稀土荧光聚酰胺6固相缩聚前后的等温结晶动力学研究

通过原位聚合制备稀土荧光聚酰胺6(PA6)预聚体,再通过固相缩聚进一步提高其相对分子质量,利用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)对固相缩聚前后的样品进行等温结晶动力学研究.结果表明稀土荧光PA6的结晶速率随相对分子质量的增加而减小.而荧光粉在PA6等温结晶过程中,荧光粉起到了异相成核的作用,使得PA6的结晶速率增加.通过Arrhenius方程求得PA6和稀土荧光PA6的活化能.发现由于固相缩聚后样品的相对分子质量变大,分子问的作用力增大.固相缩聚前样品的活化能要比固相缩聚后的活化能高.而荧光粉限制了PA6大分子链的运动,稀土荧光PA6的结晶活化能要比PA6的活化能高.     

HMLS纤维模量应变曲线的多项式模拟

对HMLS纤维应力应变曲线取得的关键数据点采用多项式模拟，应用误差理论检验其合理性，得到合理优化的应力应变曲线，经求导后，用MATLAB语言模拟出模量应变曲线。     

Preparation of High Shrinkage Polypropylene

The common PP chips have been used to prepare high shrinkage PP fibers with shrinkage in boiling water higher than 50%. Meanwhile, the process conditions on fiber structure and properties have been discussed in detail. With the increase of drawing temperature, the shrinkage in boiling water of the fiber increases at first, and then decreases in the temperature range from 70℃to lOO℃. The better drawing temperature is from 75℃ to 85℃ according to the melt index of the PP material. The shrinkage in boiling water of PP fiber increases with the increase of pump delivery. The orientation factor and crystallinity increase with the increase of drawing temperature. With an increase in drawing temperature, unit-cell numbers and monomer unit numbers in every crystal nucleus tend to increase, but unit volume crystal nucleus tend to reduce.

银杏叶中无机元素季节性含量的测定

应用原子吸收分光光度计等仪器测定不同月份银杏叶及白果中所含Zn、Fe、Mn等8种无机元素的含量,结果表明:除P外,银杏叶中其他7种元素的含量明显高于白果中的含量 9月份采集叶中元素含量又明显高于其他各月,这与银杏叶的传统采收时间相吻合
