. Some factors affecting the process, such as structure of acid dyes, DP agent, catalysts and curing temperature were discussed. The dyed and finished fabrics were evaluated with respect to color strength, fixation, crease recovery angle, breaking strength and fastness properties. The results indicate that structure of acid dyes has a striking effect on the color strength of dyed and finished cotton fabric. The color strength and dry crease recovery angle of dyed and finished cotton fabric increases, whereas breaking strength decreases with increasing concentration of DP agent. It is necessary for ammonium nitrate to serve as catalyst. It is found that relatively satisfactory properties of dyed and finished cotton fabric can be obtained with appropriate adjustment of treating conditions.  相似文献

The primary application of the water soluble polyurethane (WPU) in protein fabrics was investigated. Both WCRA (wet crease recovery angle ) and DCRA ( dry crease recovery angle ) of silk fabrics finished with WPU were increased, and the other properties were only slightly influenced. As a formaldehyde - free silk finishing agent, WPU was proved to have a great future. The felting shrinkage ratio of wool fabrics treated by only WPU was reduced to 12.5% from 36.7%. On the basis of Oxidation/ Resin process, the felting shrinkage ratio of treated wool was 8.7%, and almost reached "Machine washable" level.  相似文献

To find out the reason of resulting in the crease recovery of a fabric and provide theoretical guidance for designing a new material with good creasing-recovery property,the relationship between the creasing-recovery force and the crease-recovery angle of a woven fabric was investigated by self-setup experimental device.The results show that the crease-recovery angle of a woven fabric is correlated with the creasing-recovery force of the fabric in a linear relation.Furthermore,it is found that the internal stress is the principal force of affecting the creasing-recovery property of a woven fabric.In addition,the relationship between the tensile property of a woven fabric and the creasing-recovery property of the fabric has also been investigated,showing that the lower relaxation velocity of tensile stress of a fabric is,the better creasing-recovery property of the fabric has.  相似文献

Effects of the non - alcohol finishing agent TDEA on dye-ing properties of cotton and silk fabrics were examined. TDEA improving substantivity and having a fixation ac-tion on cotton fabrics dyeing with reactive dyes and sharp increasing dry and wet crease recovery angles of cotton have been demonstrated. The slightly lower color yields and duller in shade on the TDEA finished silk fabrics dyeing with some acid dyes have been indicated.  相似文献
