1Introduction
Functional polymer microspheres are kinds of polymer particles with special structures, morphologies or functional groups[1] , and have been gained much attention because of their specific properties and their application since 1980s. Although some researches have investigated that the latex particle size and its distribution,as well as the stability of polymerization and the resultant latex were strongly influenced by introducing electrolyte into the emulsion polymerization system[2] , few of them focused on the systematic study of electrolytes on the soap-free emulsion polymerization, which is considered as a conventional approach to synthesize functional polymer microspheres with clean surfaces[2]. In this presentation, the influences of variety and dosage of electrolytes on soap-free emulsion polymerization of St, MMA and AA were studied, and a series of micron or submicron sized latex particles with narrow distribution were obtained. 相似文献

层次任务网络(hierarchical task network, HTN)作为智能规划技术的重要组成部分,已成功应用于无人平台任务规划、应急方案制定等各领域中。由于日益增加的不确定因素对计划执行效果的影响,迫切需要重新规划技术,因此基于HTN的重新规划技术成为近年来的研究热点。首先,通过对当前研究现状的总结梳理,提出了基于HTN的3层重新规划框架。然后,分别从框架中的计划修复、局部重规划和全局重规划3个层次阐述了相应的技术路线与实现细节,针对不同层次指出了目前方法的优势与不足。最后,对该问题未来的研究方向进行了展望,并提出了待解决的关键问题及解决思路。 相似文献

以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,对丙烯酸甲酯(MA)的乳液聚合进行了研究,得出在MA/H2O重量比为0.5时,60℃下合成粒径分布均匀的聚丙烯酸甲酯(PMA)种子乳液的最佳配方为:十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、(APS)和(NaHCO3)的浓度分别为11.6、1.72和4.69mmol/L.然后以PMA乳液为种子,以油溶性偶氮二异丁腈(AIBA)为引发剂,分别进行不溶胀与溶胀条件下醋酸乙烯酯(VA)的种子乳液聚合,并以磷钨酸为染色剂,用透射电子显微镜(TEM)对胶粒形态进行了表征 相似文献

用批量法合成了聚苯乙烯(PSt)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)均聚乳液,以及P(BA-St)和P(BA-MMA)共聚乳液.实验发现极性相近的PBA和PMMA乳液可以很好地混合,而极性相差较大的PBA和PSt乳液则必须在PSt乳液中补加乳化剂后方能混合均匀.对乳液最低成膜温度(MFT)、胶膜硬度及耐水性的研究表明:质量比为11的PBA/PMMA共混胶膜和P(BA-MMA)共聚胶膜的连续相组成相近;而对于同样组成的PBA/PSt共混胶膜,分散在连续相中的PSt所占比例明显高于P(BA-St)共聚胶膜;PBA/PSt共混胶乳的使用性能不仅取决于其组成,还取决于成膜温度和使用温度 相似文献

Soap-free emulsion copolymerization of styrene (St) and sodium sulfonate styrene (NaSS) could yield homodisperse sulfonate-containing particles with clean surface. But the incorporation of NaSS could never be increased beyond 2.6 % by weight in the conventional batch and seeded emulsion copolymerization in the ab- sence of emulsifier because large amounts of soluble polyelectrolyte would unstablize the reaction system if ex- cessive amount of NaSS was used. In our work, semi-continuous copolymerizations were carried out in the presence of mixed emulsifiers, and a new method to purify the latex polymer was developed. The influences of the NaSS mole ratio in the total monomers and the monomer addition time on the S content in the purified copolymer were investigated by elemental analysis. 相似文献

以MOC中醇溶性Cl-质量分数作为衡量自由Cl-质量分数的指标,通过测定经不同预处理方法得到的MOC样品中的水溶性或醇溶性Cl-质量分数,分析干燥温度、粉碎方式和萃取溶剂对MOC中自由Cl-溶出的影响.研究结果表明:当干燥温度高于80℃时,因MOC的主要水化产物5Mg(OH)2·MgCl2·8H2O(P5)发生部分热分解使结构破坏,导致水溶性和醇溶性Cl-大幅度增加;粉碎过程中的机械力化学效应使P5在球磨过程中发生非晶化转变,非晶化的P5更易溶于水而难溶于乙醇,用无水乙醇或水作助磨剂能阻止P5的非晶化转变;用水作溶剂时P5被水分解释放出的Cl-质量分数约为MOC中醇溶性Cl-质量分数的5倍. 相似文献
