类胡萝卜素在光合细菌P4株中生物合成及紫外线防护

从光合细菌Ｐ４株提取的类胡萝卜素的主要成分为β－胡萝卜素，提取率约为０．３９％．菌体中类胡萝卜素的生物合成受环境中多种因素的影响．弱光、厌氧、较高温度有利于类胡萝卜素的生物合成，培养液中Ｆｅ３＋离子浓度在５ｍｇ／Ｌ左右对其合成有明显的促进作用，碳源、氮源对类胡萝卜的生物合成影响不大，但对菌体生长速率有明显影响，从而也影响到获得类胡萝卜素的绝对量．从Ｐ４菌体中提取的类胡萝卜素对真核细胞有良好紫外线防护作用，当培养液中其含量仅为０．２μｇ／Ｌ时，保护率接近６０％．     

红酵母sp.8生物合成类胡萝卜素的研究

研究了红酵母（Ｒｈｏｄｏｔｏｒｕｌａ ｓｐ．８）利用霉菌的玉米粉水解液合成类胡萝卜素的过程。结果表明，黑曲霉ＡＱ７２的玉米粉发酵液适于红酵母Ｒ．ｓｐ 的生长及类胡萝卜素的合成。在６０ ｇ／Ｌ玉米粉为底物，经黑曲霉水解后，摇瓶震荡培养红酵母８４ ｈ，生物量干细胞达１３．４ ｇ／Ｌ，色素含量为３．４２ ｍ ｇ／Ｌ。经高效液相色谱测定，其色素中，含量最高的是β－胡萝卜素，达２．６７ ｍ ｇ／Ｌ。该研究为生物合成天然色素代替人们忌讳的化学合成色素提供了新的途径     

光合细菌类胡萝卜素发酵的研究

首先，优化并确定了光合细菌培养基配方：以乳酸钠为碳源，谷氨酸钠为氮源，用酵母膏来替代微量元素和生长因子。在此基础上进一步确定了最佳发酵工艺条件：ｐＨ值７．０，温度３０ ℃，光照度８００ ｌｘ，微好氧培养，接种量１０％ 。在此条件下，经发酵试验取得较好的结果为：菌体干重为４．２ｇ／Ｌ，类胡萝卜素得率为２６．５ ｍ ｇ／Ｌ。     

整函数与基样条的关系

主要结果是：对ｆ∈Ｌ２（Ｒ），有ｌｉｍＥ（ｆ，π／σ，ｍ∩Ｌ２（Ｒ））２（Ｒ）＝Ｅ（ｆ，σ∩Ｌ２（Ｒ））２（Ｒ），且存在ｆ０∈Ｌ∞（Ｒ），使得ｌｉｎＥ（ｆ０，π／σ，ｍ∩Ｌ∞（Ｒ））∞（Ｒ）＞Ｅ（ｆ０，σ∩Ｌ∞（Ｒ））∞（Ｒ），其中π／σ，ｍ为ｍ－１次的以｛（１／２）ｊπσ－１（ｍ＋１）｝ｊ∈Ｚ为节点的基样条的全体，σ表示指数σ型的整函数在Ｒ的限制的全体，其中σ＞０。     

应用均匀设计方法改进光合细菌类胡萝卜素生产

应用均匀设计的方法，对光合细菌球形红杆菌７－１菌株的类胡萝卜素生产的培养基组成进行优化，得到的优化条件为：乳酸钠１．２％；谷氨酸钠０．７％；硫酸镁１００ｍｇ／Ｌ；硫酸铁１５ｍｇ／Ｌ；酵母膏０．２％，在此条件下，类胡萝卜素产量比优化前提高６１％．     

