既授人以渔又授人以鱼——新形势下我国服务型制造发展之路

发展服务型制造是制造业高质量发展的重要方向.然而,如何有效发展服务型制造,学界尚未达成共识.并且已有研究多聚焦制造业成熟情境,较少关注制造业方兴未艾的新兴国家情境中服务型制造的发展问题.本研究在产品与服务内在联系梳理的基础上,识别制造企业发展服务型制造的内在优势.从规模和范围两方面出发,探讨产品与服务替代与互补的内在张力,以及发展服务型制造"既要授人以渔又要授人以鱼"的内在逻辑.通过案例研究方法,基于制造企业行业技术领先程度不同,初步提出我国发展服务型制造的现实路径,以期为我国发展服务型制造提供实践参考.     

定向广告中消费者隐私态度对行为意愿的影响机制

基于消费者隐私视角，检验消费者隐私态度、定向广告认知和行为意愿之间的关系。通过对258份消费者随机抽样数据进行实证研究，分析个体特征变量在隐私态度，隐私控制度、隐私敏感度上的差异，并通过结构方程路径分析验证假设。研究结果表明：消费者隐私态度直接显著正向影响其定向广告认知水平和行为意愿；消费者定向广告认知水平直接显著负向影响其行为意愿；定向广告认知在消费者隐私态度和行为意愿之间存在显著的部分中介作用。因此，企业应重视消费者隐私关注，在投放过程中关注用户感知以优化定向广告。从而实现定向广告精准投放与消费者个人隐私关注的平衡。     

ID-Based Public Auditing Protocol for Cloud Storage Data Integrity Checking with Strengthened Authentication and Security

Cloud storage service reduces the burden of data users by storing users’ data files in the cloud. But, the files might be modified in the cloud. So, data users hope to check data files integrity periodically. In a public auditing protocol, there is a trusted auditor who has certain ability to help users to check the integrity of data files. With the advantages of no public key management and verification, researchers focus on public auditing protocol in ID-based cryptography recently. However, some existing protocols are vulnerable to forgery attack. In this paper, based on ID-based signature technology, by strengthening information authentication and the computing power of the auditor, we propose an ID-based public auditing protocol for cloud data integrity checking. We also prove that the proposed protocol is secure in the random oracle model under the assumption that the Diffie-Hellman problem is hard. Furthermore, we compare the proposed protocol with other two ID-based auditing protocols in security features, communication efficiency and computation cost. The comparisons show that the proposed protocol satisfies more security features with lower computation cost.     

Cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator—emerging regulator of cancer

Mutations of cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) cause cystic fibrosis, the most common life-limiting recessive genetic disease among Caucasians. CFTR mutations have also been linked to increased risk of various cancers but remained controversial for a long time. Recent studies have begun to reveal that CFTR is not merely an ion channel but also an important regulator of cancer development and progression with multiple signaling pathways identified. In this review, we will first present clinical findings showing the correlation of genetic mutations or aberrant expression of CFTR with cancer incidence in multiple cancers. We will then focus on the roles of CFTR in fundamental cellular processes including transformation, survival, proliferation, migration, invasion and epithelial–mesenchymal transition in cancer cells, highlighting the signaling pathways involved. Finally, the association of CFTR expression levels with patient prognosis, and the potential of CFTR as a cancer prognosis indicator in human malignancies will be discussed.     

基于频率的Read Mapping种子选择算法

选择具有最低频率的最优种子是一个复杂的计算问题,往往需要很长时间.提出了一种read的基于频率的合并种子选择算法(FMSS),该算法能够高效地选择接近最优的种子集合,可用于改善现有映射工具的性能.实验对比了平均种子选择方法和当前最优的种子选择策略(OSS,optimal seed solver),结果显示FMSS算法能够用很少的时间代价给出接近OSS的最优种子集合,这表明FMSS算法可集成到现有映射工具中用于处理更大规模的read mapping问题.     

粉末冶金法制备混杂增强铜基复合材料的增强体竞争析出行为研究

Copper matrix composites reinforced by in situ-formed hybrid titanium boride whiskers (TiB_w) and titanium diboride particles (TiB_2p) were fabricated by powder metallurgy. Microstructural observations showed competitive precipitation behavior between TiB_w and TiB_2p, where the relative contents of the two reinforcements varied with sintering temperature. Based on thermodynamic and kinetic assessments, the precipitation mechanisms of the hybrid reinforcements were discussed, and the formation of both TiB_w and TiB_2p from the local melting zone was thermodynamically favored. The precipitation kinetics were mainly controlled by a solid-state diffusion of B atoms. By forming a compact compound layer, in situ reactions were divided into two stages, where Zener growth and Dybkov growth prevailed, respectively. Accordingly, the competitive precipitation behavior was attributed to the transition of the growth model during the reaction process.     

干湿循环和吸力对非饱和下蜀土力学特性影响的试验研究

为研究干湿循环和吸力共同作用对非饱和下蜀土力学特性的影响,选取镇江某边坡的下蜀土为研究对象,通过非饱和直剪试验,对不同干湿循环次数及吸力水平下下蜀土力学特性的变化规律进行了研究.结果 表明:随着干湿循环次数的增加,下蜀土表面裂隙明显增加并具有不可逆性;下蜀土的抗剪强度经短暂增大后逐渐降低,并在第4次干湿循环作用后趋于稳定;下蜀土的黏聚力在经历短暂提高后逐渐降低并趋于稳定,而其内摩擦角则随干湿循环次数的增加变化幅度较小,呈上下波动态势;相同干湿循环次数下,吸力的存在对于下蜀土的黏聚力具有提升作用,而对土体内摩擦角的影响则不明显.研究结果可为干湿循环作用下下蜀土边坡的稳定性分析提供计算参数,具有实际工程意义.     

带变量核的分数次积分交换子在变指数Herz-Morrey空间上的有界性

证明了带变量核的分数次积分算子T_(Ω,μ)与Lipschitz函数b生成的高阶交换子[b~m,T_(Ω,μ)]在变指数Herz-Morrey空间MK_(q,p)~(α,λ)(·)(R~n)上的有界性.     

高校音乐专业教育与群众音乐文化活动

群众音乐文化活动是广大人民群众社会生活不可分割的重要组成部分,是满足人们高层次精神需求的主要方式之一,而高等院校音乐专业教育活动的任务是塑造专门的音乐专业人才,二者的终极目的是同质的。就高校音乐专业教育与群众音乐文化活动合作实践的可行性进行了探讨,以期建立起二者沟通的桥梁,丰富国家文化软实力的实践内涵。
