电子科学与技术专业的光电子材料与器件课程教学方法研究

摘    要:该文阐述了光电子材料与器件课程在电子科学与技术专业教学中的重要地位,并根据笔者自身的教学经验,讨论了电子科学与技术专业教学中光电子材料与器件课程的理论教学和实验教学的内容、教学形式、课时安排与教材选择等。

Abstract:The importance of the optoelectronic materials and devices course in electronic science and technology major is elaborated in this paper,and then,according to author’s teaching experience,the content,mean,schedule and textbook of theoretical and experimental teaching of the optoelectronic materials and devices course in electronic science and technology major are discussed in details.