甘蓝型油菜萝卜质不育系恢复材料Ad-6(F4)测交二代恢复株TCF2的快繁及生根

油菜萝卜胞质不育系恢复材料Ａｄ－６（Ｆ４）测交二代恢复株ＴＣＦ２,在ＭＳ附加５ｍ ｇ／Ｌ６－ＢＡ＋ ０．５ｍ ｇ／Ｌ ＮＡＡ,３ｍ ｇ／Ｌ ６－ＢＡ＋ ０．２ｍ ｇ／Ｌ ＮＡＡ,３ｍ ｇ／Ｌ ６－ＢＡ＋ ０．３ｍ ｇ／Ｌ ＮＡＡ＋６００ｍ ｇ／Ｌ水解乳蛋白以及５ｍ ｇ／Ｌ６－ＢＡ＋ ０．３ｍ ｇ／ＬＮＡＡ＋ ５ｍ ｇ／ＬＡｇＮＯ３ 的不同培养基上诱导丛生芽,结果表明５ｍ ｇ／Ｌ６－ＢＡ＋ ０．３ｍ ｇ／ＬＮＡＡ＋ ５ｍ ｇ／ＬＡｇＮＯ３ 对ＴＣＦ２ 诱导丛生芽有较好的效果．小芽生根培养基为１／２ＭＳ效果最好．     

光合细菌中类胡萝卜素对脂质过氧化抑制作用研究

光合细菌中的类胡萝卜素有许多不同类型,从Ｒｄ．ｓｐｈａｅｒｏｉｄｅｓＰ４株中提取的类胡萝卜素主要是β－胡萝卜素,而从Ｒｄ．ｃａｐｓｕｌａｔａＮ３株中提取的主要是蕃茄红素．在两个重要离体系统中（即Ｆｅ２＋－牛血清蛋白－亚麻油酸和Ｆｅ２＋－脑组织匀浆）,这些类胡萝卜素具有显著的抗脂质过氧化作用,当系统中类胡萝卜素浓度为０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ时,它们对脂质过氧化抑制率接近或超过８０％．进一步研究表明,它们能明显地抑制邻苯三酚的自氧化速率,这证明它们对超氧阴离子也具有很好的淬灭作用．     

类胡萝卜素产生菌紫色非硫菌1S—10的培养优化条件研究

对一株类胡萝卜素产生菌紫色非硫菌１Ｓ－１０的培养条件进行了优化。结果表明：培养基中的碳源、氮源、培养温度、光照度等对该菌生物量和类胡萝卜素含量均有影响。在确定的优化条件下，细胞生物量为２．８７ｇ／Ｌ培养基，类胡萝卜素含量为４８．５６ｍｇ／ｇ干菌体。     

马铃薯酪氨酸酶的部分纯化及理化性质的研究

马铃薯酪氨酸经粗提、丙酮沉淀和酸铵分级后，得到了纯化１．８倍，活力回收４２．５％，比活力为４９．７Ｕ／ｍｇ蛋白的部分纯化酶，并对其理化性质进行了研究。结果表明，以多巴为底物，酶的Ｋｍ为５．７ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ｖｍ为１６．２μｍｏｌ／Ｌ?ｍｉｎ，最适ＰＨ为８．２，最适温度为４０℃，ＨＳＯ＾－３Ｆ＾－、苯甲酸、叠氮化钠、过氧化氢为其抑制剂，Ｖｃ、苯肼等对该酶的半抑制浓度为μｍｏｌ／Ｌ水平。Ｃｕ＾２＋在低浓     

两亲配合物Cd(HQ)_2LB膜的结构及其电致发光器件研究

制备了两亲配合物二［Ｎ一十六烷基－８－羟基－２－喹啉甲酰胺］合镉［Ｃｄ（ＨＱ）２］的ＬＢ膜材料．采用π－Ａ等温线、紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱等方法研究了ＬＢ膜的结构．结果表明：ＬＢ膜分子排列是二维有序的超晶结构，Ｃｄ（ＨＱ）２分子的两个长链烷基垂直于亚相平面，两个亲水头基（８－羟基喹啉）相对于法线以一定的角度倾斜；Ｃｄ（ＨＱ）２的单分子占有面积为０．７３ｎｍ２，单层高度２．５２ｎｍ．其ＬＢ膜的高荧光性质可作为电致发光器件的发光材料，器件的驱动电压为７Ｖ，最大亮度为１２００ｃｄ／ｍ２．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
