通过原位聚合制备稀土荧光聚酰胺6(PA6)预聚体,再通过固相缩聚进一步提高其相对分子质量,利用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)对固相缩聚前后的样品进行等温结晶动力学研究.结果表明稀土荧光PA6的结晶速率随相对分子质量的增加而减小.而荧光粉在PA6等温结晶过程中,荧光粉起到了异相成核的作用,使得PA6的结晶速率增加.通过Arrhenius方程求得PA6和稀土荧光PA6的活化能.发现由于固相缩聚后样品的相对分子质量变大,分子问的作用力增大.固相缩聚前样品的活化能要比固相缩聚后的活化能高.而荧光粉限制了PA6大分子链的运动,稀土荧光PA6的结晶活化能要比PA6的活化能高.  相似文献

Poly[2,2-(m-phenylene)-5,5-bibenzimidazole](mPBI)were synthesized by mixing 3,3’,4,4’-tetraaminobiphenyl and isophthalic acid in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([BMIM]Cl).Intrinsic viscosity of mPBI polymers was 0.67 dL/g which was measured in 96%sulfuric acid.The polymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR),and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The effects of polymerization conditions on the intrinsic viscosity of mPBI were investigated.It showed that the molecular weight of polymer mainly depended on pre-reaction time and reaction temperature.Comparison of structure and properties of mPBI synthesized in ionic liquids(ILs)and polyphosphoric acid was also reported.It indicates that the ionic liquids are a kind of good solvents in synthesis process of mPBI and ionic liquids mainly affect molecular weight of mPBI.  相似文献

The conductivity of Polypyrrole-viscose conducting fiber prepared with author's method can be shown up to as high as 2.106x10~(-2) S/cm. The main factors influencing the conductivity are the concentration of FeCl_3 used as dopant and initiator, the treatment time of viscose fiber as base material in FeCl_3 solution, temperature and polymerization time. It is found that the orientation and crystallization degree of viscose fiber keep constant before and after conducting treatment and the mechanical properties of conducting fiber is the same as that of base material. In addition, the distribution of polypyrrole in viscose fiber, and its effect on the conductivity were investigated in details by TEM.  相似文献

Blends of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid doped polyaniline (PANI-DBSA) and polyacryionitrile (PAN) dissolved in either CHCh/DMF or CHCl3/DMSO mixture were solution cast. The conductivity of the blends with various compositions was measured and the doped :xtent of PANI- DBSA in different casting solvent systems was studied. Solution blends prepared from CHCh/DMSO displayed higher conductivity than those obtained via CHCh/DMF. The dedoping reaction of PANI-DBSA in CHCl3/DMF identified by UV-Vis and FTIR analysis contributed to the lower conductivity of PANI-DBSA/PAN blend.  相似文献

本文主要对中粗旦聚丙烯 FDY 在成形过程中结构与性能的变化作了详细地研究。X-射线衍射、扫描电镜、DSC、纤维取向因子等测试结果表明,随拉伸倍数的提高,纤维的断裂伸长线性下降,而强度在拉伸5.8倍时出现极大值;纤维的取向度随拉伸倍数的提高线性增大,计算机分峰结果表明,在高应力状态下,纤维中次晶的生成速率大于α晶。随着拉伸倍数的不断提高,纤维逐渐出现裂缝、微孔及原纤化,结构的破坏导致纤维强度的下降。  相似文献

合成了大分子链上含有吡啶环结构的聚(2,5-二羟基-1,4-苯撑吡啶并二咪唑)(PIPD), 并通过液晶纺丝技术制备出了新型PIPD纤维. 利用ATR-FTIR、元素分析、接触角等分析手段对其化学结构和纤维表面性能进行了表征, 通过单纤维轴向压缩弯曲实验和SEM考察了PIPD纤维的抗压缩性能, 并采TGA实验评价了PIPD纤维的热稳定性. 结果表明, 实验所制备的PIPD纤维与PBO纤维相比具有相对更好的表面润湿性能和抗压缩性能, 以及优异的热稳定性.  相似文献

The orientation degree, crystal structure and surface morphology of the antimicrobial polypropylene fiber, modified with ABD2, have been studied. When the content of antimicrobial agent is lower than 1.5%, ABD2 shows little effect on the orientation degree and surface morphology but influences the crystal structure. With increasing the content of ABD2, the antimicrobial fiber is easy to form into α-crystal while the crystallinity changes little and the variation of crystallite size does not follow apparent regularity.  相似文献

Ethylene oxide (EO) and propylene oxide (PO) random copolyethers were synthesized by the sequential addition of the mixture of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to propylene glycol (initiator) in the presence of potassium hydroxide(KOH), and characterized with infrared spectrum (FTIR) and nuclear magnetism resonance (NMR). The effects of catalyst concentration, reaction temperature, charging rate and EO/PO mixture ratio on the polymerization reaction were investigated. It was revealed that the optimal reaction condition is the ratio of 2.5 : 1 000(KOH mass vs. product mass), at 114.6℃ and pressure below 0.4 MPa. The residual KOH was neutralized by phosphoric acid (H3PO4 ). Then the crude copolyether was refined with adsorbents, and the refined copolyether, which contains less than 0.7 μg/ml K^ , was obtained as colorless, viscous liquid.  相似文献

在非水溶剂中以CuSO4和KI为反应试剂制备了纳米导电粉体,采用正交试验设计方法,结合产物的SEM分析,研究了反应温度、反应试剂浓度、滴加速度、搅拌速度、表面处理剂种类及其含量等因素对纳米CuI结晶形态及粒径的影响,得出了合成球形纳米级CuI的优化条件。另外,通过与市售产品对比,分析了产物的结晶性能和导电性能。  相似文献

本文的研究建立了一种新的导电聚吡咯成形法,首次成功地制备了聚吡咯—粘胶导电纤维,最高电导率可达:2.106×10~(-2)S/cm。在导电纤维的制备过程中,影响电导率的主要因素:作为引发剂及掺杂剂的三氯化铁溶液的浓度,作为基体材料的粘胶纤维在三氯化铁溶液中的处理时间,聚合反应时间及聚合反应温度。实验结果表明:粘胶纤维经导电性处理后,其取向度和结晶度保持不变,导电纤维的力学性能与基体聚合物基本相同。另外,本文还通过透射电镜对聚吡咯在粘胶纤维中的分布及其与电导率的关系作了较为详细的研究。  相似文献
