篮球教学中应用拓展训练的限制性因素及途径分析

该文针对在篮球教学中使用文献资料分析法,观察法和访谈法拓展训练进行研究和分析,考虑在篮球教学中应用拓展训练的限制性因素,提出了促进在篮球教学中进行拓展训练的应用途径,为拓展训练和篮球教学进行综合性发展和提升提供参考。

铜离子对日本黄姑鱼幼鱼的急性毒性

采用静水生物测试法研究了不同暴露时间下铜离子对日本黄姑鱼幼鱼的急性毒性效应,建立了不同暴露时间下Cu2＋浓度与日本黄姑鱼死亡概率的回归方程,暴露时间分别为24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h时,Cu2＋对日本黄姑鱼死亡概率的线性回归方程分别为Y=8.907 5 X＋0.526 3、Y=9.439 2 X＋0.601 2、Y=9.805 6 X＋0.683 5和Y=10.558 X＋0.574 3,通过回归方程计算得出Cu2＋对日本黄姑鱼的相应半致死浓度分别为3.178 mg/L、2.924 mg/L、2.755mg/L和2.63 mg/L。根据化学品对鱼类急性毒性的危害分级标准,Cu2＋对日本黄姑鱼的危害级别为高毒。

Mechanism of hmnan immunodeficiency virus type I entry into the target cells

Based on the recent advances of the research on the mechanism of HIV-1 infection, a novel model to elucidate the mechanism of HIV entry into the target cells is proposed and the perspective about the putative receptor is discussed in this review. Understanding of the crystal structure of HIV-1 transmembrane protein gp41 and the functions of HIV-1 receptor, co-receptor and the putative receptor will lead to developing effective HIV vaccine and anti-HIVdrugs.     

混配型茂基稀土氯化物Ln(C5H5)(C5H4CH3)Cl(Ln=Y, Gd, Er, Yb)的合成和结构研究

三氯化稀土依次与等摩尔的甲基环戊二烯基钠和环戊二烯基钠在四氢呋喃(THF)中反应，合成了4个新的混配型茂基稀土氯化物Ln(C5H5)(C5H4CH3)Cl[Ln=Y(1)，Gd(2)，Er(3)，Yb(4)]，在THF中加热回流，环戊二烯能质解化合物4的甲基环戊二烯基配体，得到同环配合物Yb(C5H5)2Cl(5)，所有这些化合物都经过了元素分析、红外和质谱表征，其中配合物2和5的结构还得到单晶X射线分析确证。
